Kanigara and the Alora family became overprotective after learning of the Inca pregnancy. The Inca were no longer allowed to work in the office. Kanigara instead advised the Inca to return to his hobby of painting, to throw away his boredom while at home.
Kanigara also decided to work from Jakarta during the wife's pregnancy, after getting approval from Niskala. Niskala also congratulated the Inca and Kanigara, who were happy that he would soon become an uncle, despite the fact that there were fears for the safety of the Inca.
The Inca pregnancy could have been used to attack the Janu and Alora families because the future heirs, as well as the Janu family's power, were growing in the Inca womb. He knew that until something happened with the Inca and their future baby, Kanigara could not survive.
"Strictly security at the Alora family residence, make sure all food and drink at the residence is safe and make sure there are also no intruders around them, especially Mrs Inca," niskala said when contacting the guard who had always been watching the Inca and her family in silence.

A knocking sound was heard in one of the rooms in the Janu family residence.
"Come in" said a girl who was in the room.
"You," said the girl when she saw the appearance of the figure she had longed for for several weeks. The girl immediately threw herself into the man's embrace.
"How's the pretty doctor doing today?" said the man who made the girl laugh. The man returned the girl's embrace tightly.
"I'm good, Ash. How y'all? How come you can come here? I heard that Inca is pregnant?! Congratulations again you will be an uncle," said Melanie while staring at the handsome face of her fiance.
"Thank you, we're good. I want to see how you are, so I fly to Batam. Tomorrow morning I'll be back in Jakarta. You haven't answered my question, how are you?" ask Asher who made Melanie smile.
He didn't answer Asher's question. He even tightened his embrace in the body of the fiancee, as if he was afraid of losing the man. Asher sighed softly and fondled Melanie's long hair affectionately.
Asher asked Melanie out on a quick date that day. He invited Melanie to lunch together and enjoy the twilight shade by the beach.
"Ehmmm, Melanie. I think that over the phone is less ethical, so I'm here." Asher's words made Melanie feel a bad feeling. He was not ready to hear Asher's next words, but he refrained. He did not respond to Asher's words. He was too afraid that his premonition was right.
"Ehmm, I'm sorry because of us, your life has been threatened several times. Your life is safe and quiet again. Well, it would be better if you stayed away from us. I'm going to take you to a hospital abroad where your life can go back to how it was." Asher breathed a heavy sigh. He was unable to look at Melanie, to see her fiance's reaction.
Melanie held her chest in pain because she knew where Asher was going. He nodded while clenching his hand. He snorted violently and turned his head towards Asher who was staring into the distance.
"This means you want our engagement canceled, right?" asked Melanie who was getting upset with Asher who had decided everything by herself without asking first and considering her feelings.
"Yes!" asher answered briefly, which made Melanie grind her teeth.
A slap was slapped by Melanie to Asher, which shocked the man for a moment. However, he knew Melanie had the right to be angry and commit such an act to him.
"Who do you think you are?! Without saying anything, you sent it all off as if it was the best thing for my life! I'm not a child, Asher Alora! I know very well what my happiness is! If you want to break up our engagement, please! But I will not follow your will! UNDERSTAND!" melanie is full of emotion. Tears were already welling up in her eyes because of the wound that felt slashing in her heart.
"You are not you, then I will live celibate forever," Melanie said but still heard by Asher. Melanie said nothing. He chose to walk away from that place because he could no longer hear Asher's words.
He knew that if he heard Asher's rejection once more, his world would collapse at once. He was willing to pass through danger if Asher was with him. Only Asher, the man he loves and who deserves to have his heart and body. But it turns out that once again, the man took it off without giving Melanie a chance to establish herself as part of the Alora family.

Asher escorts Melanie back to the Janu family residence. There was only silence in the car they were driving. None of them opened their voices, Melanie chose to cast her eyes out the window.
Asher was focused on driving his car. In her heart, Melanie still hopes Asher will change his mind. However, he knew that if Asher had decided on something, it would be difficult to change it.
They had reached the residence of the Janu family. As Melanie was about to open the car door, Asher's hand held her back.
"Mel, I beg you to accept my offer. This is all for your safety! Enough for me to squirm you're shaking the danger because of me! I won't be able to forgive myself, if you're doing anything!" asher said that looks frustrated because Melanie seems to be completely unwilling to understand her good intentions.
"You're afraid I'm okay, make me stay by your side, Ash. Not even tell me to stay away from you!" melanie said as she sobbed. He beat up the chest of Asher who was trying to hug the girl, to calm her down.
"You're bad, Ash! I've been waiting for years for you to get me again! I could be a part of your life, but you told me to go! Tega you, Ash!" Asher was stunned to hear the words from Melanie. His heart felt stunned to hear the words of his fiancee.
No more words were spoken from the lips of the two men. There was only the sound of sobbing crying from Melanie. Asher hugged Melanie until she calmed down.
Melanie's cry subsided, asking Asher to let go of her embrace. He straightened his back and stared straight at the Netra Asher. Asher knows for sure the attitude that will be taken by the girl he has known since that teenager.
"Ba...," said Melanie who was cut off because Asher immediately moved and kissed Melanie's lips which made the girl freeze. He did not know what to do, he was too surprised by Asher's actions.
Suddenly he felt something Asher had put on his finger. Melanie raised her hand and saw a very beautiful circular beautiful diamond ring on the ring finger of her right hand.
"I'm sorry for you crying, my dear! We're getting married in two weeks, and you have to move to Jakarta to live with me! Your mutation to Jakarta has also been taken care of!" asher said as he gently kissed Melanie on the forehead.
