Chapter 04's
(third POV)
When Ruoxi regained her composure, she finally declared the true purpose of the deal.
"I had to escape an arranged marriage so I thought I could persuade you to have a fake marriage with me." Ruoxi said seriously without any tricks involved.
"I understand .. well, I can say that you're trying to avoid something, but I didn't know it was an arranged marriage." Yang Chen said absolutely nonsense through his teeth.
"Is that clear?" Ruoxi lowered her head while saying that.
"More or less." Yang Chen replied simply, again lying as if he was born with this talent.
"Will you help me?" Ruoxi asked looking up and straight into Yang Chen's eyes seriously.
Yang Chen closed his eyes for a few seconds and thought. "Should I help her, I mean I don't hate or hate her but I don't have feelings for her at all, she may be very pretty but I'm not just looking for an outward appearance on someone, and he's basically the main antagonist, well not him but the one inside him.

And don't start about me being immortal, if he tries to interfere with my new life, I'll crush him like an insect. '
Yang Chen calmed himself internally, he could not let his killing intent out or it would be bad.
After signing the papers, Ruoxi did the same.
"Now we're officially married." Ruoxi said with a blank expression.
"Looks like ." Yang Chen replied with the same expression.
"By the way, I have a question. I intend to ask you after our first meeting, and since we are now married, this is a better time to ask than before." Yang Chen said seriously
"What's that?" Ruoxi asked him while also being serious.

"It's Ruoxi. Lin Ruoxi." Ruoxi replied a little embarrassed.
"Well, since you know my name, I'll keep saying it. I'm Yang Chen, nice to meet you, Lin Ruoxi." Yang Chen introduced himself properly.
"Just Ruoxi is fine, and it's nice to meet you too." Ruoxi replied but this time there was no coldness just a casual greeting when the two people met each other for the first time.
"Well since our deal is done, I'll leave now." Ruoxi said after finishing her coffee, she got up to leave.
"All right, see you." Yang Chen replied clearly as he began to wake up ready to leave as well.
"By the way I'm going to pick you up tomorrow to move into vayak." Ruoxi said
"As far as you." Yang Chen replied not even caring that they would live together.
"You're no wonder you moved in with me," Ruoxi said while slightly embarrassed that she would be staying with the person she met this morning.
"Not really, because we're married now we might as well play its part. Isn't that right wifeyyy ~" Yang Chen said with a playful tone and a small smile.
Ruoxi approved the first part Yang Chen said, while she blushed on the last part.
"Who...You call me wife!" Ruoxi said, pointing at Yang Chen while still blushing.
"Cool, I'm just trying to play the part." Yang Chen said completely back with an indifferent expression.
"Hmmm!" Ruoxi simply turned around and went to the door but before she left she stopped and said in a low voice but Yang Chen could still hear her.
"Thank you for helping me today." Ruoxi said slightly flushed but since she was facing the door she could not see it.
"No problem." Yang Chen replied innocently as usual.

(MC Pov)
I teleported back to my apartment and decided to think for a while.
"Wow, just yesterday I actually read a novel, now I'm an ironic person." I thought while remembering what happened since I moved here.
"I think I'm gonna take a quick shower." I thought before going to the bathroom.
After I took a shower and refreshed myself, I looked at the wall and knew there was something there because the wall was empty.
I quickly broke the wall carefully so as not to cause too much damage. "At least I still want to sleep for one more night." I thought while checking the black box before opening it.
The black box itself is ordinary. Then when I opened the black box I saw a black stone that looked like if it came from the moon, overall it was a cool stone.
