Like a broken hearted person in general, the black circumference as well as the puffy eyes that Aul hid through sunglasses that he deliberately wore did not escape Mahesa's observation of him.
Mahesa squinted her eyes, her lips refrained from spitting out laughter. While Aul, glared sharply at Mahesa.
“What a look!” hiss Aul, holding his clenched left hand in front of Mahesa's face.
Mahesa slid her hand into her pants pocket and leaned against the motor parked in Aul's yard. “Tuh eye abis got tonjok?” insinuations.
“This is his name in tonjok!” Aul unhesitatingly punched Mahesa in the stomach and made her grimace in pain.
“Tahi lo!” mahesa.
Aul smiled grinningly, he pulled Mahesa to immediately run his motor. “Cepet, Sa! I don't want to be late!” her word.
Mahesa starts her bike, after making sure Aul sits behind her properly, Mahesa runs her bike at high speed. Aul protested along the way, cursing, hitting his shoulder and even pinching Mahesa's arm several times to drive at normal speed.
“ESAAA!! DON'T SPEED! IF YOU WANT TO DIE DON'T TAKE ME, ELAH!!”
“HUAA, SLOWLY BRING THE MOTOR, BAMBANG!!”
“DON'T MESS WITH THE ANGEL OF DEATH, ESA!! SLOW DOWN!”
Mahesa smiled wryly as she looked through her motorcycle rearview Aul's panicked face. “She fears late.”
Dugh!
“But no need to speed too!” spray Aul.
“Safety is the main, late the second!” continued Aul while confirming the position of his backpack.
Mahesa only understood, he began to slow down the speed of the motor. Aul again hit Mahesa's shoulder hard enough to make the man complain of pain.
“What else?!” ask Mahesa.
“BUT DON'T USE THE SNAIL-RICH PLAN TOO, ESAAA!!” pekik Aul's. She's greging with Mahesa who's so annoying today.
“Here is wrong mulu,” grumbled Mahesa.
Mata Aul. “Emang yes, the guy is wrong, annoying, lazy, just bodoamat!” sahut Aul.
Not felt, along the way as Aul continues to tell about the mistakes of men, Mahesa increasingly realizes that something is wrong with Aul.
Just as Aul got off Mahesa's motorbike which had reached the gate of SMK Bratajaya, Mahesa held Aul's wrist.
Aul turned to Mahesa with a frown. “Why?”
“Lo why?” ask Mahesa seriously.
Aul slightly gasped in surprise, Mahesa did not usually say that. Aul just shook his head slowly. “Gak nothing.”
Mahesa was upset when Aul issued a classic sentence that is often used as a woman to reason. “Gue will not release you until you are honest with me.”
This time Aul's eyes were completely rounded. “What the hell, Sa!” Aul tries to release Mahesa's hand on her wrist, but nil.
Aul looked at Mahesa long enough, bracing for Mahesa to let go. “Lepasin, Sa... have passed a lot,” quietly. Aul also hung out with SMK Bratajaya's students who glanced at him. Make a crowd in the morning, certainly not a fun thing. Even some of those who already know the identity of Mahesa were shocked to see Mahesa's actions against Aul, who incidentally was one of the women who was close to his rival, Riziq.
Especially now that Aul's heart is beating out of his control. His heart paled, along with Riziq who walked towards him. Just a glance, their eyes collided with each other. The rest, Riziq stopped his sight. He walked past her. Even Aul held his breath and clutched Mahesa's hand tightly.
Without Aul realizing it, the two people who came from two different gang camps were looking at each other with a meaning that only they understood each other.
“Huftt ..” Aul let out his breath violently. Mahesa glanced at him. Next to her hand rubbed Aul's hair gently.
Aul was surprised, he looked up. He was quite stunned with Mahesa's face smiling towards him. His smile did not imply the ignorance or the stare that Aul usually saw. That grinned smile, looking sincere. Mahesa's eyes also narrowed and the arch of her smile widened when— unconsciously—Aul also smiled thinly.
“Udah there, learn! Don't keep bucin. I'll never pick it up!” mahesa.
