"Poppy ...."

Aldef standing. His eyes stared fixedly at Poppy.

"Who, Al?" beby asked, making Aldef turn his head for a moment towards him.

"Sir .. come with me, huh?" smirk Poppy with a voice full of pleading.

Aldef looked back at Beby who looked puzzled. His right hand grabbed Beby's fingers, carrying him in Aldef's hand. "Follow me, yeah."

After a long and grueling debate, Beby manages to convince Miko to no longer follow him. With a note, Beby's phone should always stand by.

Neither Aldef, Beby, nor Poppy had any intention of making a sound along the way. They are busy with their own thoughts. Especially Beby. He should refrain from asking about what really happened. Somehow, Beby's hunch says that this all has to do with Aldef suddenly disappearing from the rooftop overnight.

After Aldef's car lined up neatly with other cars in the parking area of Sentosa Hospital, Aldef, Beby, and Poppy together to Celine's nursery. Aldef and Beby walked first, with their hands intertwined. Poppy who saw that from behind, secretly smiled happily.

"Well, why are we here?"

After a long moment of silence, the question finally came out of Beby's mouth.

Aldef stared at Beby's goal. "Patience, yes. You know too."

Shortly after, they arrived in front of the hospital room with R. Jasmine 1. This time, Poppy came in first. Of course, the girl had her own intentions.

After Poppy comes in, it's Aldef and Beby's turn. The pair of lovers looked at each other for a moment before they together stepped in.

Both Beby's eyes were perfectly rounded when he saw a long-haired girl sitting leaning over the gurney with a blank look. His gaze turned on Aldef who was still tightly grasping his hand. The girlfriend only nodded briefly as their gazes met each other, as if understanding the meaning behind Beby's gaze.

"Al's? That's you, isn't it?" There was a happy tone behind Celine's voice.

One word that made Beby astonished.

Ye? Celine just called Aldef?

"There's Beby's sister, too, brother," said Poppy, who she believed she would have known.

"Celine ... why?" beby asked as he stared at Aldef and Poppy in turn.

"Gue's blind, By," Celine blatantly said.

Aldef let out a heavy sigh. His eyeballs looked at the three girls there in turn. Since the journey to here, Aldef continues to strengthen his heart about what he will do now. It's time. It's time Aldef decided the option of no more cover-ups.

"Sky, I know you must be very confused." It was the sentence that preceded Aldef's explanation. "Poppy's Celine's sister. And this Celine .. my ex."

Feeling his question being ignored, Beby stared at Poppy. "Celine why, Pop?"

"Our house is a robbery" said Celine. "There were two robbers. One went in through the front, another went in through the window of my room that was not locked. I was in the bathroom again. When I came out, suddenly someone hit me in the back of the head."

Poppy stared fixedly at Celine's bead eyes. Her sister is ... really good at making up stories.

"yeah. Luckily Poppy was not home anymore. It's okay some furniture was stolen, which is important my sister is fine."

Beby smiled when he heard that sentence. "Lo's great, Cel."

Celine laughed bitterly. "Obsolutely normal. Not everything that looks good is good."

"Oh, yeah. Have you eaten yet?" ask Beby. "Sorry, yes, we came here with nothing. No one told me where to go and what to do. It looks like you want to look at it."

"Ekhem!" Aldef deliberately cleared his throat hard enough. "I mean we're not here just looking up, Sky."

"Oh, huh? Keep what?"

Both Beby's eyebrows clutched when he heard that ambiguous sentence. "meaning?"

"Here, I just live with Poppy. And with my current condition, it's impossible to take care of Poppy alone. So, as a person close to me—ya even in the past—gue ask help to Aldef."

"Oh, it's okay, dong," Beby said. The girl responded to Celine's request without thinking about her future impact. Making Aldef and Poppy back dumbfounded. "If you need anything, don't hesitate to tell me or Aldef. We'll help. Yeah, right, Al?"

Aldef who was still digesting the events in the room could only nod.

This is often the weak point of good people: being taken advantage of.

Beby did not realize that the choice he took today would be the beginning of heart-eating sessions later in life.

Time showed at 20:47 when Aldef and Beby agreed to go home. That's because the visiting hours at the hospital are almost complete and Beby's phone continues to ring because of a call from Miko.

"So, Celine's a former lo time High School?" beby asked shortly after Aldef's car left the Sentosa Hospital parking area.

"Yes." Yeah."

"He's the reason you suddenly left the rooftop last night?"

Aldef looked over for a moment. Replying to Beby's gaze that did not switch from him. "Sorry."

Beby laughed softly. "Gue is just a time. Don't strain his face."

"Gue knows I'm wrong, Sky. I should have met you first. I should have been honest from the beginning. Not playing that way."

"It's good that you're conscious." Beby's gaze turned straight ahead.

"Sky?"

"Lo was wrong to go. Not coming for me first." Beby turned back. "But you've done the real thing. If I was in your position, I would also panic and immediately nyamperin Celine."

"Lo not angry?"

"I was going to get angry. But, it is not fair if I am angry without explanation from you. And after you brought me to meet Celine earlier, I not only horrified the explanation of lo, but I see directly."

"But Celine is my ex."

"Yes, continues? Why is Celine your ex-boyfriend? Ex-girlfriend, right? Not the ex-wife?"

Beby laughing. "Everyone has their own past, Al. Like me and Arka, the same goes for lo and Celine."

Aldef silent. His tongue suddenly felt dull. If Aldef is in the position of Beby now, let alone forgive, understand it may feel heavy. But look at Beby, the girl was really airy-hearted.

"Eh, stop by in front there first, yes," said Beby as he pointed to the cart that read 'Sweet Martabak' in front there. "Gue wants to buy bribes for Miko's sister."

Aldef laughed crisply as he pressed the brake pedal. "Let me buy it. I was the one who took you away."

"That's? Okay." Okay."

The two threw sweet smiles at each other before Aldef got off the steering wheel. In order to wait for her boyfriend, Beby activates her phone. Replying to Miko's heaps of messages that are similar to the memories of the former: numerous and painful.

Suddenly, the door on the right side opened.  Beby smiles when he realizes his girlfriend has returned. Shortly thereafter, Aldef's car drove back.

"Such a purchase—WHO LO?!"
