Evelyn grimaced inwardly, how else, she couldn't possibly look weak in the face of someone who clearly insulted her, and Diana was also aiming to make her relationship and Devan complicated.

He's proving that he deserves to be with Devan instead of Evelyn.

"I thought something happened?" Devan brought Evelyn back to sit on the sofa.

Devan went to his desk when Roger came and brought the file he asked for "We just need Miss's signature, as the rightful owner of the stock. After that, everything can be resolved." Devan nodded.

"Is Mr Willy in touch?."

Evelyn shook her head "No problem, I also have a 15% stake in being your wife.." Devan laughs, laughter is contagious to Evelyn.
