“Arghh...” Alex holds his head in great pain. He had just woken up from his sleep at dusk almost drowning in the western horizon.
Alex got up from his bed and staggered while holding his head. Then Alex drank a glass of water and one pill painkillers.
For a moment he sat quietly gathering his strength. Until the pain that torments his head in the sense of slowly subsiding, Alex stepped up his legs to take a bath so that his body feels fresher again.
Finished bathing Alex immediately looking for his cellphone that is still lying on his mattress. Seen on her phone screen are some calls from Cassandra.
Without thinking Alex, immediately called Cassandra.
“Ke my room now!” Cassandra closes her phone, even though Alex has not answered Cassandra's orders.
Alex immediately put on his full outfit like yesterday, and did not forget that he also wore his face cover. In a hurry he set foot into Cassandra's room.
After arriving at the room Alex knocks on the door gently, then turns the doorknob until the door leaf opens.
“Can I log in?” ask Alex.
Cassandra nodded her head and after that her eyes focused back on the neatly arranged papers on her desk. Alex closed the door of the room and sat right in front of Cassandra.
“What did you call me? It's not time I work.” Ask Alex.
“Your sister is here.” replied Cassandra who is still focused on flipping through the paper on her desk.
“How is it?” ask Alex in shock.
“Quiet! she is fine, not a single part of her body was scratched even if it was only one millimeter.” Cassandra replied, then Cassandra put the pile of paper next to her desk, “I've checked the condition.” Cassandra said as she stared at Alex in full view.
“So, how has it been as severe as what the conditions are?” ask Alex.
“I'm getting curious about you, the symptoms are still very early, there are no signs in his physique yet. But what I'm surprised, you can already know that his heart is problematic, even to detect it must be in need of medical tests, and not necessarily all experts can be sure that his heart is having problems. Then how do you know if his heart is troubled?” ask Cassandra curiously.
“She often vomits at night, and sometimes I see her holding her stomach.” Alex answered calmly.
“Only that?” asked Cassandra who showed a face that did not believe the answer from Alex, “maybe it was another disease, why can you know that the liver is problematic?” ask Cassandra.
“Betul, it could be another disease, if you don't see it every night.” Answer Alex.
“About how long have you seen it?” cassandra asked, who was getting curious about Alex.
“3 months ago.” replied Alex.
Cassandra nods her head while thinking hard, guessing who Alex really is, her suspicions become increasingly on Alex. In his heart he believes Alex is not an ordinary person, he is very sure Alex is someone who is an expert in medicine, even though Alex is not a medical expert.
“Percentage of success?” alex asked, clenching his hand.
“50% maybe, depending on your sister, if her desire to recover is very strong, her success rate is increasing. But, if his desire is still inferior to his illness the percentage of success will not be more than 10%.” Cassandra Bright.
“The success rate is too small, and the risk is too big.” replied Alex.
“It is still too early to do a transplant, and the risk of transplantation is also very large, not much different also.” Cassandra.
Alex leaned his pockets on the chair and crossed his legs, “but you can minimize the risk, right? isn't your operating success rate above 99%.” Said Alex who tried to act as calm as possible, even though his legs experienced severe shaking, “from 200 times the experiment, only 1 failed.” said Alex.
“Can you read minds? Or someone's past?” ask Cassandra who's getting restless.
“There are people who can do that, even I just don't believe the weather forecast.” Elak Alex's.
“Hahaha...” Cassandra laughed out loud as she thrashed her desk, “I'm naked in front of you.” Cassandra said while holding her stomach.
“You used to do it every day, Cassandra.” Alex said in his heart.
“I don't seem to have any privacy anymore, almost all my secrets you can know, even to the size of underwear that is very privacy for women you can know.” Said Cassandra while wiping her tears that seeped while laughing, “Actually who are you? What was my relationship with you before?” cassandra asked with a small smile.
“When I came here, it was our first conversation. I'm a nobody I make sure you won't know me, even though I showed you my face.” Answer Alex.
“Who are you really? Damnit!” cassandra snapped while standing on the table.
“I told you, it did not cross my mind at all to lie to you.” Alex answered calmly.
Prang... Cassandra slams her glass to the floor, “who are you really?” cassandra asked with a sharp look.
Alex stood up and approached Cassandra, then she held onto Cassandra's arm tightly, “wow are you?” ask Cassandra.
“Quiet! your panic attack symptoms are over again, calm yourself!” alex's orders. Then Alex took the bottle of drink that was on Cassandra's table, “drink and calm yourself!” alex's orders.
Cassandra sat back in her chair and quickly gulped down the water in the bottle.
“Can we still continue this conversation?” ask Alex.
“Do your duty! My decision has been made to treat it first so that the disease does not get worse. To find a heart that suits him is very difficult for me now, Night Raven has yet to have the strength to enter into the black market.” Answer Cassandra.
“I leave it to you, I guarantee you that only a few months later Night Raven will rule this city.” Alex said as he walked out of Cassandra's room.
Cassandra stared intently at Alex who was away from her. He squeezed the bottle he was holding while clasping his teeth, “who are you really Alex? Why do you know so much about me?” cassandra said in her heart.
