Thunder Blue could be said to be the second strongest ranger after Thunder Red. Some fans, including myself, thought that Thunder Blue was the most powerful.

The abilities he got from the Blue Griffin and the ones he trained himself were also quite a lot. Not only does he move quickly like a lion chasing its prey, his eyes are also sharp like an eagle and are able to realize the existence of others from a certain distance. From all that ability, I just found out that Joanne can see astral beings. This is not explained in any episode. The information on the Thunder Blue profile posted on the internet did not write anything about this ability.
