38. What Ranvier Does

Seeing Ranvier keep staring at Kareen made Akmal and Erwin smile. Even Akmal nudged Ranvier's arm with his arm.

After that day Ranvier continued to think of an unseen figure in the form of a disembodied woman's head who was eating Kareen's fingers.

Not finding a clue, Ranvier inevitably tells Kareen and Maudy what he experienced when they met his spiritual teacher.

That afternoon Daeng Payau invited Ranvier to meet ustadz Rahman at a restaurant. The main menu of the restaurant in the form of traditional food is very popular with the ustadz.
