Trapped Enchantment Thugs Insaf
37. Smile For Akhmar

Aiza ran into the yard of the house overgrown with a variety of ornamental plants.  He said hello when he entered the house.

Aiza walked towards the room.  Before he reached the room, he passed by the family room.  There was his mother and Zahra, his older brother who seemed to be busy arranging cakes into boxes.

Must be another cake order.  And that made Aiza's mother unable to rest in order to meet the customer's request.  But it's okay to work hard to make a living that way, rather than having to beg father.  Because indeed since his father married many women, his mother rarely received a living from Dad.  See, Mother works alone to meet her needs, as well as the needs of her children.

Aiza shakes the back of her umyad hand.

“Outdated, Umi?” ask Aiza as she approaches her mother.  Aiza preferred to call her mother Umi even though her mother was of original Betawi descent.  While his father was called abah according to his request because his brother was the original Banjar.

“Iya, darling.” Her mother's gaze focused on the cake without turning to Aiza's smiling face was very sweet, if her mother saw that smile, surely her tiredness would be slightly reduced.

“Is his new school fun?” ask Umi while putting the printed cake into the oven.

“Alhamdulillah there is no problem,” replied Aiza while washing her hands in the sink.  He helped Uminya put the cake in the oven after wiping her hands.  “Tadi Aiza directly follow tutoring, trus directly take Arabic package.  Coming home tonight.”

“Umi already understand about it.”  Qanita smiles.

“Neither help, Za.  You just learn there,” sergeant Zahra.

“Amal is divided.  Don't take it alone.”

“Kasian room, deck.  Dingy.  I've been studying in my room!”

Qanita, Aiza's mother just smiled seeing the interaction of her two daughters.  He was happy because his two children never fought like other people's children.

“It's almost done.  You go to the room there,” said Qanita. “Come there quick shower.  Soon your Abah comes home, we'll have dinner together.”

“Umi sure Abah will go home?” aiza asked as if she thought it was impossible for her father to come home.

“Iya.  Last Abahmu phone.”

“Most also call again and say if not go home.”  Aiza's voice sounded dull.

It is not wrong for Aiza to feel upset at the Father, who not only once or twice her father promised to go home, but in fact did not come home.  While his mother had cooked a lot to welcome the husband, and finally the cuisine was spent without the presence of the husband.

Aiza was tired of the same story, so the presence of her father was not at all expected.

Aiza headed to the dining table and saw some of the various foods presented.  Why his mother continues to be so respectful to his father who has not appreciated his wife according to Aiza.

“Other times do not have to cook this much, Umi.  Mubajir,” said Aiza with a face that was still pouting. “Most abah is the same his young wives.”  Aiza turned her back leaving the kitchen.

First, his father claimed to be remarried to a rich young widow with one child whose beauty is extraordinary.  It certainly made her mother feel hurt, but there was nothing she could do except allow her husband to remarry.

Second, her husband claimed to be married again with a beautiful widow who lives in Bandung.

Lastly, his father had just married a beautiful twenty-one-year-old girl, only a four-year gap with Aiza.

Complete already, Aiza's father now has four wives.  And the less often the man goes home to the first wife.  It could be a month or two once the man comes home.  Besides having to divide his time for his work, he also had to share his time with his wives. Is this the habit of men if they have a lot of money?

“Polygamy is okay.  Non sinful.  Men are allowed to have more than one wife.  Women who hate polygamy and are strongly opposed to polygamy, that is to oppose the Qur’an.  The highest sincerity of women is when her husband willingly married another woman.”

That's the sentence Aiza heard from her father's mouth while talking to her mother.

Aiza was annoyed once every remembered those words.  His father always pressured his mother with a religion he deliberately adopted only to win her over without caring about the beautiful explanations in the verses of God.

Whether it is made of what his mother's heart, the woman still looks patient and legowo.  She also remained obedient and respectful to her husband, even though she already looked like trash in her husband's eyes.

“Say ustad, understand religion, but why?” aiza remembers her father.

Only the ones who don't feel like liars can come in!

.

The sentence was neatly written on a piece of cardboard affixed to Aiza's bedroom door.  Who else would he be insinuating if not his father.  Funny thing is, the father really did not dare to enter after reading the writing.

Usually the first thing his father did when he came home was break into Aiza's room to deliver souvenirs.  But yesterday, his father just knocked on the door and yelled for Aiza to come out to pick up the souvenirs she was carrying.

This proves that the father realized or what?  Aiza smiled amusedly.  During this time his father was always indifferent whenever Aiza showed a fierce attitude, protesting and rejecting the decision of his father who he said remarried.  Now his father began to retreat in an orderly fashion.

Aiza took a shower and immediately put on a beautiful robe combined with a contemporary hijab.  He opened the phone, pointed the thumb at the application of the Quran.  As usual, he opened the Quran app and read some verses.

Suddenly he remembered the letter of Al Balad.  Where did Akhmar memorize it?  Her lips were interested in forming a smile along with her eyes that were closed.  Strange, the man actually refused, but how come to agree when challenged by rote?
