The POV Xiao Luocheng

Coming to the New Moon Profound Palace for the official welcoming ceremony of the new Palace Head Qin Wuyou with some elders from the Xiao branch sect was a truly boring affair. If it wasn't for my father telling me to do this, I wouldn't even dream of coming to this boring place, but unfortunately I'm here and I have to make the most of it.

After all the greetings and speeches were finished, the main event came: 'the destruction of the Palace's disciples'. Grabbing a bottle of wine and a glass, I poured myself a glass and got ready to watch these other sects defeat these pathetic New Moon Palace disciples. Soon the battle began with Xuan Yu of the Profound Heart Sect and Li Hao of the New Moon Profound Palace. And as expected the battle ended with Xuan Yu easily defeating Li Hao and leaving him in a wounded state. Perhaps tonight would not be as boring as I thought, at least this way I could see those pitiful disciples being defeated and see the other sect disciples acting arrogantly in front of them.

These disciples are not even worth my time to begin with, so maybe after all this is done, one of our disciples can teach another sect disciple why the Xiao branch sect is number one.

After Li Hao was taken away for treatment, Xuan Yu focused his attention on a large man from the Palace disciples. And I must say for Palace disciples this person must be big. It almost makes me wonder what her parents gave her to be this big. But then suddenly a strange man in a black suit with red clouds stood up and offered himself up. It's strange, but it should at least provide entertainment watching this guy get hit. So Itachi Uchiha is his name, it's weird.

As soon as the battle between Xuan Yu and Itachi began, it became clear who was stronger between the two of them. That Itachi fellow continued to dodge all of Xuan Yu's attacks like he was a child on a rampage. And after that Xuan Yu went berserk and challenged Itachi to stop dodging, he replied with a claim that he would not dodge the next attack. Let's see how he deals with it. As Xuan Yu used his most powerful attack against Itachi, he simply caught his attack and just like that he crushed his hand and kicked it so hard that he flew through the air. So this freak has powers, very interesting. Now let's see what you can do with the others.

Next up was Yan Ming from the Cloudy Sun Sect. This fight ended much faster than the last one. Yan Ming released his cloudy sun chain and in response Itachi made some strange signatures and suddenly spouted a column of water from his mouth like a geyser. That Yan Ming was standing there like he saw something incredible happen, but in the next moment Itachi instantly appeared in front of him and punched him across the hall right into the wall. Itachi's men not only had strength but also incredible speed.

Next was Feng Guangyi from the Stormy Profound Palace. He stood around declaring how he was on it and that he was nothing in front of him. But right after he started his attack and just as he was about to hit Itachi, he stopped. What happened to this guy, stopped right before your attack hit but he doesn't seem to know why he stopped either. Until Itachi told him that he was taking control of his body. Listening to his explanation I felt like laughing, there was no way he could do that. But suddenly Feng Guangyi started moving in a very strange way while Itachi moved his hand. So he told the truth, he had taken control of his body and now he was moving it as he pleased. And just like that he slapped Feng Guangyi unconscious. And now he had this strange power as well. It's become much more interesting.

Next up was Tie Hengjun from the Iron Spear Clan. Tie Hengjun fought with a spear and Itachi took out a sword. Their fight was one of the techniques and they both had great techniques, only Itachi looked much better in his technique. After a while, Tie Hengjun prepared his strongest attack for Itachi to fight. After his attack landed on Itachi and immediately stabbed him in the chest, I was shocked. This fellow had displayed incredible strength and speed and he should have been able to dodge his spear attack easily yet he did not. But what happened next really surprised me. Itachi's body that was pierced by Tie Hengjun's spear suddenly exploded into smoke and all that was left was the wooden beam at Tie Hengjun's spear tip. In the next moment Itachi appeared behind Tie Hengjun with a knife in his throat. This guy never stopped surprising me. If this continued then he would become the next 'New Star' of New Moon City. I can't let that happen. Let's see what he does with the next guy.

