Three World Swordsman

Three World Swordsman
040: Return of Guo Jin

Six months ago Guo Jin had come out of the Dragon Cultivation Realm. The first thing he saw was the stifling sight of his chest.

The place where it used to be filled with various buildings, has now been flattened to the ground and crumbled into rubble.

Ilalang thrives, nourished by the bodies of thousands of humans who died in battle ten years ago.

Guo Jin let out a long sigh, due to his weakness as the chief, making the God Valley Sect have to undergo destruction. Deep regret hugged Guo Jin's heart tightly at this moment.

If he had been more active in training and as strong as he is now, maybe the Valley of Gods Sect still managed to this day.

But all that has happened, regret will not fix and restore what has been lost.

Guo Jin's heart calmed down a little after he remembered that Zhu Long, the Founder of the God Valley Sect did not blame Guo Jin for the destruction of the Sect established by him five hundred years ago.

Not only that, Zhu Long trusted Guo Jin to carry out two tasks. In addition to the task of rebuilding the God Valley Sect, Zhu Long also gave a much more important task.

Zhu Long ordered Guo Jin to take the Map he left on the descendants of Zhu Long's younger brother.

Zhu Long had a younger brother who was also the greatest swordsman of his time. It was just that Zhu Mao, Zhu Long's younger brother, chose to marry the girl he loved and live alone in the Ming imperial territory.

Zhu Long then made a letter and handed a badge of the Zhu family to Guo Jin in order to retrieve the Map.

The map that Zhu Long was referring to was a map that contained clues about the place where the Two Books of Heirloom were stored which became the seizure two hundred years ago.

The book Zhu Long had stored nearly a hundred years ago in a secret place and was filled with deadly traps. Only Zhu Mao's descendants were able to overcome the trap.

After retrieving the Map, Guo Jin was ordered to hand it over to Yao Chan when he was already out of the Dragon Cultivation Realm.

Guo Jin finally went towards the Ming empire. It took Guo Jin months to find the last descendant of Zhu Mao.

Of the last three descendants, two of them were men who had martial skills equivalent to Guo Jin, a medium-level Saint.

While the youngest was a girl who was the same age as Yao Chan, the girl was named Zhu Yin. Zhu Yin's ability is the weakest between his two brothers, the Late stage Hermit Swordsman.

Despite his weakest abilities, Zhu Yin had a very high intelligence, he was able to remember things well in just one look.

With that advantage, Zhu Yin understood and memorized all the traps that Zhu Long had made far better than her two elder brothers.

Finally Guo Jin returned to the Wu empire with Zhu Yin. The return journey of Wu's empire took a month by horse-drawn carriage.

Since Zhu Yin did not yet have the ability to float in the air, the journey was taken on foot and ran with the science of body lightening.

During the trip, during the night break, Guo Jin helped Zhu Yin's power-up process by giving her the resources that come from the Dragon Cultivation Realm in large quantities.

Besides Yao Chan and Yu Lian, Zhu Long also gave Guo Jin two Dimensional Space Bracelets. One bracelet for Zhu Long and another for Zhu Mao's descendants.

When Guo Jin handed the Dimensional Space Bracelet to Zhu Mao's descendants, his two elder brothers agreed to give the Bracelet to Zhu Yin.

Zhu Yin was of course overjoyed after understanding how the bracelet worked. Zhu Yin, who was fond of cooking, put all her cooking utensils into a bracelet along with all the ingredients and seasonings in very large quantities.

Zhu Yin Cuisine is probably the most delicious food that Guo Jin has enjoyed for decades.

Guo Jin who initially laughed at the actions of Zhu Yin who entered the cooking utensils, now feels grateful to be able to enjoy this delicious meal every day.

If Guo Jin had a grandson, perhaps Guo Jin would have asked Zhu Yin to be his granddaughter's wife.

In addition to having a face that was no less beautiful than Yu Lian, the high intelligence of Zhu Yin, made its own charm for every man who saw it.

After dinner, Zhu Yin began her meditation to absorb the efficacy of the rare resource Guo Jin provided.

After a month of traveling, Guo Jin finally arrived in the city of Xinan. Xinan City that afternoon looked so crowded with the presence of several sects from the Black and Neutral Streams.

Guo Jin frowned when he realized the situation of Xinan City. The number of black warriors in this city, certainly not without reason, just that Guo Jin did not know the reason.

After obtaining lodging for the two of them, Guo Jin and Zhu Yin rested in their respective rooms.

Zhu Yin meditated to stabilize her martial foundation that had just broken through to the Early Level of the Sacred Swordsman thanks to the rare resources Guo Jin gave her.

Although he had reached the level of the Sacred Swordsman, Zhu Yin had not been able to float in the air, because he had never read the technique of floating in the air using deep energy.

The amount of profound energy that Zhu Yin possessed increased rapidly to thousands of knots. Zhu Yin felt an immense power stored in his body after reaching the level of a Sacred Swordsman.

The unnatural and extremely harsh training his father gave him when Zhu Yin was a child, made Zhu Yin's body have a strong foundation as a swordsman.

While doing his meditation, Zhu Yin suddenly heard a deep-flowing laughing voice that showed the owner of the voice had a high ability.

"Chan'er. This is Chan'er's laughing voice. Apparently they had already come out of the Dragon Cultivation Realm, but what had happened that he laughed this hard?"

Guo Jin immediately stopped his meditation, then moved out of his room and met Zhu Yin who was also out of his room.

"Grandfather.. Whose voice is this? and what's going on out there?" Asked Zhu Yin who looked annoyed at being interrupted by his meditation at such an important moment.

"If I'm not mistaken, this laugh is the sound of the boy's laughter..It looks like he's having fun with who?" Guo Jin replied with a wry smile, recalling himself being worked several times by Yao Chan while in the Dragon Cultivation Realm.

Zhu Yin choked on her own breath, her frustration at him suddenly dissipated, alternating with extreme curiosity.

Zhu Yin understood exactly who Guo Jin called the little boy. Because Guo Jin often told Yu Lian and referred to Yao Chan as a rancid boy.

Zhu Yin was very curious about the beauty Yu Lian had said Guo Jin, on par with the beauty she had.

Of course not only that, Zhu Yin was also very curious about the face of Yao Chan who was said to have good looks like a God.

Guo Jin and Zhu Yin immediately left the inn to look for Yao Chan's whereabouts.

It was not difficult for them to find Yao Chan who was unsheathing a sword towards the four men whom Guo Jin recognized as the Six Ghosts of the Valley of Hell.
