Victor Apologized

“Hai, Sa! Thanks for coming!” Agni knew that Elisha was hard to come there. Victor told me how he treated Elisha when he reported about Agni's abduction.

“Hai!” Elisa flat. He still didn't want to believe a hundred percent of Victor's attitude change.

“Let's go in!” Agni let Elisha into the house after he picked her up at the gate.

They were sitting in a very large and luxurious living room. This is the second time Elisha entered the house, and he still continues to be amazed by the luxury that Victor has, whether until later he can have a house like that, or not, or at least have a home.

“Sis..!” Agni called someone. Elisha's daydreams about home.

“Crazy, I could also think about home when I first met Agni after the kidnapping!” Elisha whispered in his heart.

“Iya mba!” Siska approached Agni and Elisha.

“Please make a drink for both of us yes!” Agni gave instructions to Siska.

“Who is he?” Elisha glared at the plump Siska.

“Assistant in this house. Victor's looking for an assistant to look after the twins after I get out of this house. Hahaha, how ridiculous!” Agni recalled the time she left the house and the twins.

“Ohhh!” There is something in Elisha.

“Why?” Agni was aware of Elisha's suspicions in a single word she had said just now.

“Nothing!” Elisha dodged Agni's question.

“There must be nothing! Oh different!” Agni pursuit.

“Eh, how can you return to this house again? Where have you been all this time?” Elisa switched the conversation as she recalled that there were still many questions that popped into her head and had to be asked Agni immediately before she forgot.

“Ah long story. Read in the novel Love No Man!” Agni answered.

“Well, have to read there. A straight story, why? Besides your story is in the novel, the rickshaw is not funny!” Elisha put on a cynical face.

“News dong!” Elisha forced, he held Agni's hand, hard, forcing her to speak.

“Ok, ok!” Agni requested that Elisha loosen his handrails.

Elisha loosened his grip on Agni's hand.

“So that night I was taken to an island, somewhere, completely deserted. I had to serve for a few days the striped men who came to the island to avoid the randomness of their wives!” Agni.

“What?” Elisha gawking.

“Yes, no one can escape from the island, the guard is tight. Fortunately Victor came and paid so much that some guards who were guarding there gave Victor to take me to the beach, where he had prepared a speed boat for us to run from the island.” Agni is very enthusiastic now to tell the story she experienced.

“Continue, continue!” Elisha could feel what Agni was saying.

“Well, there was a guard following us, watching us not to run. But if it was a moron, he did not suspect the slightest bit if the speed boat was the speed boat that Victor provided for us to escape!” Agni continued her story.

“Terus?” Elisha asked again.

“We ran into the speed boat and he had time to catch up with us and managed to get on the speed boat as well!” Elisa enthusiastic now.

Just then Victor came and sat down beside Agni.

“Agni hit the guard's head unconscious. If he wasn't that brave, it might be my corpse that lives in the high seas now!” Victor hugged Agni and smiled at Elisha.

Elisha stunned.

“Sa, forgive me for my past-then attitude!” Victor apologizes to Elisha, he looks into Elisha's eyes who still seems suspicious and can't believe in the changes shown by Victor.

“Eh, but this is not your plan all right?” Elisha spilled his suspicions, he wanted to get confirmation directly from Victor.

“Not, no. I was so sad when I heard your story about Agni. But I also don't know why the attitude I showed you was different.” Victor.

Elisa was confused, why Victor suddenly lowered his head so.

“Is he so sorry now? Or just acting?” ask in the heart.

Elisha was still suspicious of what Victor was showing him.

“I experienced a trauma that I myself could not explain because I also did not understand why this all happened to me. The point is, I looked down on all the women except Mbo Ratih, for some reason. I've been holding it since I was a kid. I know if my mama never noticed me, only Mbo Ratih was with me then, until now too.” Victor paused for a moment, he took a heavy breath.

Elisha was still faithfully listening, emotionless. He won't get into Victor's ruse. He did not want the story of the newly delivered by Victor that influenced his assessment of Victor to change instantly.

“I always see mama bring her male partner home, alternating, when papa is not home. And every time papa comes home, they're fighting. Psychiatrist said that I judged if mama should get rough treatment from papa because of her own actions. I really don't know what their problem really is, which I know mama is no longer loyal to papa and does not think I exist.” Victor started to shed tears.

Elisha began to be stunned, however Victor's tears could melt his heart. His eyes began to glaze over, but he was held back so as not to spill as well. Agni was crying from earlier.

“I just want to apologize to you Elisha.., as well as thank you!” Victor looked at Elisha who turned his face away from holding back his own tears.

“Then, my attitude towards Agni was affected by my past experiences, the times I had not understood anything and made my own judgments in my heart. It was completely embedded and blooming inside me then I never looked at women well! I am confused by my own feelings, on the one hand I love but on the other hand little Victor says if I don't have to love him, I can't give love to any woman.” Victor wiped his tears again.

“Elisa, will you forgive me?” Victor looked at Elisa again.

Elisa was still silent, trying to digest what Victor had just told her.

“Sa, if you don't want to forgive me now, that's okay, I understand because I've been unfair to Agni, your friend! And he, because of you, always makes you hassles and panic!” Victor continued his apology.

As Victor waited for Elisha's reply, Siska came to them.

“This is mba's drink. Uh, Mr. Victor is there too. What can I make you drink, sir?” Siska asked Victor.

Victor sees Siska and gives the code if he doesn't want to drink anything.

“Eh, Mr Victor crying huh?” Siska was astonished to see Victor could cry as well.

“Siska, can you leave us a minute?” Agni gave the order through her sentence to Siska who began to be centile before them. Agni did not want what was on Elisha's mind, her best friend from earlier appeared again.

Agni caught a glimpse of Elisha's eyes staring unhappily at the seemingly flirtatious Siska.
