Rama's current state is still in a coma making the twins more overwhelmed with sadness. So did Alea who could not hide her sadness at seeing the condition of her ex-husband.

Although Rama has now been transferred to his daughter's own hospital, but experts can not do more to make Rama immediately aware.

At the moment, Azira is a little more gentle with her brother because seeing Abrar is always monitoring the state of their father. The two take turns waiting for their father, although they are seen keeping a distance from each other.

But unfortunately, when Rama tried to open his eyes, as if he was saying goodbye to his son, Rama suddenly dropped with his breath began to pant. Abrar was so panicked while shouting hysterically.

"Dad. Don't go, dad...! I want to stay with my father" cried Abrar with his body that already felt very weak.

Abrar immediately left the ICU room. He was afraid something would happen to his father.

"Dad. Hold on for our sake father.me and Azira desperately need a father even though Mark's father is very good to us," Abrar sighed weeping.

"What happened to my father?" azira asked while checking on her father's condition.

"It looks like the lady's father is in desperate need of the lady right now" said Robin, who knew a breakup would be imminent between the father and the child.

Azira approached her father. Abrar enters immediately when he remembers that his father's last will was to give his heart to Azira.

Seeing the condition of his father who had been very bad made Azira's heart could not withstand the pain and he finally fainted.

"Dad.... daddy....!" sighing many times until finally the body level was crashed too.

Mark and Alea walked into that ICU room. Abrar immediately informed his father's will to Mark's doctor.

"Is that your father's will, Abrar?" asked Mark who was embraced by Alea.

"The will has been sent to my email" Alea said.

"Then, prepare the operating table. We have to do Lord Rama's heart surgery for Azira. Prepare the Azira too so that the heart transplant process is ready to be processed!" tell Mark.

Brakkar Rama was immediately pushed into the operating room along with Azira's brangkar.
