The next day after finishing bringing Ratna's sisters to play they went home to Ratna's house. Ratna and Wildan were sitting in the living room of Ratna's house with her mother.
"Bu afternoon we will go home" said Ratna.
"Yes, you're careful" said Mrs Ramlan.
Mrs Ramlan glanced at Wildan who was busy looking at his phone.
"Son Wildan there's something I want to ask you" Mrs Ramlan said.
Wildan stopped his activities. He immediately looked at his future-in-law's face seriously.
"What do you want to ask?" ask Wildan.
"Regarding your relationship. Did your parents know?" ask Mrs Ramlan worried.
"Of course, my mom and dad knew. They knew Ratna. Ratna will work in my family's company Ma'am" Wildan replied.
"Did they agree?" ask Mrs Ramlan.
"They agreed that even my mother was very close to Ratna. They've been cooking together at my parents' house" Wildan replied with a friendly smile.
"Ta. but maybe because they don't know the state of our family, son" said Bu Ramlan worried.
Wildan took a deep breath.
"My father and mother never looked at anyone from her degree. All humans are the same, my parents also started from below. Not a success from birth. All thanks to hard work, so they value the lives of others very much. Moreover, they know Ratna is a good woman - kind, polite and hardworking. They will certainly think Ratna can have such a nature because of the upbringing of her family" said Wildan wise.
"But if your parents knew your bad habits, would they agree to have drunken clothes?" ask Mrs Ramlan.
Wildan took a deep breath.
"As I've said before with my father. I also had a bad past, Mom. And I changed because I met Ratna. Now I ask Mom, can you accept a daughter-in-law like me who has a bad past? Life in Jakarta is much tougher Bu than this little town like Pati. I used to go to discos, drink, get drunk and play girls" Wildan said.
Mrs Ramlan looked at Wildan's face closely. Honestly he was very surprised to hear Wildan's confession like this. There was a feeling of disbelief because what he saw at this moment did not reflect the bad person that Wildan had said earlier.
"I.. I don't believe it" replied Mrs Ramlan.
Bu Ramlan looked at Ratna's face and Ratna nodded slowly. Mrs Ramlan looked back into Wildan's eyes, there was seriousness there. And Mrs Ramlan could see that Wildan was a good man and she could also feel Wildan's great care and love for her daughter.
"Mother will still accept you, no matter how bad your past. But do you have children from your past relationships?" ask Ms. Ratna.
Wildan shook his head.
"For that one, I take great care of her, ma'am. I also left him a long time ago. It's probably been almost a year now" Wildan replied.
"Every human being must have a mistake, kid Wildan. Whatever it is we want to fix it" said Mrs Ramlan.
Wildan smiled at Bu Ramlan's reply.
"God willing that's what my parents thought Mom. Easy - hopefully after you come home later you really have healed so when you meet two families you do not feel ashamed anymore" said Wildan.
"Aamiin" replied Mrs Ramlan.
"Later when the Father has come home we must continue to encourage him so that he does not return to the old road. Surely you are ashamed to meet the neighbors here" said Ratna.
"Yes, it's okay to slow down. Early - early maybe yes but later on the neighbor's talk will stop. Think of the wind then. Later if you have activities here, you will not have the opportunity and much more time to listen to the talk of others" said Mr. Ramlan.
"Easy - Mudaya Bu" greeted Ratna.
Wildan glanced at his watch. Ratna glanced at Wildan, she understood that the time had come for them to go home.
"We're going home, huh?" ask Ratna.
"Yes, let's not be too late until Jakarta" replied Wildan.
"Then we go home ma'am" said Ratna pamit.
"Yes Nduk, you're good right there. Wil I'm picking up Ratna, be careful on the road" replied Mrs Ramlan.
Ratna's three sisters came out of their room. Ratna and Wildan say goodbye to the entire Ratna family.
"Thank you, take us on the road. Often - often come again yes Mas" said Rafika.
"Ok Fika" replied Wildan.
"Oooh so Mas Wildan who was told to come often?" ratna asked her sister while joking.
"Yes it must be the same Ma'am donk, where maybe Mas Wildan came alone. No fun donk, yes no Mas" cut Riska.
"Yes donk" said Wildan quickly.
"Retno take care of Mom and sisters yes. You are now the biggest child in the house. Father is not at home and you are all women" Ratna ordered.
"Ready Ma'am" said Retno.
They hugged each other farewell. Then Ratna and Wildan get in the car and immediately drive to the hotel to pick up Wildan's belongings. After that, they continued their journey to Jakarta.
They arrived in Jakarta around twelvepm. Fortunately their apartment was located next to each other so Wildan did not need far to take Ratna home.
Wildan carried Ratna's suitcase up to her apartment.
"Thank you for everything" Ratna said.
He knew Wildan must be tired of driving his own car to his hometown. But Wildan kept smiling sweetly at him.
Ratna could not escape Wildan's great love. Even he was afraid of not being able to compensate or repay Wildan's love with the same magnitude.
"Never say that, Rat. In love we will do anything sincerely to our loved ones" Wildan said.
Ratna silence.
"Try if you're halal for me. I'll ask you to massage my body tonight. It feels sore" Wildan said with a tired face.
Ratna was sorry to see him.
"Tomple massage to massage parlors aja Mas all saunas to be fresh" said Ratna.
"May also, tomorrow please see my empty schedule. And please book me a room" Wildan asked.
"Good" replied Ratna.
"Yes I've been back yes, the longer I'm here it feels like my legs are getting heavier stepping out of here. Looks like your apartment is spooky tonight" muttered Wildan.
Ratna looked at Wildan with a frightened look.
"What's so scary about Mas?" ask Ratna worried.
"Yes, a lot of demons. From there whispered in my ear. You know what they say?" wildan Goda.
Ratna's getting scared.
"What Mas?" ask again.
"Kiss.kiss.kiss." whispered Wildan in Ratna's ear.
"Baaaaa... Mas Wildaaan" cried Ratna.
Wildan immediately rushed out of Ratna's apartment before Ratna's hand successfully hit her chest.
It was not that Wildan was afraid of being sick but that he was afraid that he would pull Ratna's body and embrace her. After that it can be severe and uncontrollable. It is better to prevent than to undergo for the time being.
