THE LAVCO 5

Rocco saw and observed what was done by Maryla at noon through a hidden camera in her apartment.

Rocco does not install CCTV but he prefers to use hidden cameras in every corner of his apartment except in private rooms and bathrooms.

"Lavinia Xerxes ... What would you do to Sammy if you met her later?" rocco murmured slowly at his laptop how Lavia intimidated Maryla quite easily.

For a long time Rocco looked at his laptop until a knock on his door made him close his laptop.

"What's wrong?" rocco asked Warren - his trusted aide.

"This is a file on Miss Lavinia Xerxes" replied Warren.

"Thank you, come out" Rocco said as he received a file from Rocco.

Then Rocco looked at the file and observed it.

A few minutes later, he shut it down and resumed his work.

In the evening, Rocco arrives at his apartment and does not see Lavia inside. She thought maybe Lavia was in her room.

Rocco went into his room to change clothes.

Half an hour passed, Rocco came back out of his room.

He hasn't had dinner yet and will make his own dinner as usual.

Rocco prefers to eat in his apartment rather than outside.

Rocco walked towards the kitchen and there was already Lavia cooking.

"You cook?" rocco asked Lavia.

Lavia turned her head and looked towards Rocco.

He smiled as he confirmed the location of his glasses.

"Yes, it's gonna be over soon. You haven't had dinner?" ask Lavia.

"Yes," Rocco answered to Lavia.

"It looks like it's really delicious" Rocco said.

Lavia simply smiled and picked up the grilled meat that was inside the microwave.

"Let me go" said Rocco.

"Thank you" Lavia replied and she worked on another.

"You're used to cooking, Lavia?" ask Rocco.

"Yes, I once worked in a foundation and became its cook" Lavia replied.

'You lied, Miss, ' Rocco's inner self.

"Hmm, that's a good job" Rocco said.

After everything was done, Rocco and Lavia had dinner together.

"Your head's okay?" ask Rocco.

Lavia looked towards Rocco.

"Auntie told me earlier," Rocco said again.

"My head is fine" Lavia replied.

Rocco returned to eating.

"Maryla likes you?" ask Lavia to the point.

Rocco saw Lavia.

"I'm sorry if I meddle in your business. But she's a terrible woman. Why don't you just get married instead of being chased by that crazy woman? It's obvious that he's obsessed with you" Lavia said.

Rocco laughed softly.

"I can still deal with it" Rocco replied.

"He works at your company?" ask Lavia.

"Hmm, he's pretty close to Sammy" Rocco replied.

"She must have said I wasn't Sammy's sister. Aren't you?" ask Lavia.

"Yes, maybe he didn't know that you were Sammy's sister with a different mother, too" Rocco replied.

Lavia looked towards Rocco and observed his face.

"You found Sammy?" ask Lavia.

"Yet. If I had known, what would you do to Sammy if I had found him?" ask Rocco.

"I will take her back to England" Lavia replied.

"Grandfather left a legacy on us and there are files that must be signed if he wants to get the inheritance" Lavia replied.

'You lied again, ' Rocco's inner self.

Rocco nodded.

"When I look for Sammy, you can work for my company first" Rocco said.

"I didn't bring my diploma" Lavia replied.

"No problem, you can find out anything about Sammy at the company" Rocco said.

Lavia looked into Rocco's eyes.

'This man investigated me like he was, ' Lavia's inner self.

"Is that so? But I'm afraid of getting a bad view of all your employees" Lavia said.

"Yes, no problem. No one will talk about you" Rocco replied.

"All right, I'll try. Does it take a long time to find it?" Lavia.

"He's out of the country and moving around so it's a little difficult to find him" Rocco replied.

Lavia nodded and they continued their dinner.

After that, they cleaned the dirty dishes together.

Half an hour later, Lavia went straight to her room.

Rocco sees Lavia's departure and considers Lavia not a threat to him because Lavia just wants to find Sammy.

Rocco's been investigating Lavia's background.

Lavia is the main heir of the Xerxes family - one of Birmingham's most distinguished and wealthy businessmen.

Lavia previously studied in Australia and her grandfather's death brought her to drop out of college.

Rocco also knew that Sammy didn't get a penny of his grandfather's inheritance and Rocco would investigate further.

Rocco is quite busy with his office work and will be going to Dubai next week. At least for now he has made sure that Lavia is not a threat to him.

Rocco even has a plan to use Lavia to face Maryla, which is quite disturbing.

Rocco went into his room and his phone rang.

He picked up his phone because it was a call from his father.

"Hello, Dad," Rocco said.

"Who is the woman you live with?" ask Damon.

"Daddy must have investigated, right?" asked Rocco to smile.

"When will he stay there?" ask Damon.

"After I found Sammy," Rocco replied.

"Then what are you waiting for? You seem to be buying time to keep him there. You can find Sammy in just one day" Damon asked again.

"I'm busy, Dad. Next week I'm going to Dubai with daddy, right? So I have a lot to prepare" Rocco said.

Damon laughed at that.

"There are so many reasons. Are you interested in him?" ask Damon.

Now Rocco who laughed heard the words of the father.

"I'm not that playboy, Dad. Come on .." Rocco said.

"Who know?" sahut Damon's.

"He'll be working at the company" Rocco replied.

"For what? He wants to stay in America?" ask Damon.

"He'll be my secretary for a while. At least only he can face Mary" Rocco replied.

"So that's your excuse?" ask Damon again.

"I gave him a job while giving him the opportunity to find Sammy's own whereabouts through an office clerk known to Sammy. We can use each other, right?" rocco Sahut.

"You can fire Maryla enough if she's been bothering you too much" Damon said.

"I still gave him the opportunity to not take care of my business anymore without making a fuss. Daddy knows for himself, that I don't like to mess around with women" Rocco replied.

"It seems that this handsome, rancid badboy has started to walk straight" Damon said.

"Focus me on work, Dad. I'll get married when I find the right woman. No need to date because I'm too lazy to do things like that" Rocco replied.

"Daddy and mommy never told you to get married, Son. Don't just choose a woman because you'll live with her for the rest of your life" Damon said.

"Hmm, I know that. Like mommy and daddy. I love you both" Rocco said with a smile.
