Gibran comes to his small house that Siva occupied. He brought a cake for Siva. Gibran went into the house to Siva who was preparing wet cake ingredients for tomorrow.

"Siva"gibran said.

Siva drove Gibran to his room. Then Gibran lay in the room. Siva took a washcloth and a bowl of water to compress Gibran's forehead and took fever medicine for him.

"Om taking fever medicine first yes" Siva said.

"Yes Siva" Gibran said.

Gibran took the fever medicine that Siva gave him.

Then Siva compresses Gibran's forehead with a wet washcloth.

"Siva thank you" Gibran said.

"Yes Om" Siva said.

"Siva thank you" Gibran said as he laid Siva in bed.
