Waiting and Feeling (Naruto X Hinata)
Chapter 1: A Hokage.

Haai. Actually not only like naruhina, I like all pairing in Naruto.

Naruto belongs to Masashi Kishimoto sensei. All characters and characters in this fanfic are his.

The summer afternoon breeze was soothing. Giving a little comfort to people who are in the middle of the downtown crowd of Konoha.

Hinata's there. Take a leisurely walk while looking for Hanabi, his younger sister whom he has not seen since his return from the mission.

Though according to the maids in their house, Hanabi is not on a mission and also does not have a training schedule with Konohamaru.

"Great...!"

Hinata turned around, she was certainly very familiar with the voice. Loud and full of spirit. "Ino-san." Hinata smiled as the blonde girl reached her face.

Behind Ino, there's the same Sai and Choji - the same looks shabby.

Hinata knew for sure, they had just returned home from a mission.

"You just got back from the mission?" Hinata berbasa - stale.

"Well... As you can see. We just happened to meet in front of the village gate."

"Oh... I thought you were on a mission together."

Sai just replies with a smile while Choji doesn't seem to care. The fat man was too busy chewing on the 2 bags of potato chips in his deck.

"Where are you going?" ask Ino.

"Aahs... I'm actually going to Hokage-sama's place, but I'm turning around to look for Hanabi."

"Then where is Hanabi-san?" Ask Sai.

"I haven't met him yet. I think I'd better get to the Hokage's office before it gets late."

Ino smiled broadly, He took Hinata by the hand and led her towards the Hokage Office.

"Then we go there together. I'm tired, but I won't put off reporting on the mission this time."

"Hmmm... Ino-san's mission must be very important huh."

Instantly Sai and Choji chuckled behind them. Hinata turned her head back, looking at Choji who turned out to have thrown away a pack of potato chips.

"Hinata's vision is not important at all, she just wants to scold Naruto right away."

"What's wrong, Ino-san?"

Ino let out his annoyed breath. "Hinata, our journey is still far away. I don't want to be upset this whole way."

Hinata smiled awkwardly and she complied with Ino by not discussing it anymore.

"Hinata-san himself, there's no need to go to Hokage-sama's office." Sai opened the chat after they had been quiet for quite a while.

"I'll submit a mission report. We actually just got home this afternoon. But since Shino-kun and Akamaru were injured quite badly, Me and Kiba-kun decided to take them to the Hospital first."

"How are they doing now?" ask Ino.

"It's still in the hospital, but they've got proper treatment. They'll recover soon."

"Thank God." Chouji. "I can't imagine how grim Shino's face is when I find out Kiba is more worried about Akamaru than he is."

They laughed, without realizing it, each of them was imagining Shino's gloomy face.

The wall clock shows almost 5 o'clock. But in mid-summer like this, the twilight will not come as fast as the previous days.

Shikamaru looks so busy at his desk. He was sorting through dozens of mission requests. Schedule anyone Shinobi who will go on duty according to his level of ability.

"How can the number of students who enter the Academy this year be so few, Iruka Sensei?"

"Sorry Hokage similarly, I myself also feel very surprised. After the Shinobi world war was over, the number of children entering the Academy had indeed decreased, but it had never been as bad as this year."

Naruto did not answer, he opened the report sheet that Iruka brought and checked the names of Genin candidates received.

"Alright, then two more days I will hold the opening ceremony. I hope Hokage-sama can attend the ceremony."

Naruto smiled at Iruka. "Yes, I'll come. Sensei, try not to be too respectful towards me, I am your student, right?."

"You are indeed my disciple, but you are also a Hokage now. On the outside, maybe I will still consider you a little Naruto who really likes ramen. But here, there's no way I wouldn't respect you as a Hokage."

"But there's only us here dattebayo."

"Naruto-sama, you should learn more to be able to receive the respect given to you. Hokage is a great position, Naruto-sama."

Iruka smiled then lowered her body to give her farewell greeting.

Naruto nodded his head, "Good afternoon, Sensei."

Iruka smiled and immediately withdrew from the place.

"Shikamaru."

The pineapple man only muttered in response to Naruto's call.

"Next year we have to get a lot of Shinobi candidates."

Shikamaru raised his alias next to him. He put down his pen, leaned his back on the chair and looked at Naruto full of astonishment.

"You really want to say what Naruto is?"

"I want to have more genin."

Shikamaru sighed tiredly. "Yes, okay. Next year I'll think of a better way."

"If necessary invite all shinobi, invite them to think of a way out dattebayo."

Shikamaru rolled his eyeballs.

Why is there an advisor if this kind of problem should invite all Shinobi.

However Shikamaru who was too lazy to argue just said "Yes I understand, Hokage-sama".
