Virtual Evo Games
Challenge (1)

Ann and Liam accept Aro's challenge to surpass the point he has already achieved from the simulation. Liam did it first, then followed by Ann. As for Archie, he was still hesitant to do so.

Liam has entered the simulated world of the Polar Zone. This zone all over the place comes from frozen ice. Being in the polar zone is a big challenge for some people. Because in addition to competing to complete the mission, they had to fight the coldness of the area.

He was on a mission to hack VEG simulation defenses in the polar zone whose point is in the Southwest direction. Just like Aro did, inevitably Liam had to deal with various kinds of robots and drones in the simulation world.

“Aduh...” Liam was shot by one of the robots there. The hologram screen to the right of the monitoring arena showed the life points that Liam had, now reduced by 10 points.

The three people who were there were shocked to see him. Liam who was in the simulation world directly attacked the robot, he shot it. After succeeding, Liam continued his journey.

Liam got to the core and broke into the system. He had trouble seeing new patterns.

“Hah? This what?” ask Liam.

Aro, Ann, and Archie who saw the codes were also astonished. There is a box containing six lines. It's like a word guessing game.

“Where is this?” liam asked, he still did not understand what word to put in.

“What does this mean? What later in VEG there is also a puzzle game?” ask Ann.

Aro still looked at the box that contained those six lines. As if realizing what he meant, he immediately dashed into the upper room of the simulation arena.

Operator room, a place that almost never used again by all VEG members. Aro directly uses one of the headphones connected to a computer that turns on containing the codes that Liam found in the core.

“Halo Liam? Can you hear me?” ask Aro from the operator's room. He sat in one of the chairs of one of the computers.

Liam who was in the simulated world was shocked. He gets a call from outside, which is usually only the operator doing it. Ann and Archie who heard it from the monitoring arena also seemed confused.

“Hah? This who? Do we have an operator?” ask the confused Liam.

“This is me, Aro. I'm in the operator's room now. You see that box that contains that line, right? Search for clues from the codes in the digital window. It's kind of a guessing game or arguably, we need to find a password clue to open it,” replied Aro.

“Code? How to?” ask Liam.

“Close the box first, open the access codes you saw again, if I tell you to stop, please stop,” said Aro.

"Well, sister,” he immediately closed the box and opened the access code that he had hacked it.

He looked at everything carefully, all the code he scrolled from the digital window. Aro observes from his computer, there is a code that looks like words of instruction.

There is a code that reads one aspect that is needed for VEG participants.

“What is this quote?” aro Mumm.

Liam who was in the simulated world also read it. Ann and Archie who saw the code on the screen to the right of the monitoring also thought about the answer. Aro thinks hard in the operator's room. He thought that the six lines were like the number of letters from the clue's answer.

“Weapons? But it's seven letters,” he said while thinking hard.

Aro counts the number of letters of the word he thinks. As if there was a light burning in his head, he immediately informed Liam who was in the simulated world.

“Ah! Gadgets! Liam, open the box again, fill in the Gadgets there!” Aro commands.

Liam opened the box earlier in the digital window and typed the Gadget's writing there. Access open. They managed to find the answer, Liam immediately put down his palm. He successfully completed the challenge.

Aro had come out of the operator's room and Liam was already out of the Evopass room. The screen shows the number of life points left of Liam and the number of result points from completing the mission. Seen 475,877 points that Liam achieved. For a while, he was ranked second. Liam exhaled slowly. Aro patted his left shoulder.

“It is quite good, just because there was something unexpected,” said Aro who tried to calm him down.

“Eh yes, why was there such a password? Has there ever been anything like this before?” archie asked as they were all in the monitoring arena.

“Early,” that short answer from Aro made the three of them turn their heads towards him.

“A year before I went VEG, I saw the match. One of the participants from the other team while he was at the core place, inside his digital window was seen a box containing some of those lines. His operator directed him to look for clues in a code set like Liam earlier.”

“Some time later, they found the clue. But unfortunately, the operator or the participant was too lulled by looking for answers, and did not realize there was a robot behind the participant who was ready to shoot him,” continued Aro.

“So, what about that guy? Did he make it?” ask Ann.

“Because he was shot by one of the robots with life points that only ten remain, he failed and his body went straight out of VEG,” Aro replied.

“That's a semi-final match for me?” ask Liam.

“Iya, during the match in the round of 15, the teams from that company all qualified. Only one made it to the semifinals, and he failed,” Aro replied.

The three instantly fell silent. In VEG games, instead of just focusing on one goal. Both being participants or operators, both must remain vigilant about the things around them.