Next up was Lu Zhannan from the Seven Deadly Sword Pavilion. Back then Lu Zhannan told Itachi about him having destroyed many geniuses and how he was also known as the cold-blooded Lu made Itachi bow down. Is he really afraid of her? He had very strong skills, he could not fear him. As Lu Zhannan approached him to attack, Itachi looked at him and suddenly Lu Zhannan fell to the ground. How is this possible? He didn't even touch her yet he defeated her.

I think Lu Zhannan said something like "You monster" to Itachi. He might use some kind of mental attack against him. This can't go on much longer. I have to put this guy in his place before rumors start about his strength and he will be seen as the 'New Star'.

Itachi POV

"HEREINAFTER!!!"

After calling his next opponent Itachi knew who would come to him. Looking at the crowd, he saw Xiao Luocheng coming at him. Looking at him, I could see in his eyes that he felt threatened to lose his top position among the disciples here in New Moon City.

As Xiao Luocheng approached Itachi, he clapped along the way while praising Itachi for his consecutive victory against the others.

"Bravo! It's absolutely incredible! I originally came in my father's stead to congratulate Palace Chief Qin, but I was unexpectedly able to enjoy one after another brilliant battle. I was even more fortunate to see another brilliant new star in our New Moon City. ."

Seeing Xiao Luocheng come to him Itachi kept stopping while giving him a small smile. The moment he got in front of her, he stopped clapping and his smile faded into a serious look.

"What would you say at a sparring session between the two of us. As the current 'New Star' of New Moon City, I believe it's my job to check if you are truly worthy of being called a rising 'Star. Would you do this humble one the honor of a good sparring session?" xiao Luocheng said with a big smile on his face.

While Itachi was staring at him the entire time without taking his eyes off him. Stretching out his left hand, he took Yamato out of his inventory and started tying his sword to his sheath using his strap. After he tied the sword to its sheath, he looked back at Xiao Luocheng and accepted his challenge.

"I accept."

Seeing Yamato appear on Itachi's left hand frightened Yun Che. He started shaking in his chair and his face grew pale.

'NONONMONOON!!!! Not that sword!!! Anything but that sword!!!' yun Che thought to himself as he grew more and more afraid.

Xia Yuanba who was sitting next to him saw Yun Che trembling in fear and he started to worry about him.

"Sister-in-law what happened? Why are you suddenly so scared?" Xia Yuanba asked as he was worried about Yun Che.

Instead of answering Xia Yuanba, Yun Che simply pointed his trembling finger at Itachi and began to stutter a single word.

"Y....Y.....Y.....Y.....Y.....Y...Y....Y.....Yes..mato" said Yun Che who was sweating like a madman and whose face was as pale as a piece of paper.

"Yamato's? Is that brother-in-law?" xia Yuanba asked who did not know what Yun Che was talking about. But Yun Che did not answer him, instead continuing to stare at Itachi.

Xiao Luocheng smiled widely after Itachi accepted his challenge. He took out his personal sword and took a fighting position.

"I thank brother Itachi for accepting this simple challenge. But I can't help but ask. Why did you tie your sword to its sheath? Want to not want me to think that it is inappropriate to fight with the sword that is still in your hands.it is a sheath?" xiao Luocheng asked who was confused by Itachi's actions.

"Don't worry. This sword is my favorite sword and I want to keep it for as long as I can. If the sheath is broken, I can always replace it, but if the sword itself is broken, it will be a heavy task. But don't hold it. The scabbard is very durable and can take a lot of time before it breaks down" said Itachi, who is in a fighting position himself.

"Hahaha, fine then. Don't fight me if you get hurt." said Xiao Luocheng who immediately after saying it lunged at Itachi with a slash over his head.

Itachi held his sword above his head and repelled Xiao Luocheng's slash and quickly countered with his own attack that was deflected and resisted by Xiao Luocheng. This goes on continuously with neither side being mutually beneficial. As Xiao Luocheng fended off another blow from Itachi, he retaliated with a push into Itachi's stomach. Itachi quickly stepped aside and then advanced and approached Xiao Luocheng's face. Hitting his face with an elbow, he made Xiao Luocheng stagger and then hit him in the face with Yamato dropping him to the ground.

After slumping to the ground, Xiao Luocheng quickly got up and looked at Itachi with a face full of anger.

