One of the reasons Naruto couldn't tell his former lover that he had Sei was because he had impregnated a woman. It is normal that can bear two bodies only women but so that he is not normal men so it can be fertilized.

Naruto felt he could not win against pregnant women. The reason for telling the strangeness in his stomach instantly shrunk. Just imagine!
