Joanne's ability to detect the existence of someone does not doubt Laura. It's just, the way in guessing always makes Laura surprised. Just like the guy did.

In his arms, a. a. (think of it) a large-bodied alien with a half-tiger form is trying to escape. With a body size that is much larger than Joanne, the alien should be able to escape easily. However, Joanne is superior in experience. The alien also managed to tie Joanne with a special rope made by Sean and his handcuffed hands also made it more difficult to escape.

Tigress is Tiger Warrior's real name. Only certain people know about it. Therefore, Tigress seemed confused. How did the Chaminarian before him know his name?

“What do you want? How do you know my name?” ask Tigress.

Joanne just realized that she shouldn't have called Tiger Warrior by her real name. However, Joanne calmly answered, “You golden tiger that once saved me. Don't you remember meeting me at Kaminaria?”

It's just a made up excuse. In the original story, among the Super Rangers, it was Brian who was once saved by Tigress. However, Joanne is convinced that Tigress will not remember everyone she saved. Moreover, the tragedy that struck Kaminaria had happened long enough.

Joanne nodded with confidence.

“I am so grateful to you back then.” he said.

Tigress pondered while bowing her head. Reply, “But I still failed to save your planet. I don't deserve to thank you.”

His face revealed deep disappointment to himself.

“Does anyone blame you for that defeat? You have fought your hardest to defend Kaminaria and the other planets. There are times when we succeed and there are times when we fail. But, I'm sure the people who know your struggle must be very grateful to you.”

These were the words that Laura wanted to convey to the Tiger Warrior character that she saw on television. Several times the Tiger Warrior always felt slumped whenever it failed to save others. That is not his obligation.

“You will not understand..” muttered the half-tiger man.

Laura is Luca Kasha. It is only natural that others consider that his life is too relaxed to understand the feelings of someone who has been bullied. Moreover, Luca Kasha was part of the people who oppressed him.