Sontak makes Aul tick at him. “Lo who should learn! Stupid mulu!”
Mahesa laughed softly, she pulled her hand from Aul's head. Then, align her face with Aul's already tense face.
“Eh, how?!”
Aul tried to get his phone. But Mahesa managed to keep him away. Aul clucked in annoyance.
“Back, Esaaa!” pekik Aul's.
Instead of returning, Mahesa fiddles with Aul's phone, until the business is done, then Mahesa returns it to Aul.
“Nih!”
Aul looked at his phone, opened several apps and found none of the irregularities. “Ngapain, anyway?” tanyanya.
Mahesa ignored Aul and prepared to leave the Bratajaya Middle School area.
Aul doesn't let Mahesa just walk away. He pulled the backpack that Mahesa was wearing and made it almost toppled over.
Mahesa opened the glass of her full face helmet, looking at Aul in confusion. “Why else?”
“Lo what is my phone?”
“Throw away things that should have been lost.”
Just when he said that, Mahesa's motor left Aul still in his place.
“Weird basis, gaje!” grunts Aul.
...•••...
The hallway of the Department of Electricity and Automotive is being crowded by students of SMK Bratajaya who spend their rest time, especially men. One of the objects that attracted his attention was Mella's interaction with Alki who was not far from the side of the ceremonial field.
Aul who only saw him from a distance also smiled amusedly when he saw the behavior of Alki who kissed Mella's cheek in public places, also screeches Mella because of embarrassment.
“They're a cute couple huh?” chirp Aul suddenly.
Kaila rolled her eyeballs. He knew that Aul's mood was not okay. Aul himself has told about his problem with Riziq on Kaila during the free class earlier.
“That's it, Aul. Life will not stop even if you lose a rich man Riziq,” said Kaila.
Aul glanced at Kaila. He took a breath for a moment. “But it's hard, La. You don't know anyway,” complained Aul.
Kaila invites Aul to sit for a while on the UKS terrace. They sit side by side.
Kaila's hand stuck out in front of Aul. “Why the hell, La?” asked Aul in surprise.
“Siniin mobile lo!”
Aul's eyebrows shot up next door, but still gave his phone to Kaila. He believed that his best friend would not do anything on his cell phone.
“Make what the hell?” Aul took a peek at Kaila who focused on the activity of fiddling with mobile phones output last year.
Now it was Kaila's turn to be astonished by Aul. After confirming it yourself, the result is still the same. Kaila turned completely to Aul.
“Lo really moved on?”
Aul's mouth was slightly open. He immediately shook his head. “Any aja! You know for yourself how I was yesterday!” obviously Aul while shaking his waist.
“But seriously, I salute you!” kaila. He was amazed by the play Aul did. Acting like someone who hasn't moved on, but has already moved on.
Kaila clucked frequently. He ignored Aul's frowning brows which frowned in wonder. “Just if you move on, do not forget the same stories I yes!” sengas excited.
Aul is forced to snatch his phone from Kaila's hand and pocket it in the pocket of the skirt that Aul wears.
“Today you are equally rich Mahesa, weird at once gaje!” aul said with annoyance.
...•••...
Due to the disconnect between heart and mind that was engulfing Aul at this time, his long hair that was wet from having finished shampooing, became a mess. Very similar to sweet foods in the form of 'grandmother' pink hair that is often bought as a child.
“Aghhh .. bodoamat! I have to move on, can't cry on!” These words are always said Aul, like a spirit ammunition that makes Aul optimistic can move on.
But an instant later, her tears suddenly flowed without Aul being able to prevent it. Aul berated himself for being too weak over his memory of Riziq spinning inside his head. Like a video recording that has been outdated, then displayed intentionally.
Aul's cry sounded soft and slashed the heart. Until it makes him stirred in the piteous. Her tears were shed, without her being able to prevent it.
Aul curled up on his bed, leaving his eyes blank overnight and his pillow wet with tears. Without Aul knowing, behind the window of Aul's room which is quite spacious, stood one man who also felt the pain of the feeling that Aul felt.
“Lo great woman, I believe it,” murmured softly.
