The Lost Egg

Gin observed the place where he was moved. He feels very familiar. And sure enough, he saw a familiar lake in front of him. This was the lake where he met the little white snake.

"How can I get here again?" Lily opened her mouth. He woke up now when he had slept very well in Gin's pocket. But he felt a strong sway as Gin moved and woke up.

Then they heard the sound of crying. Gin felt that the voice was very familiar. He searched for the source of the sound and found a white snake by the lake. The snake cried, he could even see traces of tears on the snake's face.

"You?" the white snake was aware of Gin's existence. He stopped crying then pointed his fangs ferociously towards Gin. Then he attacked Gin without any cue.

Gin raised his hand, he immediately gripped the snake that jumped towards him as if he was grasping a ball.

The white snake was writhing sadly. "Why did you steal my eggs! Why!" screaming pain.

Gin was shocked. "I didn't steal anything. Be calm. You think I'm gonna steal from you secretly, when I can beat you right on the spot?"

The white snake instantly fell silent. His body instantly turned lethargic and his desire to fight instantly dissipated in an instant.

Gin let go of his grip and the white snake fell straight down.

"What's going on?" ask Gin.

The snake looked at Gin with teary eyes, then told him everything that happened. About how he put his three eggs in the water. Then she just left him for a while and the eggs disappeared. He also did not feel any traces like humans or other magical beasts. So he was confused and crying.

Because, a divine body magic beast like himself could not even detect the enemy. His pride was severely injured and the thought of it only made his cries even louder.

Gin was looking for a skill he could use to help this snake. Now he understood why this white snake had suddenly attacked him while he was bathing in the lake. He was protecting his eggs.

Gin activated his detection skill. He was trying to find traces of eggs from the white snake. But he found no trace of anything. But he saw a faint red color that extended around the lake.

Gin followed the faint trail. But the trail was cut in the middle. Apparently, the three eggs were carried by the current. Then, someone took the egg at this point. But the trail disappeared in the middle of the lake, which meant that the thief flew up and raised the egg using his skill. That's why no trace was detected.

"I can't help you" Gin said in a regretful tone.

The white snake grew even more moody when it heard Gin's reply.

But someone suddenly appeared and broke that sad atmosphere.

It just so happened that Gin's teleportation distance was the closest of the other four children. Then Gin did not hide his whereabouts so that he could be detected easily by them.

"Curtain, silver body chick" she looked at Gin with a condescending look.

"You're the weakest, aren't you?" he looked at Gin from top to bottom.

To be honest, Gin did not recognize the faces of those assassins. So he just put on a plain confused face when the killer spoke to him. This attitude of Gin, made the assassin feel annoyed at him.

The killer attacked Gin. He prepares to strangle Gin to death. But as he grabbed Gin by the neck, Gin moved so that he just gripped the empty air.

"?" The killer was confused as he did not see Gin's movements at all. He thinks Gin used another magic tool to make the move.

He drew out a black sword. "Son, do you think your trick will work twice?" he attacks. "Foolish base" He swung his sword.

BAM! The sound of his sword incision split several trees and even split the lake water in an instant.

The killer thought that he managed to split Gin's body into two parts. But Gin dodged his attack.

Gin moved to his right side in just a few seconds.

"Sir, the lake is dirty. Someone will be angry" Gin frowned and looked at the killer with a regretful look.

The killer was shocked. He did not see Gin's movements at all and suddenly the young man was already beside him.

Then the white snake started flying and revealed itself. He looked at the human in front of him with a fierce face. He was angry and upset but he couldn't vent it on Gin. So he took it out on the killer.

"What the hell." the killer quivered in fear at the sight of the little white snake in front of him. Because he could feel the aura of a divine body magic beast from him.

"Dead" the white snake spoke then attacked him quickly.

The killer could not escape. His arm was immediately bitten.
