The Unrecognized Twins

Alea, who has just arrived at her daughter's company, accidentally crosses paths with Claire when the elevator door opens. Claire who was dragged by two policemen came out of the elevator door directly slapped by Alea loudly.

Plakkkp...

"Basar women trash...! Don't try to touch my daughter or you'll end up in the graveyard. You don't know what it's like to be a mother because you only know how to gain popularity by raising millions of dollars to satisfy your ambitions for pleasure by holding your profession as an obstetrician.

If you knew the pain of giving birth maybe you would know what a child is worth more than all the possessions you have" Alea's circus said.

"You're just a shameless woman who grabbed Mark's attention with the pain of your twins" Claire replies, but the police drag him out of the company.

When she got outside, Claire was greeted by reporters and a mob who threw her face with anything so she had to be protected by her police shield from mob attacks.

"Based on a fake doctor...! you look soft but you're nothing more than a scary monster. You saved a lot of babies' lives but you wanted to kill someone else's child for revenge, "so said one of the mobs to Claire who was bowed down in shame.

Claire hurriedly got into the police car. The police car drove off quickly leaving Azira's company. Reporters wait for Azira's presence but are told by security guards that they disband because Azira has now been brought home by her parents due to trauma.

As Mark held the frail Azira helplessly to take to the helicopter, Alea passed by him and was immediately shocked to see her daughter so pale.

"What's wrong with Azira?" asked Alea in panic.

"He fainted. His heart is back in trouble" Mark said honestly.

"Why could that be? Wasn't she okay for three years?" great-grandson Alea was in disbelief.

"Heart sufferers should not be exhausted. Should not be touched with a kick or punch right in the chest because it is very fatal," explained Mark.

"Yes Allah. Is Azira going to have another operation?" aela asked as she kissed her daughter's hand while they were already in the elevator.

"It cannot be ascertained before a thorough examination is carried out. Be calm...! We have to get to the hospital by helicopter. Don't worry like that. Do as you normally do Alea! Your faith in God will strengthen Azira, me and Abrar," Mark felt very tight to see Alea who was devastated.

"Hm!" Alea nodded resignedly even though at this moment her heart was deeply broken.

Helicopters began flying directly driven by Barack. With lightning fast, the helicopter landed again at Mark's hospital.

The doctor and nurse were ready with a cage to welcome Azira. incubation hose began to be installed and several other medical devices attached to Azira's body to support his life.

In the IGD room, Mark used a heart shock device to stimulate Azira's heart to beat again. It felt like the current Alea wanted to faint because there was no reaction from Azira at all.

"Yes Allah. Please daughter...! Just take my life instead," inner Alea tried hard.

Mark continued to try even though the heart diagram shown on the screen had weakened even very thin to show signs of Azira's life that would end.

"Babys....! Do you want to give up? Where's my brave daughter, huh?" urged Mark to try to motivate Azira who is waiting for his death.

During this time, Mark had been trying to get a new heart for Azira but did not match Azira. So, the heart is always given to other patients who are more suitable.

"Prepare the operating room....!" mark's word to his team of doctors.

"I know better than you. Do my bidding...!" mark snapped at his subordinates who looked pessimistic.

Alea was stunned looking at Mark who was too confident to perform the surgery. As a mother, her heart was not strong enough to see her daughter having to deal with the scalpel again. But, as Mark's wife, she must support her husband's decision if it is indeed best for Azira.

"Babies. Don't leave mother....! We've gone so far. Do you want to break your mother's faith in your real father who dumped you?" mute Alea on her daughter's ear.

Not long after Abrar came because Barack picked up. When Azira is on the operating table, Abrar asks Mark for permission. Alea came out of the operating room..

"Daddy. Let me talk to my twin brother for a minute....! If the medics cannot save Azira, God willing I can do it for the part of my life that is in Azira's body. We were a whole unit," Abrar's request made Mark go awry.

"Are you sure Abrar? look at the movement of Azira's heart diagram getting weaker. His mouth has been fitted with an incubation hose" Mark said.

"I know Daddy. At this time we can no longer rely on the medical," Abrar said.

"Then what can we do?" ask Mark lirih.

"Prayer as the strength of the believer. Ask the owner of life...!" pukas Abrar was full of confidence in his Robb.

"alright. Do your best for your twin brother...! take him home, son...! or we'll lose him," hoarsely Mark took a few steps back giving Abrar to approach Azira who was breathing alone was already too difficult for him.

"Azira. We have always been together until now. Share anything until I don't think to find another friend because you alone are enough to represent a friend to be able to share. We have gone through many things even death as if it had become our friend who always shadowed us at all times.

If you care about me, especially Mom and Daddy, please, come back to us. We can't live without you, my sister. If you go, what about me, hmm!" hiss Abrar with a raucous voice.

Abrar began chanting the holy verse of the Quran, Surah Al-Dawar. Surah which has the power to be facilitated by the servant of faith through the process of death. Arriving at verse 27 to the last verse 30, Abrar wept a bit. Where the 28th verse means,

"Return to your Lord with a satisfied heart) Satisfied with the reward that God has given you."

Abrar repeated the last three verses over and over again until his voice sank along with his cry. He recalls many memories with his twin brother. Tears fell on the back of Azira's hand which immediately responded to Abrar who was still convinced Azira would return to them.

Abrar's fingers were grasped the same Azira made Abrar lift his face which could only be bowed to hold his sadness.

"Azira..! You back...?" asked Abrar with a happy smile. Mark approached his son as soon as he saw the reaction of Azira's heart diagram begin to rise again and move normally.

"God's Masya. Thank God Robb. Thank you for bringing my daughter's life back together" Mark said.

"Daddy. Azira, daddy!" hoarse Abrar haru.

"Yes dear. He's back at us. Let Daddy check it out first" Mark said, putting a stethoscope on Azira's chest with a smile.

"We can move Azira to the nursery" Mark said, making Abrar embrace his father. Alea hugged the two and cried together.

Alea joins Abrar and her husband when he sees his daughter alive.

"Baby ...!" Alea kissed her daughter's face in tears.
