Chapter 4 Regret Rain

This morning, the sun was shining brightly. The birds chirped with their joy. As bright as the face of a handsome man like a Greek god who will meet his lover. Rain continued to hum, imagining that her wedding day with Summer would not be long.

However, when he reached Summer's house, the happiness that had been emanated on his face, suddenly dimmed like an incandescent lamp that suddenly lost power. Rain's heart immediately beat faster than usual, as he found a piece of paper stored on Summer's bedside nightstand.

A drop of tears fell from Rain's eye patch. A man's heart breaks when he realizes the girl he loves is leaving him. His legs felt limp, as if he could not concentrate his weight until Rain crouched down while covering his face with the paper.

"Summer, why did you leave me. You know, you're everything to me. I feel like my life is meaningless without you by my side. Summer come back, I'll leave everything as long as you come back to me." Rain continued to cry over the departure of his lover. As strong as she could endure the rigors of life, but when she had to lose the girl who was the source of happiness, Rain really felt her life felt meaningless again.

"No! I cannot be weak. I have to find him! Wherever he goes, I must find him" Rain said, standing up. She wiped with love the tears that fell down her cheeks.

Rain immediately left Summer's room. She intends to ask Summer whereabouts to the girl's brother whom she knows well. Rain rushes to her aunt Summer's house, which is blocked by three houses from her house.

When he arrived there, it was seen that Summer was taking care of her flowers in the yard. Rain immediately said hello to the woman whose age was approaching the number five. However, it still looks beautiful and fresh.

"Excuse me, Auntie!" the successful greeting Rain shocked the woman.

"Eh, what's wrong? Loh Rain, just surprise Auntie."

"Sorry Aunt, can I talk to you for a second?"

"Do you know where Summer is going? I went to his house, but it was empty."

"Rain, are you really married?" ask Kenanga's mother, Radid's mother.

"Yes, Tan!" sahut Rain directly lowered his head.

The beautiful woman sighed deeply before she spoke to Rain. "Son, Auntie asked, you don't look for Summer anymore because now you're married. As her aunt, I will not allow Summer to marry a married man. Better, you just go back to your wife."

"Rain, where are you. From the rice just came home at this hour? Aren't you working today" asked Yasmin when Rain had just arrived home.

"Finding Summer," replied Rain lethargic.

"What are you looking for? It's good he's gone far, so there's no need to be my madam" said Yasmin.

Rain instantly gripped the girl's jaw firmly. He seemed to lose his identity when he heard Yasmin's words like that. "It's all because of you! If only you hadn't kept instigating my father, maybe father would never have thought of matching you with me. I don't understand why Summer and Dad were fooled by a two-faced girl like you."

Rain just blew Yasmin away. She passed away to her room without caring about Yasmin. Rain regretted all his decisions. Because she initially thought of concealing her marriage to Yasmin on Summer and would figure out a way to get away from Yasmin without hurting her father. However, her plans fall apart when Summer accidentally witnesses her marriage to Yasmin.

The biggest regret of my life, when I didn't fight for you, Summer. Fighting for our love. I was too weak to face my father. I never dared to go against his will. Even though it hurt me so much, Inner Rain.

Every day, every time he would leave and go home from work, Rain always took the time to go around the city looking for Summer's whereabouts. Although, nausea always bothers him in the morning. However, that was no reason for Rain not to look for Summer's whereabouts.

Until after three months of searching, Rain's efforts have not found a common ground. He doesn't care when Yasmin keeps babbling so as not to look for Summer. Moreover, the weight of men looks shrinking.

"Still looking for Summer?" yasmin asked in a cynical tone as Rain came home from work.

"Yes" replied Rain briefly.

"Rain, can't you see my love just a little for you. I am faithfully with you. Even though you never touched me. But in your eyes, all my goodness is like the dust you always remove."

"Alright, Yasmin! I'm tired."

Just as Rain was about to enter his room, there was a sound of his door knocking. He immediately rushed to open the door. Seen there Regan's best friend smiled sweetly at him.

"Hi, Bro! Long time no see," Regan immediately hugged Rain. "Why do you look so skinny. Aren't you married? Your body should be fuller, bro. Because someone's been taking care of you."

"Go in, Regan! What's the matter of the nights coming here?"

"I bring a great prospect to us. Have you ever studied English literature?" ask Regan to make sure.

"Yes, why?" tanya Rain was confused.
