After the hospital alarm went off, all the sisters and doctors came to Zaenab's room. There they found Zaenab had fainted on the hospital floor while her mother had fainted on the couch. Some of the sisters lifted Zaenab back to her bed and a doctor who treated Zaenab injected a drug through an infusion tube. The doctor who handled Zaenab immediately asked the sisters to contact the Zaenab family, so that Babe would come to the hospital immediately.

After receiving a call from the hospital, Zaki and Babe rush to the hospital. Babe and Zaki immediately ran towards the reception room. One of the nurses escorted the two of them to a VVIP room. In the room were two beds that were sleeping with Zaenab and mother. In the room, Babe saw two sisters who were checking on her mother and a doctor who was checking on Zaenab.

Babe immediately approached the bed that was slept by her mother. Babe sees his wife still unconscious, as well as his son.

While tasting her warm coffee, Babe overhears a phone conversation of a woman in a doctor's uniform sitting behind her.

"Doctor Rian ordered it." answered Mira
