Chp. 13 Unexpected Actions Together With A Surprising Statement

The atmosphere of the hall was suddenly tense as shouts from Elize echoed throughout the room, surprising Arthur who was standing together with Mike Regard and his father, in another place Luna clasped tightly onto Iori's hand and looked nervous, his hands were quite trembling and sweating, and to Zen, he just stood up with a small smile that he hid with a face purportedly panicked - panicked.

"Why father arrived - suddenly decided this by himself without a decision from me and also Luna... Did you go crazy..." Elize walked quickly towards Arthur and stopped a few meters in front of him.

Deep in Arthur's eyes there is a great regret about his present decision, but he cannot show it even a little because it concerns the peace of the kingdom.

"Dad didn't decide this by itself... I also got your mother's approval..." Arthur answered with his full face.

"No way... I'm not gonna do that..." Luna moves forward to support Elize, of course, with Iori, who she drags along with her, advancing in front of Arthur.

"Elize watch your mouth!!" Arthur replies with a shout commemorating Elize, making Elize speechless immediately and put on a face of disbelief that his father will actually match him and his sister to Mike Regard.

"That's what your majesty is... You don't have to scream like that... I'm also sure that he hasn't been able to accept this, but I'm sure he'll take me for a long time..." Said Mike walking closer to Elize who was then ready with his attacking position.

"really no... Darling..." He said again with a flirtatious look as if teasing Elize and Luna.

"Lancy!!!" Call Elize against her Relic and then immediately she tries to attack Mike who is in front.

"Sister Stop!!!" Luna released her hand from Iori and tried to stop Elize's rapid movements.

"Elize!!!" With the same reaction as Luna Arthur shouted.

"Shadow Magic: Confinement Of Being" Zen who immediately cast his magic shortly before Elize's attack actually penetrated Mike's stomach that was silent stiff because the aura of Elize was so pressing on him.

The shadow under Elize's Leg grew and pulled out a number of hands that immediately locked her movements, making Elize stop moving and knocking Lancy down.

"Good work fighter... Thank you for stopping it..." Mike said with a happy face walking closer to Elize who was still locked by Zen magic.

"What are you doing Zen... You are my knight... So let me go..." Elize struggled to escape from Zen magic but the result was nil.

"Look at your knights have already agreed to our marriage, so just accept well princess Eli-"

Bruackk... Zen played his hand moving a shadow hand to push Mike back away from Elize before he finished with his sentence.

His actions provoked everyone's attention towards Zen and with a relaxed gaze Zen smiled happily.

"Who said I approved of it" Zen played his finger again moving the shadow's hand to lift Mike's body into the air and strangled him vigorously.

"What are you doing... Stop it if you want to kill my son, you stupid fighter... How dare you do it to nobles like us..." Shouted Duke Regard with his face full of anger.

"Whispering!! Let me finish this first after it's just you.." Zen's relaxed face turned into a shot of blue eyes that killed pierced into Duke Regard and made him silently fixated.

"I did this so that the drama would not be finished immediately, because if you die it would be a waste I waited for this party..." Zen's words again added to the power of Mike's giggling neck.

"Don't kill his Zen warriors..." Arthur's shout stopped Zen who looked a lot different than before as if he was a beast with a terrifying blue eye gaze.

Bruackk... Zen smashes Mike's body into the floor of the hall with minimal force in order not to kill him.

"What do you think you're gonna do to princess Elize when I'm her knight?" Zen crouched down near Mike's immobile body as he may have suffered a slight fracture.

"Just calm... I'll heal you now... [Carta]" Zen called out his Relic piece of paper, then imagined Yuuna Yuragi's Relic in the shape of a Bracelet to heal, and now on his wrist three white bracelets appear and he immediately heals Mike because of the practicality of the use of Relic belonging to Yuuna where healing will be active when touching the body of the person who wants to be healed.

All those in the hall fell silent in shock, especially Yuuna Yuragi herself who saw her Relic in use by Zen.

"It's been... How do you feel better..." Zen asked innocently as Mike opened his eyes and looked fearfully at Zen's smiling face.

