"Why not sleep?" Bara closed the door. He had just come from his study, studied some of the files he would study for the trial in a week.
"Not yet sleepy, Mas. Is your job done?" Yonna asked back. He did not turn his head in the least, his body was reluctant to move from the sofa that was arranged near the sliding glass door that opened and faced the balcony. The night wind blew into the room carrying the cold.
"Let's go to sleep, it's almost two o'clock, baby. Fighting is not good for health," Bara said. He closed the glass door tightly, then opened the curtain to stretch long.
His steps now stop next to his wife. Bara rubbed his hand to pull his wife's arm gently.
"I'm sleeping!" reload Bara back. Yonna took a deep breath, moved from her seat and followed her husband's footsteps into the bed.
The soft and comfortable bed was not able to make him sleep. His mind is still raging.
"What's bothering you? What's Bryan's problem?" guess Bara. He looked at his wife with isntes behind the dim light of the room lights that had been turned off and left only a dim spot.
"Would we just move him to another school, Mom? But if we move to another school, what about Noah? He'll be alone. If moved too, would the boy be willing to switch schools repeatedly?" yonna said in a dilemma.
There are many considerations he should think about. Not to mention the distance and time he had to spend each day to escort the children in different places.
"Not all problems can be solved by blurring, Alice. If we move Bryan this time, it's very much a responsibility. This year they're going to graduate, right? That means they'll also transfer schools from kindergarten to elementary school."
"How should we go? There's no way we're just letting this matter go. It would damage his mentality!" answer Yonna.
Children and parents have a special bond that is difficult to separate. Throughout his life, the child has a strong relationship with both parents.
The urgency of the relationship between parents and children sometimes makes some people think that they have similarities with each other, ranging from the face to the behavior. As the saying goes, "fruits fall not far from the tree" becomes a poisonous sentence for children in social life.
Parents who behave well produce children who also have good behavior, as well as parents with bad behavior make their children behave badly.
What if the parents are well behaved but not with their children? Conversely, a child actually has good behavior, but both parents often behave badly?
To cause the child to be scorned and the law for actions that they never do just because they have a blood bond. Destroying his confidence to the mental all-out.
"You just calm down. Tomorrow let me solve this problem. Don't think too much! Later you will be sick," said Bara while rubbing Yonna's hair slowly. The woman's heart warmed.
Yonna turned her body to face her husband. "Thank you, Mum. You can always count on me. Being the one you love is a gift I never thought I would be. If I knew this I should have married you in the first place, not your sister."
"That's a soul mate, darling. It's a mystery no one ever knew. Sometimes we have to go around in circles when it's in front of our eyes." Bara smiled, then presented a gentle kiss on Yonna's forehead so deeply.
"Now sleep! We'll call again tomorrow, it won't be enough tonight if we spend the two telling the story."
Yonna nodded, she tightened her body to get into her husband's arms. The gratitude I hold in my heart for the happy little family he has today.
Time spins so fast, a few months feels a few days. There is no problem that cannot be solved if the human being moves to find a solution. Because there really is no padlock that does not have a key.
"Daddy and Mommy cheated! You vacation do not want to take us," said Noah with a frowning face while driving his parents in front of the car garage.
"Darling, Daddy and Mommy just left for a little while. Later after this we just vacation together, yes," said Yonna persuaded her son.
He actually could not leave his son again in a long time.
"Have ... hurry you guys off! The afternoon hunt. Children's problems leave it to Mama" Jelita said so excitedly. He was still on his wish a few months ago.
"Noah, Daddy and Mommy are leaving because of work. You're not alone here, there's Grandma, Grandpa and Bryan."
Jelita rubbed the top of her grandson's head, trying to persuade him not to aggravate the departure of his parents with the look of his sour face.
"But —" No time Noah finish his words, Jelita already cut first.
"Here, don't be sad anymore. Where if you run out of this you join Grandma and Grandpa go to the moll to buy ice cream and toys. You and Bryan are free to choose whatever you want" Jelita said.
"really? Promise?" Noah's lackluster face suddenly turned bright. As bright as the sun that was still defiantly above the sky.
Smiling at the behavior of his son. It was so easy that his mood changed with just a bribe of something he liked.
"Go quickly!" Jelita flicked her hand as a code to expel her children-in-law. He took Noah by the hand and brought him back into the house before the boy changed his mind.
Along the way Bara smiled cheerfully. He recalled their vacation trip a few months ago. Maybe their journey will be as beautiful as yesterday.
"Why do you keep smiling, Mom? How carefree?"
"I felt like Mama was excited to tell us to go together. It feels like the honeymoon is back," explained Bara.
"Mama wants to have a granddaughter she said. But then I'm scared, Mom. I was afraid to disappoint my mother. It's been almost ten months, but I'm not pregnant either." Yonna conveyed the unease that was beginning to affect her heart.
Bara let out a short breath. He moved his gear to slightly go down the car. The man glanced at his wife and focused on the winding road.
"The child's sustenance rests with God. If not already, maybe God wants us to spend a lot of time together."
"Yes but, Mas—"
The cit! Brak!
Not finished Yonna spoke, Bara had already braked their car suddenly due to a strong impact, until his wife's body slightly jumped with the forehead hit the dashboard.
Yonna straightened her body back up, her hands stiffened her forehead which felt a little bumpy. His eyes widened perfectly when he found the figure of a woman lying on the side of the road right in the deoan of his car.
"Astaghfirullah al-azim, Mas! You hit people. Is he dead? How'this?" yonna's screams were choked with panic.