'How is this possible?!?! This person is only at the level 3 Nascent Profound Realm while I am at the level 10 Nascent Pround Realm. I need to be stronger and faster than this guy. How could he follow me and even drop me to the ground?!?!' Xiao Luocheng thought to himself who was getting angrier at the fact that his plan to defeat and humiliate Itachi in front of everyone failed miserably.

Returning to his position, Xiao Luocheng quickly launched an attack at Itachi which easily repelled all of his attacks while holding onto Yamato with one hand. As Xiao Luocheng continued his attack, he left himself wide open for a counterattack. Itachi saw one of these gaps quickly take advantage of him and struck Xiao Luocheng's chest with Yamato's tip launching him backwards. Just as Xiao Luocheng was about to touch the ground, Itachi appeared beside him and struck Xiao Luocheng's stomach by slamming him into the ground and causing cracks to appear around him.

"Ha..Ha...Ha...Ha....Ha...Ha... You rascal. Ha...Ha...Ha... Don't think so just because you've got some lucky attacks you've won. Ha..Ha...Ha....Ha.... I will defeat you!! I swear!!! You are nothing more than dirt compared to me!!!" xiao Luocheng shouted at Itachi.

As his anger had already passed its boiling point, Xiao Luocheng swung his sword at Itachi with all his strength. Instead of using Yamato to block his sword, Itachi used his bare hands reinforced with Haki to capture Xiao Luocheng's sword and then spread it out. Xiao Luocheng and everyone in the Main Palace were watching Itachi scatter Xiao Luocheng's sword with one of their hands, their mouths and eyes wide open. They just couldn't believe what they saw happening right in front of them.

"Are you aware now. You never had a chance to start" Itachi said just before he swung Yamato at Xiao Luocheng who launched it against the wall on the other side of the hall.

Upon seeing their young master launch into the wall, the other members of the Xiao Branch sect stared in disbelief at the entire event. The head of the Xiao Branch Sect Medicine Hall, Xiao Baicao quickly ran towards Xiao Luocheng and examined him. Almost immediately after his face turned furious as he stared at Itachi. "You little bastard, I. I will kill you!!"

Instead of reacting or becoming afraid, Itachi instead released his Conqueror Haki into the entire main hall to frighten everyone who saw him. As everyone stared at Itachi with fear in their eyes, he removed the rope from Yamato and extended it to them in his left hand.

"If you want me, come and get me" Itachi said as he flicked Yamato with his thumb.

It was at this moment that everyone in the Profound Sky Continent sensed it. Everyone except the people in New Moon City felt a demonic power being released for a split second. This power was unlike anything they had ever felt before and it caused everyone in the Profound Sky Continent to tremble in fear of this power. The people from the four holy lands even saw the image of Vergil in his Demon Trigger form holding Yamato in their throat. This caused everyone from the four holy lands to tremble in fear and try to investigate where this power came from and how they could take it for themselves.

Huangji Wuyu, Saint-Emperor of Absolute Monarch Sanctuary, was in his garden drinking tea and enjoying the birds playing around in his private garden. When Yamato's strength was unleashed, he immediately spewed out his tea and trembled in fear at the overwhelming demonic power he had just felt. Just as his strength was fading, he saw an image of a demon holding a sword in his throat in just a split second. After the demon disappeared, he immediately summoned his spiritual master to gather at his personal residence.

Since all the spiritual masters had gathered in his residence, Huangji Wuyu could see on their faces that they had also sensed that demonic power. Deciding not to beat around the bush, he immediately got down to business.

Both Qu Fengyi and Zi Ji fell from their seats and trembled due to the overwhelming demonic power they had just felt. And as soon as they sensed it, it suddenly disappeared only to be replaced by an image of a demon holding a sword in their throat. And just like that the image was gone leaving Qu Fengyi and Zi Ji trembling and sweating on the ground. Qu Fengyi immediately got back up and ordered her husband to use all the resources of the Black Moon Merchant Guild to identify and find the source of this power and to immediately report back.

"Wherever this power comes from, I will not let it fall into the hands of other holy places. And if, whoever possesses this demonic weapon, does not cooperate with us, we will kill him." and obtain this power. Once I have this power, I will be the strongest of the entire Profound Sky Continent and the Great Ocean Palace will be the number one of the Profound Sky Continent and most likely the entire Blue Polar Star."

