Yang Chen woke up feeling refreshed, got out of bed, and went to the bathroom for a quick shower.

After he finished, he changed and headed downstairs where Ruoxi was eating breakfast and Wang Ma was cooking in the kitchen.

"Young master, do you want breakfast?" Wang Ma happily asked Yang Chen as he had just walked out of the kitchen.

"certain." Yang Chen replied with a small smile.

When Yang Chen sat down, he saw Ruoxi staring at him, so he asked.

"What's that?"

"Nothing." Ruoxi replied coldly as usual while in her mind there were different thoughts. "I couldn't seem to wrap my head around why he made me glutinous rice that night. Ruoxi just got to work and arrived at her office. He was about to start doing some paperwork when his assistant Wu Yue knocked on his office.

"You can come in." Ruoxi. When Wu Yue entered, she had a panicked face.

"Boss Lin, we have a problem!" Wu Yue said in panic.

"Calm down, then talk." Order Ruoxi.

Wu Yue was a little calm but still a little panicked.

"Boss Lin, Xu Zhihong was killed!" Wu Yue said with a somewhat pale face.

"What?!" Ruoxi was startled for a moment before she frowned.

"Boss Lin, does this mean we should cancel the fashion show and reschedule." Wu Yue asked as he calmed down.

"You can come in." Answer Ruoxi.

The one who entered this time was Mo Qianni.

When Mo Qianni entered she asked, "Boss Lin, I just saw Wu Yue now, why does she have a panicked face?"

"Xu Zhihong is dead." Ruoxi replied with an empty face.

"What!?" Mo Qianni was startled then asked, "Do we have to cancel the fashion show?"

"No, we'll try to find a new partner for this event. What do you want to talk about?" Ruoxi replied as she returned to her usual coldness.

"This .... is a long story, but I promise to explain it in the future." Ruoxi replied to Mo Qianni with a slight smile at the attention of her best friend.

After some empty chatter, Mo Qianni left and returned to her office to do her job, while Ruoxi returned to do her job.

When Yang Chen arrived at his company, the first thing he saw was a two-story white building with clear windows.

When Yang Chen finished surveying the building, he got a call from a number that he was unfamiliar with so he replied and said.

Yang Chen recognized this voice from his memories. This voice was none other than Situ Rose.

Rose heard Yang Chen not answering decided to stop the action and get a reason why he called.

"Can you come to my bar, this is rather important." Rose asked Yang Chen seriously.

"Sure, I'll be there any minute." Yang Chen replied in a simple tone.

"Okay, see you later." Rose said happily as she had not seen Yang Chen in a few days before ending the call.

Yang Chen then left his building and got into his car and went to Rose's bar.

After a few minutes, he arrived at Rose's bar. When he entered, he saw Rose sitting on the bar stool easily as the bar was empty as it was still a day outside.

Rose had black hair with a few purple strands on her shoulders, with a beautiful figure while wearing a modern red Qipao showing one of her watery thighs. If anyone could see this, they could say he was dressed just to impress someone special.

Yang Chen then walked to the bar and sat down next to Rose and innocently asked, "So, what's up?"

"I'm so lonely without you." Rose said teasingly to Yang Chen as she got closer and showed Yang Chen her beautiful legs.

Yang Chen noticed what he was trying to do but ignored him and said, "That's impossible because you sound serious over the phone."

Rose then noticed something strange about how Yang Chen acted and said, "Are you okay? Your acting is different from your usual self."

Yang Chen then thought 'Of course I acted differently because I am not the person you have felt since I took over his body. But I can't tell you that because you're gonna think I'm crazy before you answer. "No, I'm fine, so what do you want to talk about?"

Rose decided to stop this conversation for now, before asking, "A few days ago, you beat up Chen Feng, right?

Yang Chen simply nodded and Rose took it as a sign to continue.

"Well, Chen Feng's father, 'Chen Dehai' has been looking for you ever since you put his son to sleep. His men even started harassing one of your friends, asking for your whereabouts."

When Yang Chen heard this, he immediately thought of Li JingJing, 'It is my fault for not getting rid of the root of the problem much earlier.' before replying. "Alright, I'll take care of these people then."

"It took some time to get to the location because the place was raided by the police, but unfortunately he escaped." Rose said bitterly as her 'father's' right hand was unlocked.

"It's okay, I'll find the location." Yang Chen said to make Rose confused and asked, "How is it?"

Yang Chen only smiled slightly and said, "Secret."

Yang Chen then got up from his seat and said, "Well I think I should go, because I will take care of this person."

"Well then, be sure to visit me immediately." Rose said disappointed and a little sad, as she had to leave early and did not even praise him on how he dressed specifically for her.

Yang Chen then walked to the door but suddenly turned to Rose and said. "By the way, you look so pretty today."

Rose who heard this was very happy and gave a beaming smile that would leave anyone awestruck as she said.

"Thank you."

Yang Chen was dazed for a few seconds, making Rose happier before leaving Rose's bar.

Yang Chen decided to check on Li JingJing and his family first before getting rid of Chen Dehai.
