Chp. 28 The Truth Is?

Zen straightened his own spit as his body bound and dribbled straight towards the throne room to face the king of Nipotia kingdom, along the way he was escorted by several guards who prepared with Relic and their royal weapons to ensure that Zen did not escape anywhere.

The magical effect of the removal of women with red hair earlier made Zen completely unable to activate magic in the slightest, and he finally gave up with a long sigh while following the steps of the guards who herded him complete with both hands in the chain of a slave that was about to be sold.

The kick from behind dropped Zen to the front of the throne in a kneeling position and the chained hands and the disheveled face he showed, a moment after her he raised his face staring upwards where two figures that looked full of dignity were sitting side by side plus one female figure with a haughty face next to the two.

"That hurts, can you guys treat me a little more gently... You think I'm a samsak" Umbat Zen with an annoyed face without any fear, he stood up from where he knelt then put on a defiant face towards the man sitting on the throne.

"O eyes of the kingdom of Terarria... Tell me what your purpose is to come to my kingdom..." Said the king in such a stern tone as if to intimidate Zen who stood confidently in front of him.

"Before I answer may I ask one thing?" Reply Zen raised both of his hands that were tied to the chain earlier so casually.

"Well, where's your manners... What the inhabitants of the Terria do not know is manners... Be aware of your position now..." Women with red hair on the side after hearing Zen's words were judged to be ignorant of manners.

Zen did not respond to the curse even he did not turn his head in the direction of the woman who cursed him, he simply regarded the words as a passing wind and just kept staring at the king and waiting for an answer from him and his actions invited the reactions of everyone present directly in the throne room.

"Repeat everyone... Please I'll let you ask me one thing..." The king hit the armrest of his chair and then allowed Zen to continue looking at him fearlessly.

"Well... Then I want you to tell me what you're gonna do to me after this..."

"Are you worried about your life... Take it easy as long as you can cooperate with us then I will guarantee your life after this..." Reply the king with his authority that silences everyone's protest.

The king nodded slowly to ease everyone's concerns and made everyone reply with a bow of respect then went out of the room leaving Zen, The King, The King's Wife, And his daughter.

"Dad what does this mean..."

"Rightly my husband, why do you let dangerous people seem to be around us..." Said the wife and the child alternately looking doubtfully at Zen.

"Hey wait I'm not a dangerous person" Zen protested from below, he also didn't actually know why the king had sent everyone out to talk to him, but he only chose to follow the plot and did not intend to fight in order to see the interesting plot development.

"Maihime, Carla, just calm down, there's a reason I want to talk to this kid.." The king's words appeased his two protesting families.

"Take off Kanade Zen..." Say again.

"King Demian, Queen Carla and Princess Maihime... Well I remember, so what's up..."

"Most people will think that way... But what King Arthur and I thought wasn't like that..."

"Waitwait... Let me guess once again, is it possible that you will make a peace treaty and form an alliance..." Zen raised his index finger a moment after the words from Demian's mouth came out.

"How do you know..." The reply this time was true did not expect that Zen's guess would be correct, and from that Carla and Mai who were beside him wore shocked expressions.

Because if you know that the kingdom will make peace, the rebels will start the action and use this to weaken the people's view on the kingdom's leader... And we both don't want this to happen..."

"Actually the rebel organization you're referring to is already in the kingdom of Terarria... And about this peace agreement has been leaked to several parties...