Ye Meixie, the Heavenly King of the Sun Moon Sacred Hall, was having dinner with his son in his private room when suddenly Yamato's power was unleashed. Both Ye Meixie and her son Ye Xinghan trembled in fear of the power they had just felt. And as soon as they sensed it, it suddenly disappeared only to be replaced by an image of a demon holding a sword in their throat. And just like that the image was gone leaving Ye Meixie and Ye Xinghan trembling in fear. Ye Meixie immediately ordered her son to gather the Sun Moon Divine Envoy and order them to find the source of this power and bring him back here.

"Wherever this power comes from, I will not let it fall into the hands of other holy places. And if, whoever possesses this demonic weapon, does not cooperate with us, we will kill him." and obtain this power. Once I have this power, I will be the strongest of the entire Profound Sky Continent and the Sun Moon Sacred Hall will be the number one of the Profound Sky Continent and the entire Blue Polar Star."

In the secret underground chamber that was so dark that one could not see anything, a man sat there with a sword in front of him. This sword was six and a half feet long and one foot wide. His entire body was pitch-black and surrounded by a strange black aura. What was even more bizarre was that a pair of long, narrow black eyes slowly appeared on the handle of the strangely shaped sword.

The moment the power of Yamato was released into the Profound Sky Continent was when the eyes on the sword opened wide.

The man sitting in front of the sword was Sword Master Xuanyuan Wentian of the Mighty Heavenly Sword Region. As he sensed Yamato's strength, his eyes opened wide and he trembled in fear. And as his strength faded, he saw the image of a demon holding a sword in his throat. After the fading image Xuanyuan Wentian sat there in a daze about everything that happened until he heard a sound.

"WHAT IS THAT DEMON SWORD!!! HOW THAT COME WITH IT CAN THERE BE?!?! THAT EVIL GOD MIGHT HAVE SEALED THE OTHERS ON THIS PLANET!!!

Xuanyuan Wentian, other than unsealing my sword and making Feng Juechen receive his demonic inheritance. You are obligated to find the sword and obtain it, by all means necessary. I made myself clear!" said the voice emanating from the sword in front of Xuanyuan Wentian. This sword was famous in the Profound Sky Continent as the Heavenly Sin Divine Sword.

"Yes, of course the venerable Demon Lord. I'll do it right. But if you don't mind I ask. You said that the Evil God might have sealed another demon on the planet. Don't you know who the devil is? ?" asked Xuanyuan Wentian

We will probably become the most powerful beings in the entire God Realm itself. Do you understand Xuanyuan Wentian. GET THAT SWORD, WHATEVER!!" the Divine Sword of Heavenly Sin.

"Yes, I get it. I will do anything to obtain that sword." Xuanyuan Wentian said with great determination to obtain that sword by any means necessary.

Meanwhile in the Main Hall of the New Moon Palace

After Itachi released his Conqueror Haki in the hall and challenged the elder of the Xiao Branch Sect to come pick him up, whether the main hall became silent. Seeing how no one had the courage to fight Itachi after his Conqueror Haki had frightened everyone, Itachi left the main hall. Outside the main hall Jasmine asked if she was smart about unleashing Yamato's power.

"Is it really a smart move to unleash the power of Yamato in the Profound Sky Continent? What if someone manages to trace it back to you or this town. They won't be merciful to you or the people of this city and they'll slaughter everyone just to get Yamato."

"I've thought about that possibility. First, I have unleashed Yamato's power in an extremely fast pulse. It is impossible to know the location of the source. It was not even possible for them to find the direction from where it came from. And secondly, I have cursed Yamato with the help of the system. Those whom Yamato did not acknowledge as his master would be devoured by his soul once they touched Yamato. And once their souls are eaten, they will be left as soulless bodies that will do the Yamato command and because Yamato recognizes me as his master, they will do my command." itachi said with a smile as he walked away from the main hall towards his room.

"And by the way Jasmine. I sent that pulse as a message to the four holy sites" Itachi said