"Stay away from me..." Mike sat down then dragged his body backwards from Zen as if very frightened.

"Basic is disrespectful... I saved your life from Princess Elize's attack just now... At least thank you..."

"You want to kill me..."

"I think I'm satisfied with the drama... At least I want this party to be even more festive..." He glanced at Duke Regard.

"Do something with that noble warrior... He's really not sane..." Said the goosebumps of Duke Regard as Zen looked at him.

"Stop There Zen warriors and don't do anything else... What you're doing is an offense for defying my decision..." Arthur's words follow Duke Regard's orders.

"But my majesty is not against your decision... I'm just acting like Princess Elize's Knight and I'm just protecting her..." Acting quite badly, Zen played his expression as if indeed defending himself in court.

"That's enough don't do anything else, because Luna and Elize will still be a couple with Mike. You can't undo it..."

"Sorry your honor... But..." Zen walked up to Elize who did not flinch at all watching Zen's actions from earlier.

"Princess Elize is mine... And I won't give it to anyone... So if anyone wants to interrupt him then he has to step over me first" Zen held Elize in his arms and strangely Elize only complied with a reddened face after hearing Zen's words, even the entire audience who attended the welcoming party was left shocked half to death by the statement from Zen.

"What are you saying... You can't do that..." Shouted Duke Regard furiously.

"Ahhhhh... Is true... Then what will you and your son of a bitch do?" Challenging Zen is still holding Elize and his face is very annoying for Duke Regard and Mike who are still sitting together for fear of Zen.

"Your Majesty... Give your decision... He's already daring to rebel against you" With Duke Regard's evil smile asking for help from Arthur.

"Hooo's... You call me rebelling? Not wrong?" Zen finally let go of Elize's embrace and disappeared momentarily in his shadow after that back again by carrying some papers that were documents from the Regard's study.

"That!!!" Panicked faces were drawn on Regard's face along with the fear that enveloped his inner being, and his face had already started to sweat.

"Hooo's... Why would... You scared?" Zen asked with the same face irritating her as before.

"Where did you get that... Don't tell me you infiltrated my family's mansion..." Answer Regard in a panic.

"If it is true... What's going on?"

"How dare you..."

"Duke Regard what exactly is it..." Arthur asked who was suspicious of Regard's panic and fear.

"Your highness... That's... That" Duke Regard's eyeballs played in panic with what answer to give to his majesty.

"In short this is a dossier containing false signatories from the royal council for some of the shops he seized in the city... On the grounds that he had not paid the tax, he confiscated several shops in the capital and bribed the palace magistrate to have the shop become his... And from what I've seen he's seized almost a quarter of the royal section next to the North gate..." Clearly Zen opened one by one the documents in his hand, making Arthur agape with an explanation he never expected.

"Duke Regard what you've done with the land..." Arthur shouted out of anger.

"In the midst of this war panic you want to create an entertainment district... Have you gone crazy... You will only weaken the confidence of the people and the troops..."

"And so, too..." Located in the last section of the document, Zen grabs a thin paper containing peace inscriptions.

"Damn it... You ruined my plan..." Duke Regard ran when he felt cornered when he saw the only negotiation tool or threat to Arthur was in Zen's hands.

"Shadow Magic: Confinement of Being"

"How is... Is this how you still have the guts to challenge me... Or do you still want to call me a rebel?" Zen's question walked over to Regard who was caught by Zen's shadow hand.

"Damn it... Why did you destroy my plan..." Asked Regard who was not at all trying to rebel out of Zen Magic.

"Just like I said before... I am the knight of Princess Elize, so I will protect her because it is my duty... Besides, I also do not like if what is mine is taken by others... And if that happens, I'll make sure the guy who took it falls into the deepest abyss..." Zen whispered in Regard's ear at the last part of his sentence.

"Now give up and admit all your mistakes... Ahh yes... I also want to know who the fighter you asked for help to help you take ownership of the store... And in that way... The drama ends with Checkmate... Just kidding"
