Abandoned House (True Story)

Abandoned House (True Story)
True Story - Anxious Full Night Part 1

The wall clock seemed to sing, filling the silence of the night that felt so haning. Fortunately, we had installed a lamp in another room, which now illuminates the entire house.

Me, and the others spent time playing Rummy Cards in the front room, which was a lot of fun for me, enough to treat the restlessness and uneasiness that was weighing on me.

"I'm going to the toilet now" said Ardan, rising from his seat. "Be aware that my card has changed!"

"Nice kayak 'aja card, you. And," Arif commented. "Give me coffee!"

"Sip," said Ardan, and passed.

For a moment we were silent, waiting for Ardan to come back from the toilet. But the nature of Jahil Alvien began to arise.

"Vienna ..."

"Crsst ... He has won all the time!" alvien said, peeking at Ardan's cards one by one. "Gue, it's been targeted by him!"

"Lose my card too" murmured Arif.

"Battered! On hintip!" I murmured, straightening the body.

Lois ... !

I was aghast and silent, we looked at each other with wondering faces. The sound of a loud bang was heard from the kitchen.

Trangg~ trang~ druk ...!

A can shot so fast, passing through our doorway, that it finally came to a halt, after hitting the main door so strongly.

I let out a deep sigh, shook my head faintly, as Ardan returned with his victorious laughter.

"Babay! You!" gusar Arif's.

"Bikin' a hanger, you!" timpal Alvien's.

"Don't mess with Dan," I said, in a flat tone, "We're new to this house."

Ardan fused his palms together, "Yes-yes, Sorry, Deh ..." He sat back in his place.

We continued the game cheerfully, and not infrequently the sound of laughter, our jokes were heard echoing, breaking the silent night.

Until two o'clock in the morning something happened, which forced us to stop the game.

"Wha, the lights are off!" panic Arif.

We were shocked by the sudden power outage. I don't know what the cause is, but we're not ready to deal with this situation.

"Den, flashlight dong," said Alvien.

I felt the mattress looking for a mobile phone, which I dropped not far from my seat.

"Patience" I said, then turned on the flashlight on my phone, followed by the light of Arif and Ardan's cell phone.

"Maybe the MCB went down" said Arif, getting up from his seat.

"Gue temenin, Rif," added Ardan.

They walked slowly, towards the front door.

Me and Alvien just sat down, waiting for Ardan and Arif to check on the MCB outside the house.

"Vien, you think there's something strange about this house?" I whispered, stuck the cell phone light around the room.

"Maybe we're new to this house" he said, looking left and right, "Gue is the same, feeling uncomfortable."

Trang! ... Stavka! ...

The sound of a canned sura crashing, accompanied by the sound of footsteps getting closer.

"Destroyed, can't be On" said Arif, who had just arrived.

I'm clucking lazily, exchanging glances with each other, "For us to find an electrician, or call the clerk, PLN."

"Sleep ..," cried Ardan, laying down his body on the bed.

"Here's your cell phone."

"Make ape, Den?"

"Don't turn the flashlight on" I said, leaning all the phones against the wall.

"Snake!"

Seeing that it was too late we decided to sleep in a dim light.

******

Cough.. Please don't damage our house Cu!! ... Grandma's hungry, Cu! where do you feed grandma!

I was trapped in a dark, empty space, just myself and the soft voice of a Grandma.

I got up, to find the source of the voice. I walked in no direction, these eyes could see nothing but a dark, cold room.

Cu..

"Grandma where?"

"Here, Cu ... "

I turned my head quickly, and gasped, as I saw a Grandma among the dim light, covered in a moderate wisp of smoke.

"Whose grandmother?" my question, with heavy breathing. "Which house does Grandma mean?"

The grandmother was silent, a moment later heard a groan, then pitched high, "This is our home!" His face looks terrible. "Go from my place!"

I thrashed and woke up from my sleep, with an irregular breath.

I let out a long sigh, and rubbed my forehead, which was soaked in sweat. Just a dream ...

Arif and the others were still sleeping very well.

