Chapter 4

LavCo 4's

"You're pretending to be stupid?" ask Maryla.

Lavia looked astonished at Maryla.

"Rocco Robert you mean? Sorry, I forgot that name. I don't remember it at all" Lavia said.

Maryla laughed cynically looking at Lavia who she thought was full of pretense.

"Miss, I'll be out for a bit" Rosa said.

"All right, Auntie," Lavia smiled.

Then Rosa came out of the apartment and Lavia looked back at Maryla.

"Come home, I have no business with you at all" Lavia said and turned inside but Maryla held her hand and pulled it rough until Lavia's knit jacket opened.

"What are you doing?" lavia said to pry Maryla's hand.

"Get out of here because you have a veiled intention for Rocco," Maryla replied looking intently at Lavia.

"You who? Her boyfriend?" lavia asked with a mocking face.

"It's none of your business. But I won't let you get close to her" Maryla replied, clutching Lavia's hand.

Lavia faced Maryla and strangled her neck with her right hand and made Maryla rewind her steps until her body fell on the back of the sofa.

"Don't bother me, stranger. We don't know each other and don't provoke the demons inside me to come out and attack you" Lavia said in a cold tone.

Then Lavia heard that the door was going to open and she threw herself down until her head was hit by a glass table.

Lavia held Maryla's hand and placed Maryla on Lavia's body.

"What are you doing???" said Aunt Rosa who just walked into the apartment.

The woman panicked to see Lavia who fell near the table with Maryla's body pierced.

Rosa spontaneously pushes Maryla's body and leaves Maryla on the carpet.

"Get out of here or I'll call security!!" rosa shouted as she helped Lavia wake up.

Lavia smiled faintly as she looked towards Maryla.

"You're really sneaky," said Maryla.

"Are you okay, Miss?" asked Rosa holding Lavia's head.

"I'm fine, Auntie. I didn't know this woman and she attacked me. I'm scared, Bi," said Lavia hiding behind Rosa's back.

Maryla looked astonished at Lavia's contrived attitude.

"Get out of here right now!!" rosa once again.

Maryla looks angry and upset and then comes out of Rocco's apartment.

Then Rosa checked Lavia's side head that had hit the table.

"Aaawwh .." cried Lavia softly as she felt her head ache a little.

"It's a little swollen. Wait, auntie get me some medicine first" Rosa said.

Then Rosa headed to the inner room to take the medicine.

Lavia circulated her gaze in the ceiling area of the apartment to look for CCTV.

But he didn't find any CCTV in there.

"But thank God then" said Lavia and headed towards the living room sofa that was near the balcony.

Lavia sat there and waited for Rosa.

"I have to say this to Rocco. The woman obviously had ulterior intentions for Rocco," Maryla muttered in her car.

Upon arrival at the company, Maryla meets Rocco. This morning he met Rocco's private driver and the man told him about Lavia.

Maryla walked quickly towards Rocco's room and opened the door.

"What's wrong?" rocco asked when he saw Maryla.

"He's not Sammy's sister Rocco" said Maryla.

Rocco didn't respond and just kept looking at Maryla.

"I went to your apartment and found that woman. She's not Becca, Rocco," said Maryla.

Rocco still didn't answer.

"Roccos!! Answer that!! Why are you so easy to get a foreign woman into your apartment? You're so careless, Rocco!!" maryla said emotionally because Rocco still did not respond.

"Is that your business, Mary?" ask Rocco flat.

"W-what do you mean? You put in a stranger you don't know who she really is" Maryla replied astonished at Rocco's response.

"Did your portion enter into my personal affairs? You're just an employee at this company and I'm your boss. Who told you to meet him in my apartment and meet him?" ask Rocco.

Maryla was speechless because of Rocco's remark.

"Our relationship was once close and I'm just warning you to be careful of that deceitful woman. She must have had a wicked plan for you" said Maryla.

"We're just college friends, not close friends or lovers. I'm letting you keep working at this company because I still respect your father. So don't interfere in my personal affairs anymore. Lavia's none of your business and I decide who gets into my apartment. I stopped you there and that means you're breaking my orders" Rocco said.

"What's my fault with you? Just because I made you know Linda's rottenness to you first?" ask Maryla.

"Until when are you gonna keep sticking to me like a parasite, Mary? I will never be attracted to you and please never approach those around me again including Lavia. My patience has its limits and I don't hesitate to fire you if you keep interfering in my affairs" Rocco said.

Maryla was silenced with sharp words thrown by Rocco.

Maryla had been obsessed with Rocco since her teens when Maryla's father was still working at Rocco-Damon Robert's father's company.

And that made Maryla approach Rocco in various ways to get into the same university as Rocco.

Rocco's relationship with his ex-girlfriend has never been lasting because of Maryla.

Rocco will finally get engaged to a woman named Linda. But it was also thwarted by Maryla when the woman said that Linda was having an affair and spread a picture of Linda with a man in front of Robert's extended family.

Linda and Rocco's relationship was ultimately broken even though Linda swore that she had never cheated on him. Unfortunately, the man in the photo had sex with Linda because they were both drunk together at a club.

Rocco knows that it's Maryla's rotten sense to frame Linda. But on the other side, though, Rocco was also disappointed in Linda because Linda was easily seduced by a handsome man he had just known overnight to have a one night stand relationship with a man who works as a model.

"Get out of my room because I'm so busy" Rocco said and went back to check on his unfinished work.

"Listen to me just this once, Rocco. She's a very cunning woman because she choked me, '" said Maryla stubbornly.

"OUT!!" rocco shouted who was fed up with Maryla's attitude which he thought was getting crazier with him for a long time.

"GET OUT OR I'LL FIRE YOU RIGHT NOW!!" rocco shouted again who could not stand Maryla's possessive attitude towards him.

Maryla finally turned around because she had never seen Rocco this angry at her. He didn't want Rocco to fire him which would make him unable to see Rocco again.
