"Father!!!" Valko hugged Father-in-law. Thankfully, this may be a fresh start to Valko's relationship with Father-in-Law. My heart is happy to see Valko reunited with his father.

"Excuse me!" two people were seen coming into this room. It turned out to be a male doctor and a female nurse. "Sorry, Sir. Please allow us to check the patient's condition first" the doctor said.

"Ehm..all right.." said Valko. He took off his hand from Father-in-law. The doctor began to conduct an examination assisted by the nurse.

"How's Dad doing, Doc?" ask the doctor.

"Patients still need treatment for a few days. His condition is currently quite stable. We will continue to monitor his condition" The doctor removed the breathing apparatus on the father-in-law's nose. "Mr Kenrick still needs a break, but his breathing apparatus can be removed. We retreat first" said the doctor as he rushed out of the treatment room.

"It's my fault, Papa.." said Valko. He held the left hand of Father-in-law again. "I'm sorry...."

"It's not your fault, son. Don't blame yourself anymore" said Father-in-Law as he stroked Valko's cheek. "I'm glad I could protect you, son. Your life is more precious than my own. I was wrong in the past. I feel relieved to be able to protect you in the present. I'm not a good father to you. It's natural that if you hate me, I'm not angry about it. But, son, can you give me a second chance? Will you forgive me?" said Father-in-Law.

I opened my eyes slowly. I saw the clock on the smartphone lying behind the pillow near my head. It was morning apparently. I couldn't sleep well last night. Maybe this is the first time I haven't slept with Valko. I put a pillow next to me. Sleeping without Valko beside me was strange. Usually someone hugged me tightly and defended me.

Valko, I miss you. We just separated last night. Valko told me to go home. He said I have to take care of the house. Even without my presence, this house would be fine. I got out of bed. There's a picture of Valko with me in this bedroom. I chose to sleep in Valko's room. I touched the photo. The photo shows me and Valko posing in the park in a pink dress and pink suit.

"Hubby.." call me unconscious while caressing Valko's face. "I know! You want to tell me to go home alone. Holy hooch! How am I so bucin! Uh! But what else! That's the truth. Valko, how were you last night? Can it sleep? You'd have a hard time sleeping if you weren't with me. I'm worried.." I said as I stroked the photo.

"CHUCK, ZETA!!! What the hell are you doing? Remember that! Valko's only in the hospital! Not going abroad for a long time!" I said while putting the photo back. I put my foot in the bathroom. I'd better take a shower first. "It feels strange.usually there is Valko who accompanies me to take a shower. It seems like I'm really distended because of Valko" I said as I put myself in the bathtub.

"I'd better have breakfast soon and follow Valko to the morning hospital!" I put my foot out of the room. After coming down the stairs, I immediately headed to the kitchen. "What's cooking, huh?"

When I entered the kitchen, I saw that there was food on the table. The servants greeted me. The table is prepared for one person. I don't think I'd have a strong influence in this house if Valko wasn't around. It turns out that the servants in this house have really regarded me as the hostess of this house. But I do prefer to be called Miss anyway from the Madam pads.

"Please, Miss. Breakfast is ready

," said Aunt Ann.

"Thank you" I said as I sat at the dinner table.

There are various kinds of side dishes and fruits. I think it's enough for more than five people. I took a plate and a spoon. The fried rice in front of me looks delicious. When I was about to put food in my mouth, the look on the faces of the servants seemed to harbor worry. I'm so uncomfortable being surrounded by people like this.

"You can go.." I said briefly.

"Miss, did we make a mistake?" chirp a man dressed as a chef. "Please forgive us, Miss. If there is a mistake, we will fix it. But please don't report it to Mr. Valko" the chef said.

"Yes, Miss. Mr. Valko told me to take good care of Miss. If there is any mistake we apologize. We'll fix it, but please don't report it to Mr. Valko. Mr. Valko said he would fire the waitress who made Ms. feel upset or angry" Aunt Ann said. Oh, Valko, you still have time to give such an order. I feel baper 😍.
