Zaenab tried to fight back by hitting the two intruders using an infusion pole in his hand. But the two intruders kept trying to fight back with all their might.

Zaenab has lost her mind. He threw an infusion pole towards the glass window of his room so as to make the hospital alarm sound. Hearing the alarm sound, one of the intruders hit Zaenab on the head with his bare hands, causing Zaenab to fall unconscious on the floor.

The two intruders came out of Zaenab's room through the window glass that Zaenab had broken. They ran to the back yard of a hospital that had never been touched by people.
