Chapter 61 (The Emperor has a Father)

Alvin and Nirmala were looking at her family's uniform that had just been taken from the boutique. Coincidentally they ordered it and immediately sewed by the boutique itself. In just a matter of days their order clothes were ready. Not a dress, a suit or anything. But the uniform they make is batik clothes with the same motif.

''Honey, you like not the same dres this batik motif?'' Alvin was holding a dres that belonged to his wife.

''Likes, Mas. It's good color. Mala is happy because we can be this diverse family. This is the first time for Mala.''

''Yes, darling. I'm happy too. Next time if you want an event, we make uniforms like this again yuk!''

''Mala agreed, '' she said with a smile looking at her husband. Nirmala's pleasure is not just ordinary pleasure. But in that uniform, he felt like he had a family. Even if it's children, husbands and in-laws only. Because all this time Nirmala has never been this uniform. Nirmala is happy to have met Alvin, so she feels she has a family.

''Now you keep our clothes, '' said Alvin to his wife.

''Indeed Mas Alvin would not try to wear it?''

''No need, honey. We also tried it at the boutique.''

Minutes after his wife's departure, Alvin sees Sela coming out of the room with Arga in her arms. Alvin calls Sela asking to approach her.

''What's up, sir?'' now Sela was standing not far from Alvin who was sitting.

''I just wanted to be with my son, Alvin got out of his seat. He took his son from Sela's sling. While Sela went to the back to do another job.

Nirmala went back to her husband. She saw her husband holding her son.

''Hi little hotshot mamah,'' Nirmala sat down next to her husband, then she kissed her two cheeks in dismay.

''Hi is also my beautiful mother, '' said Alvin while mimicking the voice of a child.

''Thank you very much, this fat Mala is called beautiful mamah.''

''You are beautiful, baby.''

Alvin and Nirmala were still chatting. They look like a harmonious family.

Alvin and his family have looked neat with batik clothes. Little Arga is no less handsome than his father. Although still small but the charm of good looks already visible.

Nirmala seemed to be insecure about wearing clothes that were somewhat covered. Usually if he goes to a party he uses an armless dres. But because it is now a bit fat so inevitably have to use clothes that are somewhat closed.

''Mas, I'm ugly wearing this long-sleeved dres, Nirmala seemed to twist her body in front of her husband.

''You are beautiful, my dear. Any clothes if you wear must still be beautiful.''

''Ah Mas Alvin don't lie. Mas Alvin may say beautiful, while others do not.''

''Yes, Mas.'' Nirmala grabbed her myilik shoulder bag that was on the chair. Then she followed her husband who had stepped out of the room first.

They went in one car. Alvin was driving his car. The hotel they were going to was not far from Alvin's office. It didn't take long for them to arrive. It was only about a thirty minute trip or so that they had arrived.

Arriving in front of the hotel, Alvin immediately parked his car. They got out of the car together. Mr. Sanjaya volunteered to hold his granddaughter. Letting Alvin and Nirmala walk together while holding hands.

Now they have arrived at the hotel ballroom where the party event. Their arrival was warmly welcomed by some employees who happened to be present. Alvin and Nirmala greeted some of the guests. Not only office employees who Alvin invited, but business partners from other companies he also invited.

Suddenly someone called Alvin from behind.

''Good morning, Mr. Alvin.'' said the person who is none other than Alvin's business partner.

Alvin and Nirmala turned to the source of the voice. Alvin sees his business partner Devano. But to his surprise, the woman who came with Devano was Renita. Nirmala had been staring at Renita with a dislike.

''Your achievement is here, Renita?'' ask Nirmala.

Devano does not expect that his wife Alvin already knows Renita.

''Do you know each other?'' tanya Devano's.

''He had once intended to damage my household, ''' Nirmala said cynically.

''Really?'' Devano was surprised to hear that.

''Pak Devano, how come he can come with Renita? Though I did not invite Renita loh, now it is Alvin's turn to ask.

''He is my secretary, so I invited him to this party, he replied.

''Alvin, Mala, I'm sorry if I ever interrupted your relationship. Now I realize what I did was wrong. Oh yes, I want to give this to you guys, Renita thrusting something she was holding onto Alvin.

Alvin saw a wedding invitation that Renita had given him.

Now Nirmala can breathe a sigh of relief because it turns out Renita's arrival to the party is not because she wants to meet her husband. She was also happy that Renita was getting married. That meant Renita would no longer bother their families. Nirmala also apologized to Renita because she had behaved as if she did not like to see his arrival.

After seeing many guests who came, Alvin just went ahead to give a welcome.

''Good morning by noon, all guests invited. Thank you for taking the time to attend my company's anniversary event. Without you, I wouldn't be like this. Thank you also for your performance so far which has been very good, said Alvin.

They clapped their hands at Alvin's words.

Now Alvin again said, I also thank my beloved wife, for accompanying me so that I can be more successful than before, Alvin said with a smile looking at his wife.''

Alvin also told everyone not to hesitate to enjoy the dishes available.

After he finished saying a few words, Alvin came back to his wife.

''Mas, why did you say my name too? So look very dear husband wife.''

''It has to be dong, baby. Mas must show everyone, if behind Mas's success there is a wife who is so patiently accompanying.''
