The atmosphere instantly felt silent, even the sound of flowing water was no longer revealed by the woman who was currently fixated on staring at a small flat object that was currently in her hands. The disbelief was still controlling his mind, it felt like a dream. Without her noticing, tears began to wash over her cheeks.
Long enough Rabiah was silent, until the sound of knocking on the door from the outside managed to disperse his daydream. And his reflexes wiped away his tears.
Tok tok tok tok
"Darling, are you okay?" asked Ameer from outside the bathroom who was feeling a little worried. Not without reason, Rabiah has been there for more than 10 minutes without sounding the sound of water gurgling again.
Chequelek
Rabiah came out of the bathroom with slightly puffy eyes, of course that added to Ameer's worries.
"Why you, baby? Is anyone sick?" cecar Ameer while inspecting Rabiah's entire body like security.
Without answering the husband's question, Rabiah immediately put the small object in the hands of Ameer.
"What is this, baby? It looks like a covid test kit, are you sick?" Ameer looked confused.
Seeing the look on her husband's face that looks funny because of worry and confusion, Rabiah instead laughed softly.
"Why are you laughing, baby? I'm serious, youh."
"A funny brother like that, here Biah explains." Rabiah took the thing from Ameer's hand.
"This is called a test pack, a pregnancy test kit," Rabiah explained.
"You're testing pregnancy, baby? How'd it go?"
"Don't you see this line? Two means positive."
"Oh if two are positive, eh are these two dear ones? Means..." Ameer no longer continued her words, she looked at Rabiah with a gaze asking for clarity.
Rabiah nodded with a smile by displaying a row of his white teeth, making Ameer's eyes appear sparkling and slightly dewy.
"Allah, O Allah," he said then embraced Rabiah and then turned around, making Rabiah chuckle full to see the reaction of the husband.
"Thank you, I love you" he said after stopping turning and then gently peeked at Rabiah's forehead.
"Biah used to think that Biah is less fertile, but all of that is immediately denied today," said Rabiah with eyes that dewy again but with a smile of happiness.
"At that time God is testing your patience dear, and wants to show that there will be the most beautiful wisdom after the test has passed" said Ameer while wiping away the tears of Rabiah that slowly flowed on his cheeks.
Sometimes someone feels discouraged or even thinks God is unfair just because of a problem, when God is actually giving good from the problem, but we have not realized it. When everything has passed, then we realize that behind the problem and the test God has prepared extraordinary wisdom behind it.

Day after day passed until not felt now the content of Rabiah is 8 months more precisely 35 weeks. At this age, discomfort is often felt by Rabiah, especially according to the results of USG Rabiah carrying twins that allow babies to be born early, it makes Ameer must always be on alert. So he decided to do all his work from home.
Like this morning, Ameer was busy monitoring his restaurant in Singapore and which was in Indonesia through his laptop while sitting on the sofa. Meanwhile, Rabiah was sleeping on Ameer's lap in a sideways position.
While being calm, Rabiah suddenly grimaced.
"Oh." Rabiah held his stomach while getting up to sit down.
"Why you, baby?" ameer asked as she closed her laptop and switched to holding the wife's stomach.
"Big stomach hurts so much."
"What's? We're going to the doctor." Ameer helps Rabiah stand up from the sofa and
Blushes
Rabiah felt water flowing down at his feet. "Astaghfirullah, my amniotic sister broke."
"Ummi, abi, Biah's membranes have broken," said Ameer who saw the two in-laws were sitting relaxing in front of the house.
"Astaghfirullah, quickly take it to the hospital," said Yusuf immediately ran towards Ameer's car.
"Ameer, what about mom and baby gear?" yasmin asked while helping Rabiah get into the car.
"All of his equipment had been stored in the trunk of Amwer a few days ago, ummi," he replied as he drove his car.
Along the way, Rabiah continued to grimace, while the mother who accompanied him sat in the second seat helped him rub his back to Rabiah's pelvis, so that he could be more comfortable.
Not noticeably, now they have arrived at hospital A, the hospital where Joseph worked as well as the property of opa Hasan. After Rabiah asked for prayers from his parents, Rabiah was immediately taken to the delivery room followed by Ameer, while Yusuf and Yasmin waited outside the room.
"O Allah ease the birth of my daughter, and bring them, Aamiiin," the inner Yasmin prayed.
In the delivery room, the midwife was checking Rabiah's condition including Rabiah's opening.
"Bismillah dear, may Allah ease your labor, you and our child are healthy, I will always be with you, I love you dear," said Ameer in Rabiah's ear and kissed her forehead gently.
According to the instructions of the midwife, Rabiah began to struggle between life and death to give birth to her twins. His white face now turned red with sweat soaking his face and neck. Ameer who saw the struggle of the wife can only pray and unconsciously he cried without releasing the hand of the wife who sometimes gripped her very tightly, even her nails managed to stab the man's hand, but that did not make Ameer let go of her hand. The holy verse of the Qur'an is always on his lips.
Not long after that, the sound of the first baby crying echoed in the room. Happy tears now welcome the presence of a baby who turns out to be male. However, just a few minutes passed, Rabiah again felt pain, and she again struggled to give birth to her second baby.
His energy began to decrease, making Rabiah a little difficulty. "Sister, Biah is not strong" he said with tears streaming down his cheeks.
"Honey, God willing you are strong, maybe our child is currently struggling to be born, he is also trying to be able to meet with this very great umminya," bisk Ameer cheers on his wife.
Rabiah also tried again with the remaining energy he had. Until finally the sound of the second baby's cry re-echoed in the room.
"Alhamdulillah.sa peace, our children are both men. Thank you for your struggle, you are a great woman and we love you," Ameer said as she kissed Rabiah's entire face affectionately.
After going through a series of treatments, Rabiah has now been moved to the nursery, while the twins are temporarily put into the incubator.
All the families are now in Rabiah's spacious ward, including Yasmin san Yusuf, Anna and Wildan, Rahul and Khadija, among others, Rayhan and Rahil who happened to have completed her education in Makassar recently.
Yasmin, Anna and Khadijah who were holding baby Asiah seemed to be sitting near Rabiah who still looked weak. Joseph and Wildan were looking at their two grandchildren.
Outside the nursery
"Yus, I didn't expect to be able to make a message with you, look at our granddaughter so handsome, so much like me," wildan said so confidently that he was currently looking at his two grandchildren outside the room bounded by glass.
"You are wrong Wil, our grandson is very handsome, but it is because they have my blood" Joseph said.
"God, you're old and you still want to argue" Wildan said, and a moment later they laughed happily.
The Rabiah inpatient room
"Well, what I'm saying, must be that Ameer's sister was whinyer than me when Rabiah gave birth," Rahul sneered when he saw Ameer's eyes were so swollen.
"What's really inside? why is Ameer crying?" asked Rahil confused.
"Oh my goodness, my twin brother, be patient, we cannot answer now, but someday you will understand" Rahul replied making Rahil seem even more confused.
"Oh yeah, where's the twin sister?" ask Rayhan.
"They are in the nursery, for now they should feel in the incubator because the BB is less than 2.5 kg," Ameer replied.
"Do they have a name?" ask Rahil.
"Well, his names are Ubaid Al-Hazar and Uwais Al-Hasan" Ameer smiled happily.
