Asher and Melanie's engagement, finally held. The families of both sides look very happy with the engagement of the two young people, not least the Inca. He continues to tease Asher and Melanie, who make Melanie blush several times.
"Good sister-in-law, one more step will be officially my sister-in-law! Pepet kept sis.., whispered Inca in Melanie's ear that made the Janu family doctor was blushing. Melanie turned into a shy girl when she heard about Asher, the future husband she loved so much.

Inka casually replied to the question posed by Dafina. Inca knew Dafina's intentions, and she chose to accommodate Dafina's curiosity while indulging in the intimacy between herself and Kanigara that made the young girl angry and could no longer cover her frustration.
Dafina immediately resigned herself which made the Inca smile cynically. Dafina was a new character in the Inca life story. The Inca was no longer surprised by the change in plot and the addition of characters in the story he was arranging.

After a few days in Jakarta, Inka, Kanigara, Niskala, and Melanie finally returned to Batam. The Inca felt the sadness of having to part with their family. There was a reluctance to leave those two parents and elder brother, as if something was stuck in his mind.
The Inca kept the matter in his heart because he did not want to burden the minds of his loved ones. He will find a way to get rid of the thoughts that bother him. He tried to enjoy their trip to Batam.
"Why are you quieter today, baby? Is there something you're thinking?" tany Kanigara when he saw the change in attitude of the wife, since their return to Batam.
The Inca who knew Kanigara's attitude that was very sensitive to his change of attitude, could only sigh deeply. Kanigara who saw it immediately approached the Inca, because he felt that something was weighing on his wife's mind.
Inka looked at Kanigara who was already sitting in front of her in silence.
"Maybe I'm just sad that I had to part with papi, mami and Kak Asher" said Inka as she placed her head on the husband's chest which made Kanigara smile amusedly. He felt the Inca was very sweet while being spoiled. Kanigara stroked the Inca's hair, asking the Inca to raise his head.
Inka obeyed the husband's will, their eyes met and Kanigara could see the pleasure in his wife's eyes. He consoled the Inca by promising that next month, he would take the Inca on a longer vacation in Jakarta so that the Inca could be with his family. Inka's smile rose, but she still felt that something was making her unhappy that day.

The next day, the Inca woke up in no better condition. He felt that his head hurt because he could not sleep well last night. He took medicine because he felt very uncomfortable due to the pain that felt disturbing. He walked to the bathroom to clean himself up, but he felt so full that he had to hold on.
Suddenly, the Inca felt very weak and finally he hit a table nearby to make Kanigara wake up. He immediately ran towards the Inca who were seen sitting on the floor.
"Darling, what's wrong with you?" kanigara asked as she carried the Inca back to their bed.
"Dizziness, oyong, sister," complained the Inca who made Kanigara immediately contact Melanie to come.
Before long, Melanie arrives at their residence and checks the Inca's condition. He felt something different about the Inca's body that made him frown and want to make sure something.
