"Hello! Hello!! Is anyone there?" lyla shouted with a raucous voice. His sore throat was dry because it had been a few hours he shouted, but no one answered him.
"Please let me go. I beg!" lyla said sobbing. No matter how long he had been in this room with his hands and feet bound and his eyes covered with cloth, only his lips were free to speak and shout without anyone answering.
Tired, hungry, cold too. There had only been darkness since he came to his senses with his eyes and hands and feet tightly bound. He remembered that when the incident had just come home from work that night, two people suddenly approached and dragged him into the car, then put a handkerchief on his nose and mouth so that he was unconscious.
"Please let me go, I beg you. What was my fault until you brought me here? I'm not the one who is, it's free for you to kidnap me. No one is going to vouch for me" Lyla said in a heartfelt statement, hoping that one person could listen and let go.
A young man sat in a chair in front of the bed where Lyla was, sitting with one leg crossed over the other. One hand was folded in front of his stomach, while the other clenched hand held his chin. He saw the girl in front of him wriggling from yesterday when his men brought him here. There were no more cries from the woman, there were now only words pleading for her to let go.
"I know, there's gotta be someone here, right? Please let me go. What was my fault until I was here?" lyla asked again, sure enough if it wasn't just him in this room.
"Hey, help me. You're wrong to arrest people if you want to kidnap and ask for ransom" Lyla said. He's been so tired from last night, or yesterday after tomorrow? Lyla could not remember when she was brought to this place, how long she had been here, only that Lyla remembered herself being here for a long time until she felt hungry and also limp.
The man in front of him was still silent and noticed, there was no intention of him to release the girl. It was precisely at this moment that he wanted to strangle the girl before him to the point of being out of breath.
"Hey, you're not deaf, are you? I'm not the one you guys can take the ransom for, I'm just the kid from the orphanage you guys got wrong. My orphanage won't be able to give you a ransom if you want money. You guys got it wrong. Aren't you afraid that there's a cop looking for me here? You'll be punished for wrongfully holding people captive." Lyla was not willing to give up, she was sure if those people were wrongfully caught and would accept the consequences.
"At least give me some water or food. I'm thirsty and hungry too" said Lyla again, she was desperate because no one answered her words. This room was very cold and also quiet, his voice echoed back to his hearing.
The man in the expensive suit stood up and picked up the water that was on the nightstand, giving it rough so that the water flowed down the corner of Lyla's lips. Lyla was unprepared with so much water running down her throat that she choked and felt a pain in her throat.
"Can you be careful? I'm choking!" lyla was upset. He coughed until it felt like he wanted to die because of the treatment of someone he could not see in his form.
Hearing Lyla's words made the man upset. Why would I give him a drink? I should have just let him die! The young man was upset. He slammed the bottle so that the water splattered on the floor.
"Hey, can you tell me why I'm here? I need answers. Why did I get here? Whoareyou? I want to go home!" lyla stopped the man's footsteps.
The man was already upset, and was getting annoyed because this woman did not also understand why she had arrived here. With a quick step the man walked back to where Lyla was and took off the rough blindfold that was on Lyla.
"Aw! It's sick!" lyla said she felt pain in her face. He closed his eyes because it turned out that this room was very glare. He slowly opened his eyes slowly, it appeared that in front of him there was someone he saw, but it was not yet clear who the man was.
"Who are you? Why am I here?" lyla asked as she clearly saw the handsome man in front of her. The man with a handsome face and a firm jaw was now looking at him closely. Thick eye brows and sharp eyes make Lyla as if seeing an overseas actor who is often seen by her stepmother.
The man did not answer, just took something out of his suit pocket and threw it in front of Lyla. Lyla became clueless as to what this man meant.
"My sister. You must be responsible for his death."
Lyla rounded her eyes when she heard this male baritone voice. He looked at the photo that was in front of him, slightly looking down to see more clearly the face that was there.
"Your sister? What's my connection to his death?" lyla still didn't understand.
"I guess you're wrong about catching people. I don't know your sister" Lyla said, shaking her head.
Another photo of the other man was thrown in front of Lyla, a picture of himself with a man who was laughing together. Lyla tried to remember this face carefully, forgetting a little because there were so many people she had met lately. Seeing from the place that was there slowly made Lyla remember.
"Iā."
"You're the one who killed my brother."
