My hand that was currently filled with dust, made me sneeze with a loud voice, which echoed in the room.
My friends laughed when they heard it.
Then I saw Sania walking towards me, "I can't believe we were told to do this." Protesting for me.
"Me too, but it's in our own interest. If we don't, where will we learn? School field?" My answer.
We 5th graders were asked to clean the warehouse in the corner, which was clamped by the 4th and 6th grade rooms.
Our school decided to open two rooms for the 1st grade, so we fifth grade had to flocked from the previous room, which was now made 4th grade, to the warehouse in this corner.
I've heard a lot about this warehouse since we were first class.
Some say this warehouse is haunted, and so on. And of course those of us who used to be in the first grade believed the words of our older students.
Some say they've seen paper drift when peering through a door hole.
The barn had been closed for a long time, no one had ever entered it. This room is used as a warehouse where benches and unused chairs.
But two years ago, when we were in 3rd grade, some 4th grade students managed to enter through the door that was connected to that warehouse from their classroom, somehow. Suddenly a scream sounded, making us scatter out.
2 The girls who entered the warehouse were screaming. We believe that they just got possessed by the old warehouse ghost.
After the incident, the school calmed down again and the connecting door was padlocked.
I try to stay positive and clean this warehouse with all my heart. When this room is finally clean of dust and other items, this place actually feels more soothing than other classes, because this warehouse has a window that leads to the back of the school, where is a green field and full of many trees. Making just a little bit of the stinging sunlight is able to fit into the classroom.
Cleaning activities are completed. The bench has been neatly arranged, clean room that has been swept and on the floor mop. The windows are also clean.
Since we did not have any classes that day for the purpose of cleaning up, the teachers gave us permission to go home sooner.
Me and some of my friends turned around to put the cleaning tools in the corner of the room.
"I can't wait for school tomorrow." I said to Sania.
"Yes." Yeah." The answer agreed, "This room turns out to be more beautiful than the other classes, and we have the opportunity to try it. The other class will definitely be jealous!"
We laughed cheerfully towards the entrance of our new class, until I saw the figure of a foreign-age girl standing behind us by the window.
He waved his hand, and his face looked joyful from the reflection shadows on the windowpanes.
I shuddered and turned away quickly.
But maybe the girl felt happy because this warehouse was finally clean and worthy to be occupied. Because in fact there is no strange incident whatsoever that happened even until we graduated from this Elementary School.
Although I must admit, it was still scary when we were in our new classroom alone.
