The Shadow Of Princess

The Shadow Of Princess
Episode 24

A shadow appeared in front of us making the horse riding shrill. I quickly held the horse's ties so as not to fall.

From far away I could tell who appeared in front of us. I got off the horse following the two men by my side.

"Welcome Mr. Li Shang." His words were soft as he spread out both hands. In the darkness I could not see his face.

Because, I am still a human being so I cannot see clearly behind the darkness.

"Li Shang have you forgotten me." He grinned showing a row of neatly lined white teeth. No fangs sticking out there. I'm backing off something weird with him.

"Why? You scared?" He chuckled making my troops shudder in horror. I swallowed spit. He stepped out appearing in front of us.

The sunlight covered by the tree makes the light dim. I'm watching closely. A woman with a caping that covers her face.

My blood felt my heart beat faster. Her voice is not even foreign sounding don't she instead she is the one who always terrorizes me. He was also present in my dreams.

Behind the caping he grinned at me. "When did you finally come Li Shang or call you Ching'er?" Do Jian looked at me cluelessly while Do Weiheng was fixated.

"Who are you?" He smiled even though his face was hidden but his nose and lips were clear. The nose is sharp and the lips are small red with white skin.

"Take it if I'm your aunt. Didn't I tell you we were meeting? Do you remember the young girl you met at the Ruonting restaurant? He's my man and you know what happens next." My eyes are wide in shock. Aunty? Since when? Actually, what happened?.

I closed my mouth in shock. "No way." She shook her head. "How could you forget me? Though I was your aunt your only family." He approached Do Jian whistling out a sword. While I've staggered my body straight away.

Do Weiheng who was near me immediately caught my body that was about to collapse. "Sir." His whisper shook my shoulder.

"Li Shang, don't forget your nature as a woman. Your mother never expected you to be like this." He said he glanced at Do Jian who had taken out a sword against the steps of the aunt who approached me.

"Damn it, a rusty thing like that won't work for me." He took out a sword that was glowing brightly his sheen made anyone glare.

The sword emerged from his hand. Aunt then swung it. In one swing makes the whole forest light. He smiled luckily he did not point his at Do Jian and my troops.

"Li Shang take out your sword and make this sword the strongest. So that I can finish off this fucking scion." He pointed at Do Jian. I who was still shocked stood up pulled out the yong jian sword.

Auntie chuckled making her voice blur across the forest. "This is what I'm waiting for the most." Auntie flicked a finger then I knew what the vampires were coming for.

Aren't they the ones who wanted this battle? Eventually, it all comes to an end whether it will be the best or the worst.

The vampires stared at the troops impatiently their drool dripped making anyone disgusted to see it.

"Sword yong jian." His eyes were glassy like seeing something most precious in front of him.

A man appeared behind her. "Don't forget your duty." Auntie said with a smile.

The man stared at me behind the bright darkness the reddish iris light was clearly visible. I gulped his fangs spit out. "Sir, who is he?" Ask Do Weiheng.

"Vampire." Do Jian said slowly, Do Weiheng glanced at me. "Just a snot boy. Is it true that he is Shang's son?".

"Yes, it's true that he is Ching'er Shang's son my brother-in-law." Aunt smirked. "Auntie, stop! What exactly is going on? Why is aunt siding with them?" My protest made the two people in front of me laugh out loud.

"Don't forget Ching'er in your blood there are two streams flowing. Now, you have to choose one of them. Is it human or vampire?" Aunt's question made me fall silent. I realized what my aunt said was that there was two blood flowing inside me.

And selfishly, I chose to be both. I should have been one of the two.

"Princess Shuwang.." Do Jian held my shoulder tightly. "It's not true what he said." I looked at some horrified soldiers looking at me.

"Xin Er what else you're waiting for I've grown impatient to taste the mixed blood of the son of the traitor Shang!" The man came out and so did the others.

His innumerable vampire army made us a little trepid. Especially now that they had already added to his strength becoming stronger.

They pushed us forward and pulled out their respective weapons. One of the vampires attacked Do Weiheng. Do Weiheng swiftly pulled out a sword.

He repelled his attack with a single swing. Do not stay silent the vampire back to attack. I quickly helped but auntie came in the way.

I disappeared avoiding the attack. Do Jian came to help but an ill-fated man in the form of a vampire appeared and hit Do Jian in the face.

BUKS!

A punch landed on Do Jian's face. Do Jian grimaced blood out from the corner of his lips. The smell of blood made the man close his nose.

"Xin Er she turns out.." I swallowed my aunt's mouth. "Lung don't tell me he's the key." Do Jian retreated I quickly attacked aunt. I swung the sword into his left arm.

"Akh!" The grimacing aunt jumped moving to another place. I disappeared then appeared near Do Jian pulled him from there.

"Damn it!" Lung's loud auntie's scream appeared above me after Do Jian. I twisted my body and threw Do Jian to safety.

I raised the sword making its claws and my sword eyes clashed. "Well, you should put your weakness in a strong place instead of a weak one like that."

I disappeared then appeared on his right side kicking his stomach. Lung fell down grimacing in pain. The sound of screaming and the smell of blood smelled thick. I looked over the troops were already many badly injured.

Both camps have started to fatigue even though we were outnumbered but after training long enough we can finally compensate for their strength although, not all.

"Lung, your opponent is just a silver hair. Let me finish off this traitor's son." Said aunt upset she appeared in front of me. "I'll leave it to you." Lung disappeared and appeared in front of Do Jian yet I worried about her aunt appearing and attacking me.

"Fight you I'm Ching'er!" Shouted aunt loudly.
