Chapter 13

Lavia sat on the edge of the bed and did not know what to do.

It was easy for him to get out of there actually, but he had already made trouble with Rocco and inevitably had to deal with it.

Then Lavia looked at her torn part of the dress until it made her thighs visible.

"It's all because of this godforsaken dress" Lavia murmured angrily.

Lavia took her phone and called her uncle.

"Hello, Uncle," Lavia said in a soft tone.

"What's up, honey? You don't seem to be excited at all" replied Fred.

"Hmm, I'm stuck in a crazy situation" Lavia said.

"It looks interesting" Fred said.

"Very unattractive," Lavia replied.

"Tell the uncle. Maybe uncle can help," Fred said.

"It's all because of Sammy. Yeah, that jerk guy came to Rocco's apartment and made a fuss with me. Ck, skip that part because it's not what drives me crazy" Lavia said.

"So Sammy went there looking for you?" ask Fred.

"Hmm, I don't want to talk about it first, Uncle. It's Rocco's problem. I had a fight with Rocco because of Sammy and when we were fighting, his family came in when we were in bed. It made a misunderstanding in their eyes. They think we're doing something that's out of bounds even though it might not matter, right? But they raised the issue and wanted us to get married because reporters caught us at the hotel before we arrived at the apartment" Lavia explained at length.

"Wait ... It seems like it's very complicated. But isn't this beneficial for you? Who wouldn't want to be Robert's daughter-in-law? You're gonna be one of Robert's daughters-in-law with a reputation for not playing games, Lavia. I think it's a blessing to you" replied Fred.

"What?? Been lucky?? Uncle knows what uncle said?" sahut Lavia was not inexhaustible with the answer of the uncle who was beyond her expectations.

"There's a trap here. Rocco is one of Robert's sons who is always surrounded by beautiful women and quite often involved in scandals with women. Maybe that's what made his family set him up with you. They want the child to get married and stop his adventures even though Rocco is not a playboy. That's what uncle knows from some of the news on the internet," Fred said.

"Why is uncle more up to date than I am about this news?" sahut Lavia while laying her body on the bed.

Fred laughs.

"Play your new role, Lavia. I don't think there's any harm in you marrying him. He's handsome and rich. Truly the dream husband type, right? You can even make a big profit if you marry him" Fred said.

"He's Sammy's friend, Uncle. Rocco was protecting Sammy and he was preventing me from attacking Sammy. He's my enemy's friend" Lavia replied.

"You're not done with Sammy yet? I told you, forget about it and focus on Rocco" Fred said casually.

"Why is uncle so protective of Sammy and Becca?" ask Lavia.

"Because uncle wants you to make peace and solve all your parents' problems completely without any more grudges" Fred replied.

"But I don't want to finish" Lavia replied.

"You're really stubborn, Lavia," Fred said.

"Here you go, for a while I won't discuss this. My problem with Rocco is enough to make my brain hot right now. Help me find a solution, Uncle," said Lavia.

"You heard uncle's opinion. You like doing business with something profitable, don't you? Then follow Robert's family game," said Fred.

Lavia was silent thinking about what Fred had said.

"Alright, I'll think about it," Lavia said.

Lavia then hangs up her phone call with Fred.

"I'm married to Rocco? Hmm, interesting too. What I'm about to marry isn't just anyone. Huuff ... What do you really want, Lavia? Your desire is fickle and now you're a plan like a fool" Lavia murmured to herself.

Lavia then moved out of bed. He reopened his suitcase and took his clothes.

It was late and Lavia was not asleep. He walked out of the room and looked towards the door of Rocco's room.

"Become your wife? Why not?" murmured Lavia and walked towards the kitchen.

Lavia looked for food in the fridge and found nothing. He was hungry because he had dinner too early.

Lavia picked up potatoes and instant mashed meat that were already available in the refrigerator.

The beautiful woman made mashed potatoes mixed with meat and cheese and several other ingredients.

"What are you doing?" asked Rocco who was suddenly behind Lavia.

"Oh my God. You surprised me, Rocco," said Lavia, who nearly removed the knife in her hand.

"You're cooking this late night?" rocco.

"I'm hungry" Lavia answered slightly.

Rocco held Lavia's hand and they stood face to face.

"What else?" tanya Lavia is lazy.

"We're done with this" Rocco said.

Lavia still remained silent not answering.

"Tomorrow the press conference and we'll explain what's really going on" Rocco said.

"I don't want to follow my parents' game. They set us up on purpose and I want us together to explain what really happened between us" Rocco said.

Lavia simply flicked her shoulders without saying anything.

"Take care and don't just shut up" Rocco said.

"I'm still thinking about it" Lavia replied.

"Whatchu mean? There's nothing you need to think about because it's a hassle that doesn't need to be exaggerated" Rocco said.

"Hmm" said Lavia and took off Rocco's hand.

"I'm hungry, don't bother me because I want to eat" Lavia said.

"Alright, we have to solve this problem tomorrow" Rocco said and then the man returned to his room.

The next day, the next day, rocco's nuclear family and Rocco and Lavia are ready in front of reporters who are waiting in front of a hotel lobby where a press conference will be held about the confusing news about Rocco and Lavia's relationship.

Reporters began to ask questions and those questions immediately led to Lavia.

"Actually, what relationship did you have with Mr Rocco Robert, Miss?" ask

"Hello, my name is Lavinia Xerxes. And yes, me and Rocco are getting married. Mommy and daddy have blessed our relationship" Lavia said briefly and smiled beautifully, which of course made Rocco surprised by Lavia's remarks because it did not fit their previous plans.

Velvet and Damon seemed to smile with Lavia's very short, clear answer and made another reporter boisterous to ask her back.

Rocco brought his face closer to Lavia's ears.

"You're serious about what you're saying, miss?" tanya Rocco whispered.

Lavia smiled and nodded with a face that was still looking towards the reporters.

"Well, you chose this," whispered Rocco sharply.

Lavia turned her head towards Rocco and smiled sweetly.

"Hmm, I'd be so happy to be your wife, honey. People say, this is a blessing to me," Lavia replied with her big smile full of falsehoods in Rocco's eyes.
