Two months later, Wildan and Ratna returned to pregnancy. But this time they're going through a baby tube program.

Tubular or in vitro fertilization (IVF) is a pregnancy that occurs and begins with an egg fertilized by****** outside the body. The fertilization is also done in a tube. This procedure is done if the pregnancy does not come true even though it has tried various ways, such as taking drugs and doing surgery or artificial insemination.

Wildan and Ratna went through the stages that the doctor scheduled. They went through five stages.

1.Step 1: Stimulation, also called super ovulation

In this initial step, Ratna will be given fertility drugs to increase egg production. In addition, she will also undergo trans*aginal ultrasound regularly to check her ovaries and blood tests to check hormone levels.

Step 2: Egg Harvesting

Then Ratna had a small operation, called follicular aspiration, to remove the egg from the female body.  Using the ultrasound image as a guide, the doctor inserts a thin needle through the vagi*a into the ovary and the follicular sac that contains the egg. 

The needle is connected to a suction device that pulls the egg and fluid out of each follicle one by one. This procedure is repeated for the other ovaries.

Step 3: Insemination and Fertilization

Sper*a Wildan will be placed together with the best quality egg. This procedure of mixing sperm*a and egg is called insemination. The eggs and sperm*a are then stored in a space whose environment is controlled. Sper*a will usually fertilize an egg a few hours after insemination.

Step 4: Embryo Culture

Once the fertilized egg divides, it becomes an embryo. Laboratory staff regularly inspect the embryos to make sure the embryos are growing properly. Within about 5 days, a normal embryo has several cells actively dividing.

Step 5: Embryo Transfer

The embryo is placed into Ratna's uterus 3 to 5 days after egg retrieval and fertilization. The doctor inserts a thin tube (catheter) containing the embryo into the vagi*a Ratna, through the cervix, and up into the uterus. If the embryo attaches (implant) in the lining of the uterus and grows, the pregnancy results.

(I'm sorry if a little scientific discussion let us all add knowledge yes).

All those steps have been Ratna and Wildan. They just have to wait for the schedule to come next month Ratna. If Ratna is late menstruation it means Ratna is pregnant but if Ratna menstruation means the baby tube program failed.

For almost a month Ratna did more activation on the bed. Wildan faithfully always accompanied Ratna so that Ratna would not feel bored.

They watch television together, play in the room, play ludo or snake stairs. Even Wildan often took Ratna to eat on the bed and bribed her.

"I'm a. Remember yes. Whatever happens, don't ever leave me" Wildan asked.

"I should have said so" said Ratna.

"I can make sure I don't leave you. But you, based on my experience, have twice intended to leave me" Wildan replied.

Ratna took a deep breath.

"I have no intention of leaving you" Ratna said.

"Promise?" bill Wildan while thrusting his little finger.

Ratna smiled gently and greeted Wildan's little finger with her little finger so that their fingers interlocked.

"Today Love wants to come he said Mas here" said Ratna.

"Oh yeah? Take Radit?" ask Wildan.

Ratna nodded her head.

"Bring donk, the boy where to stay, very tough" replied Ratna.

"His name is that ordinary boy" Wildan said.

Shortly thereafter, they heard the sound of their apartment bell.

Ting... Vat..

"Well live long, just talked about" said Ratna.

"I'll open the door for them" Wildan said.

Wildan opened the apartment door.

"Uncle Wiiiil" call Radit.

Radit immediately ran into Wildan's arms.

"Hi dear, the bigger you are" greeted Wildan while holding Radit.

"Let's go in" Wildan said to Melody and Love.

"In the room, enter Cin. He's been waiting for you" replied Wildan.

"Then I enter yes" said Love.

Love enters Ratna's room.

"Hi sayaaaang" said Love.

Love and Ratna embrace each other.

"How are you feeling?" ask Love.

"Every day is always anxious and impatient to count the days" replied Ratna sadly.

"Eeeeh, don't think too much. Remember your doctor's message should not be stressed" said Love reminded.

"I also want to not think about it Cin but anyway I try not to think about it yes keep thinking" said Ratna.

Love caressed Ratna's head gently.

"Send all to God only to HIM we ask. The important thing is that you have tried as much as possible after that resigned. Whatever happens means it's the best. There may be wisdom behind it all" advises Love.

Ratna was silent at the words of Love.

"If asked the heart I would love to be like you said before, but my mind keeps turning. There are always words how about not succeeding, what about Mas Wildan. What about my in-laws, what about my family and what about me?" ratna.

Ratna's tears dripped down her cheeks.

"Speak is prayer. Say something good - good. Wildan didn't sue you, did he?" ask Love.

Ratna shook her head.

"No, he asked me instead. If our efforts fail, he asks me not to leave him. Strange, isn't it Cin? Should I say that? I don't want to be selfish Cin has it just for me. He needs a successor, his family is the same. If all the ways have been done but I'm not pregnant it means that I was wrong" replied Ratna.

"Mas Wildan never blamed you Rat, he loves you so much. You don't be pessimistic donk, you have to be confident. Mas Wildan it's dead love with you" comfort Love.

Ratna was silent.

"Can't you get out of bed?" ask Love.

"May, Mas Wildan was sometimes too late, he brought food to the room and bribe me when I was not sick" replied Ratna.

"We go out yuk, Radit miss you" invite Love.

"I miss your son too" said Ratna.

Love and Ratna walk out the room.

"Onty Yatnaaaa" call Radit happy.

"Iaaaang" said Ratna.

"Onty's sick?" ask Radit.

Ratna smiled as she shook her head.

"No" Ratna replied as she gently stroked Radit's head.

"Oh yes, we bring your favorite cake" said Cinta.

"Waaaaah that's so good" said Ratna happily.

"Here let me cut ya" Wildan picked up the cake box and took it to the kitchen.

Soon Wildan returned with a tray of cake plates and glasses.

"Let's get Dit on the cake" Wildan told his son Melodi's Radit.

"Mas I want donk" said Ratna.

Wildan picked up a piece of cake and placed it on a small plate.

"This is for you my dear" said Wildan softly.

Ratna just blushed in shame to get such romantic treatment from Wildan. Ratna immediately greeted the small plate and cut the cake.

A small cut went into Ratna's mouth and she ate it while enjoying her favorite cake. Suddenly, Ratna's eyes grew. He immediately ran towards the kitchen making all eyes on her.

"Darling don't run" Wildan said.

Ratna ran to the bathroom.

"Ueeeeeeek... "
