ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ ۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ ۚ لَّهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَىْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۖ وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُۥ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ
God, there is no God (who has the right to be worshipped) but He Who is Eternal Life again continuously takes care of (his being); not sleepy and not sleep. To Him belongs what is in the heavens and the earth. Can no one give a shafa'at to Allah without His permission? Allah knows what is before them and behind them, and they know nothing of the knowledge of Allah except what He wills. The seat of God covers the heavens and the earth. And Allah is not heavy in keeping them both, and Allah is Most High, Most Great. (Q. S. Al-Baqarah :255).

It means: Praise be to Allah, who has awakened us after we have put us to sleep, and to Him we have been resurrected.
Then Afnan went on to recite the morning dhikir, still on the bed.

Means: Praise be to Allah who has given my body health and has restored my soul and allowed me to recite to Him.
NB: Waking up from sleep is one of the blessings given by Allah SWT. Therefore, it is recommended to read the wake-up prayer and morning prayer. The meaning of prayer after waking up and morning prayer is that man should always be grateful to the Creator. Life and death belong to Allah SWT.
After reciting the wake-up prayer and morning prayer, with the drowsiness still in control, he opened the door.

He sat by the bed staring at Hasna. Maybe this will become a new habit.
Suddenly Hasna opened her eyes, with a tone of voice that was still a typical raucous wake up, she asked.
"Ustadz, what are you doing there?"
"Mmm ... looked at my wife," Afnan answered honestly, smiling at Hasna.
"Ikhh Ustadz is thinking pervert?" silly question Hasna. Then he pulled the blanket up to his neck. Covering his entire body only his head was visible. Afanan stares at his wife's behavior.
"Why is Nana in bed? Ustadz... Last night Nana slept on a koq couch!"
"Of course, maybe sleepwalking," Afnan replied lightly.
"But Ustadz doesn't do anything like that, right?" hasna asked in a hostile tone of voice.
"No Koq! just one kind! Hehe." Afnan even mocked Hasna.
"Ikkiihh Ustaaadd!" pekik Hasna was upset.
"Sttc .... It's still morning! what the hell are you screaming! later if anyone hears, they think, you're in the same place as me!" soft exclamation Afnan.
