The Smile of the Heart Fruit

The Smile of the Heart Fruit
#Last Trial

After the Goddess was present and gave her testimony the atmosphere in the room that was originally polemic or violent it instantly turned into a sip in the heart. How not, seeing the middle-aged old woman who begged and knelt down to apologize in front of her ex-daughter-in-law made everyone become filled or touched by her heart.

But Akbar did not feel any pity for his mother. He still wants to fight for custody of the child. He repeatedly asked Nindi for his way. However, Nindi was still in shock and could not think what else because of the harsh reality she had never expected - guessed all this time Alex had done with a flash and cruel that made it sick in the his heart is deep.

"Nin, I ruined all our plans. What am I supposed to do now? So that the judge doesn't believe this much." Ask Akbar,

But Nindi, just silent in silence with a blank look full of disappointment.

"Mrs, Nindi. You why the hell. He was silent." Akbar said while shaking - shake Nindi's shoulder.

But Nindi did not comment or answer Akbar's question at all. Akbar's lawyer can no longer find a solution, because all the evidence from the defendant has been very convincing the judge.

Akbar continued to voice his words so that everyone does not believe what witnesses say - witnesses presented to Kia.

"Dear Judge, I believe that what they said was a mistake. I have said it more than 30 times and based on the evidence that I am a good father to my son. I think lawyers and other witnesses have spoken clearly and have not signaled anything to me about what is being accused by those who have misjudged my personality" Akbar said.

"Not a judge I respect. All the evidence and witnesses that I have brought to this trial are real evidence whereas he (while pointing towards Akbar ). He's been making too many lies. All the evidence - the evidence was nonsense, he was also the one who told these two people to testify lies to the magistrate" Kia said out loud.

They pointed at each other and blamed each other so that the judges asked all to be calm in the courtroom. In fact, many consider that Akbar is not a good father or a good husband for his family.

The trial continued to run with a really heated atmosphere. The reasons Akbar issued were all just a back opinion. He always accused and brought down Kia. Akbar repeatedly denied all the evidence - the evidence that Kia had presented.

Akbar at that time had run out of sentences - sentences full of lies, they had more than an hour of denial. Sentences like “my good father” or “my good husband” or “my good man” always slide from Akbar's mouth. The judge tried to explain to Akbar that he did not have enough evidence to strengthen custody of the child.

"Everything else I have to say, Mr. Judge! I am a good father, and also a good man!”

“No, Mr Judge! He is a liar man! Men who do not have principles." said Kia with eyes that glanced at Akbar sharply.

"Don't believe the woman, magistrate. I can guarantee my own child's future if my child will grow up better with me than with his mother who always squanders money. He just accused me of not being able to get custody of this." Sahut Akbar's.

Kia did not want to continue his argument with Akbar, because he knew that the judges could judge who told the truth and who lied

A few more questions were asked to the prosecution. Then Akbar stood up.

"Brother Akbar, is it true that brother Akbar has paid two men in this testimony to tell a speech?" Ask the judge.

"No, judge." Reply Akbar.

"I ask and please answer truthfully under the Qur'an. I repeat the question." The judge said with eyes on

----

"Brother Akbar, did you really pay the two men to tell a lie?" Ask the judge.

"No, Mr. Judge, they speak truthfully without fabrication." Reply Akbar.

"Brother Akbar, is it true that Rainbow children have been treated in the hospital due to the negligence of Akbar's brother or sibling's family during this three-month observation period?" Ask the judge.

"It's true, magistrate, Rainbow was hospitalized. It was all because he fell from learning to ride a bike. And I didn't neglect surveillance because I was there beside him to accompany my daughter to learn to ride the magistrate's bike." Reply Akbar.

"Damn it, it turns out that when Rainbow entered the hospital they also made evidence for this trial." Mumbled Akbar alone.

"Last question. Is it true that the brother has mentally his wife? And the condition of the household with the wife is currently in the process of divorce?" Ask the judge.

"No, the judge. Everything they say is a lie. So they can drop me in front of the magistrate." Reply Akbar.

"All right, sit down." Pinta the legal assembly.

Seriate....
