Wrong Uterus
Chapter.48

"This is unexpected, you and the Word did not get married. While getting word of the cancellation of your engagement, Uni and Amak wanted to go to Jakarta, but Amak's condition suddenly dropped. Mind you and Devan there," said Nada then sipped her warm tea again.

Tonight on the porch of the wooden house, Syifa was chatting with her cousin's sister, Nada. For so long they did not talk about many things about their lives with each other. Arman himself followed Dad to the family home not far from the house of Amak, wanted to show off his daughter-in-law presumably.

"Everyone has the most beautiful plan for their lives, but God is the all-decisive. Mas Firman, was part of my journey, had loved but God the omnipresent made me love my husband more than anything."

Once again, Syifa imagined how God would unite him and Arman. A very taboo way for some people, it makes no sense, and seems like a rush because it happened suddenly due to a hospital procedure error.

But now he has really proved the wisdom behind the ordeal. Arman is a man who is so good, handsome, well-established and responsible, never terbesit in the mind of Syifa if the man who justify it will be true love and insyallah until death separates.

Tone looks moved when hearing Syifa's story. "This is prayer, you are always blessed. Enough Union must choose the path of divorce, over the cruel treatment of her husband's own choice."

"Thank you Uni. But I've always wished that Uni could fall back in love, meet the right man and be responsible for Uni and Nadia." Syifa patted Nada's hand gently with all sincere hopes, so that they would be happy together, even on different paths.

"Come on, pray for it." Nada's gaze suddenly turned to Arman and Syifa's father who had just returned home. "Your hearts are home."

Syifa looked towards the page. She could see her husband and father waving to her.

"Assalamualaikum," said Arman and Dad simultaneously.

"Waalaikumsalam" Syifa and Nada said simultaneously.

"Where is your Amak's tone?" ask Dad to Nada.

"Amak is exhausted, so sleep early in front of the TV together Devan and Nadia," replied Nada while standing up from her sitting position.

"Then Dad also wanted to sleep, in the place where Sulaiman had yawned many times," said Dad and then stepped into the house.

"Tone prepare blankets and pillows first Uncle," said Nada and then stepped following Dad.

Syifa and Arman live on the porch. For some reason, Arman suddenly smiled to himself while looking at his wife. That made Syifa his own misdeeds. "Why do you see me like that?"

Arman sat down next to his wife. "Mas heard a lot of stories about your family from some of the people you and I met earlier. From all those stories, they always praise you. Daughter of Minang realm, who is used to being independent, Soleha and smart, that's what they say."

Syifa raised her head on the husband's shoulder. "They can only praise but Mas is the one who feels the most how I act. Sometimes I can get angry, pissed and babble all day."

"Haha, Mas does not deny it but it is still within reasonable limits, I like when you are angry and upset like that. I feel like I'm getting lucky to meet you."

Syifa raised her head to look at her husband. "Not a day we're here, Mas already feels that way." Syifa again resuscitated her head on Arman's shoulder. It was seen he closed his eyes because he found the most comfortable backrest.

"Syifa try to call me, Uda or Brother. Looks good, now I'm part of the family here." From Arman's facial expression, he seemed to really want to change his nickname.

"If I call you Brother, what do you want to call me?" syifa asked with her faithful eyes closed.

"Darling," he replied spontaneously.

Syifa looked embarrassed. "All right, Brother."

"Your voice really makes me feel comfortable. Let's go inside the house, it's cold in here." Arman pulled the wife's hand to follow her steps into the house.

Everyone seems to have fallen asleep. In a room in the center of the house, Syifa and Arman will sleep for the next four days.

Can not be denied maybe they will run the worship of husband and wife while there. Try a new atmosphere, so that later becomes a separate memory.

At half-twelve in the night, Devan woke up and sat down with my eyes. He turned left right where Amak, Nada, Nadia fell asleep with him in front of the TV room. "Why do I feel this house onstage sway .. ah I don't know." He regained his body and began to fall asleep again.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

The sound of chickens crowing is a sign that the morning is starting to come. Syifa came out of the room, stepping towards the kitchen. "Amak, what cooking union?"

"Black glutinous porridge equal lontong vegetable. Amak very excited from dawn, usually wake up during the day until no time to make breakfast," said Nada.

Syifa approached and immediately hugged Amak. Returning to this village makes Syifa again remembered childhood when he lost his mother and Amaklah who always take care of him and care for him like a child himself. "Thank you, Amak."

"Hey, why are you crying so early. Amak also cry later. It's Cipa, Amak loves you very much, and Amak knows you miss your mother right? We'll finish breakfast for the grave."

Syifa let go of her embrace and immediately wiped away the tears that had flowed down. "When I got pregnant it was easy to cry, sorry Amak. Yes, Syifa really misses Mom."

"If your mother were alive, she would love to see you pregnant and have a good husband" Nada said, wiping away tears.

After completing the pilgrimage of the tomb, Syifa and his family returned home. Along the way Syifa continued to look out the window, looking at the verdant rice fields as far as the eye could see.

When I was cool to enjoy the view suddenly Syifa thought of something. He looked at Amak, who was sitting next to him. "Amak, are there many eels in the fields?"

"Many, last week the harvest of Amak saw many eel holes. Why do you want eel cooking?"

"Kalio baluik, it looks good, Amak" said Syifa while glancing ahead where the husband was driving and his brother was sitting casually on the left side.

Kalio Baluik is derived from the words kalio and baluik. Kalio is a term 'half-finished rendang' while baluik means 'eel' in Minang language.

"Maybe, but who's gonna catch the eel?" ask Amak.

"Devan is just like Arman" said Father who sat in the back seat.

Devan closed his eyes as he sighed softly, he had expected his name to be mentioned. "As a city person, I can go down to the fields to catch the slippery animals."

Spa!

Again his head must feel the equivalent, but this time not from Dad but from Amak.

"Heh your childhood toys into the rice fields are just like making buffalo, pretentious city people. Your sister is craving should not be refused" said Amak.

"Hear the word Amak" said Syifa who chuckled himself.

Devan stroked the back of his head that was hit by a flick. "Come back here, I'm really losing my pride." He looked at Arman who seemed to be holding back his laughter. "Man, let's just say you don't see and hear anything."

"I try not to see or hear. Oh yeah, how about catching that eel? It seems exciting," asked Arman who even looks enthusiastic.

"Well, you really want to try. Okay, come with me later" said Devan.