Feeling very late, I closed my eyes again...

*******

Until the dazzling white light, made me re-energized. I grabbed my phone and glanced at it. It's eight o'clock!

I got out of bed, and Arif was sitting in the living room chair, he was busy with his cell phone.

"Ardan, Alvien where is Rif?" my question is, walk up to him.

"They're picking up PLN's handyman on the highway," in short.

I took the towel I had brought from the house, and went to the toilet.

The morning air is different! I can no longer breathe the fresh air produced by the trees. Like the first time I welcomed this morning.

There was only the smell of Sement, and the fine dust carried by the breeze was moderate.

My steps were blocked, when I arrived at the door of the toilet, and drew a subtle smile. It's much better now...

There was the sound of a car pulling over accompanied by boisterous conversations from some Men in the Regional language. I think it's the workers who have arrived. I have to be quick because I don't want to hamper their work.

After taking a shower I walked towards the living room, with the towel still wrapped around my neck. The house that was once quiet now sounds very noisy, Sement transport trucks and sand began to arrive looking for parking space right in front of the house.

Continue ... Continue ... Reply!

"Rif, we're in Gg Chain 'aja, yuk?" I said, dressed.

"Nike camel?" sahut Arif, "the motor is also used Ardan."

I frowned, "Oh.. Yes, forgot!"

There's not much I and Arif can do, other than sit around waiting for Ardan and Alvien to return.

"Excuse me, A. This is how the power went out, huh?" A worker is seen talking to Arif, while carrying a ceramic cutting machine.

"Later first ... Be patient! Pick up the electrician again" replied Arif.

"If you replace MCB. Mr. Marun can also, Mas," said the worker, while trying to remember something.

"Other works first, Mang!"

"Well, A," said the worker, then left.

Soon a motorbike stopped in front of the house, and a small conversation asked where the MCB was.

Arif and I went out to see the electrician. After hearing Arif's explanation, the officer then repaired the MCB until shortly the electricity was back on.

"Rif, turn back first, let Ardan and Alvien be here."

"Well, you take food for the workers" said Arif, sticking his arms towards Alvien, "Vien ... Here's the motor key."

"Don't be long, yak," commented Alvien.

"Sip."

"Bi ... By ... "

we left the Lodge house, and on the way, Arif and I had a little chat about what happened last night.

"Overnight many strange things happened, from the water machine that rang, to the glass that runs by itself."

"Well, who's real, Den?"

"Don't you hear the noise of the water machine so noisy? Or a dish that has no taste?"

"Water machine, again ...  Where it may be flaming ... I'm the one who unplugged the outlet, so that it's electric."

Maybe it's useless for me to tell you something like this, to be honest, just this time I experienced something strange like that. Here, kah. The hallucinations?

I no longer talk to Arif, along the way we just mute, wading through the rocky road that is squeezed by trees and wild plants, on the left and right.

And finally we arrived at Arif's house located in Gg Chain and we were greeted by the Arif family, it seems they already knew our arrival.

On the front porch, a middle-aged woman was standing in the doorway. She's Arif's mother, my mother's sister, I used to call her 'Uwa'. In this house Wa. Titi lives with Arif's father. Only the two of them took this two-story house.

Of course he greeted me warmly, "Deni, when is it coming?"

"Yesterday afternoon, Wa," I said, shaking his arm.

"Moment, healthy right there, Den?"

"Alhamdulillah, healthy, Wa."

"Thank God, if it's healthy ... Enter, gih. Shower, eat, just make coffee, Uwa want to nyapu front first."

"Yes, Wa."

"Well, is it cooking?"

"That, Bi Eneng is cooking inside, Rif."

We passed from the front of the house, and I sat on the sofa velvet, gray in color.

"Gue wants to take a shower first, Den ... You want to make coffee, make it yourself, okay?"

"Okay, sip ... "

But my eyes were drawn to the stack of magazines neatly arranged under the glass table. Mystery .. I picked up one of those magazines and started to open sheet by sheet on each of its pages.

Until it stopped on one page that I thought was interesting enough to read.
