In the car, Nurul cried and groaned in pain. It hurts so much more than his heartbreak against Alvaro. Bu Uswa and Bu Dianti who were on Nurul's side also helped calm Nurul. Both of Nurul's hands clasped tightly onto their hands even both of them felt pain but did not dare to complain.
In the midst of his pain, he still had time to remember the face of the man who had impregnated him. How much Nurul wanted Alvaro to be by his side at times like this. But unfortunately it was only he was quiet and he knew this was his fault for choosing silence rather than solving problems.
Elsewhere, Alvaro, who had been asleep, suddenly woke up because he felt his stomach as wrapped around and was so sick. He even broke out sweat as big as a corn seed and he had trouble just to get up leaning on his bed. He glanced at the clock on the wall and saw that it was only eleven o'clock in the evening. He did not know how long to endure this pain.
"Why did it suddenly become ill like this? I didn't eat anything weird, so what's going on?" muttered Alvaro while holding his stomach that felt so painful.
Alvaro felt like he was about to faint from being unable to endure the pain. He could only regulate his breathing and hope that this pain would soon go away and he could go back to sleep.
Nurul's car arrived in front of the hospital and the nurses rushed to bring a wheelchair to Nurul to be taken to the delivery room. Not long after they arrived, Mr. Deen and Danish also arrived with Nurul's maternity equipment.
They immediately rushed into the delivery room but only Bu Uswa and Bu Dianti were allowed to enter and accompany Nurul's delivery. Dr. Aleesha who handled Nurul's pregnancy also began to conduct examinations.
"Opening six. Soon you will give birth, try not to make movements that make you tired because when the push process later you need a lot of energy. When the pain comes, take a breath and exhale through the mouth" said Dr. Aleesha.
A little Nurul already understood the procession of labor. She has watched many videos, attended classes for pregnant women and also read many books and articles related to childbirth.
Dr Aleesha also explained that Nurul's delivery this time might be risky considering the baby in Nurul's womb had a different Rhesus with him. And because they had already done a blood type test there was a fetus Nurul was a doctor Aleesha who thrust himself to donate blood after they did early detection for anemia in infants.
Doctor Aleesha who was preparing to donate blood did not help Nurul for labor but other doctors who will replace him.
Three hours Nurul waited in unparalleled pain until the opening was complete and he was ready to push.
"Now, before I push, can I just yell once?" ask Nurul.
The doctor was confused because he feared there would be a risk of such an action. But because the patient was forced, Nurul was allowed to scream.
"ALVARO GENTA PRAYOGAAA!!!"
As if feeling someone's call, Alvaro who had been able to sleep was awakened again. Her chest was tight, her tears were dripping and her memory was instantly fixed on Nurul.
"Where are you, I pray that you are always okay, I love you" he said.
Doctor Aleesha who was just about to enter the delivery room Nurul was surprised because she was like hearing someone yelling at her sister's name. He searches for the whereabouts of his sister but finds no one. In front of the delivery room there was no Mr. Deen or Danish because both of them had gone to find donors for Nurul but because Bu Dianti had called and said that there were donors then both at this time I was on my way back to the hospital.
"I'm the one who misheard me" murmured doctor Aleesha then she walked into the delivery room.
With full struggle Nurul gave birth to her baby. In fact, he had run out of energy and almost fainted if not encouraged by both his mother and also the nurse who gave him an injection so that Nurul back strong to push.
Nurul's baby head was held at the birth door when Nurul felt as if he would close his eyes. But left with the rest of her strength, she was finally able to give birth to her baby safely.
The nurse who helped deliver the baby put Nurul directly on his stomach and Nurul shed tears because he finally could see his son who had been waiting for his birth.
"Happy baby, your daughter" said Bu Uswa and Bu Dianti almost simultaneously.
Nurul just nodded then he smiled trying to stroke the baby. Only a few moments, the baby is again taken for cleaning and will get treatment continue because the baby must have a blood transfusion. While the other nurses helped cleanse Nurul's body.
After the baby was treated, Nurul was cleaned and felt better than before, the two Emrick men entered the room where Nurul had been moved in the nursery.
"Where's papa's grandson, dear?" ask Mr. Deen.
Mr. Deen and Danish followed Nurul's perspective where the beautiful baby was in Dianti's grandmother's arms.
After pardoning the tiny baby, Danish took turns taking the baby Nurul and carrying it carefully. "Who's this brother's nephew's name?" ask Danish.
"Danissa Aluna Guzelim Emrick" replied Nurul.
Bu Dianti, Danish and Mr. Deen were moved to hear the name Nurul had just made for his daughter.
"He's the one who's gonna replace little Danissa. Let Nurul's son use that name" Nurul said.
After giving and knowing the name of the tiny baby, they were busy carrying alternately until the baby fell asleep. Nurul who saw the scene could not hide his happiness. In his heart he prayed that his son would not have the same fate as him first. Now his son has a large family even without a father figure.
Uswa said goodbye and Danish drove her. Mr. Deen also participated because he wanted to clean himself and then returned to the hospital and brought equipment for his wife who did not want to leave her children and grandchildren for a second.
Alvaro, our son is born. I want to put your name behind her. But that's not true because he's not the son of a marriage. He pitched to me. Thank you for giving him to me. I pray that you too find your happiness. After this I will give up my love and learn to forget you properly. Even though I knew it wouldn't work a hundred percent, at least I was sincere.
Dr Aleesha entered Nurul's ward to check on the mother and the baby. He smiled at the beautiful face that was staring at him. The baby woke up after several hours of sleep. Nurul was asked to breastfeed him again even though his ASI had not come out.
This baby reminds me of someone. But who?
Dr. Aleesha watched the nursing baby intensely. He knew that face but nowhere.
Nurul who noticed the gaze of doctor Aleesha also looked at the baby.
My baby really took Alvaro's whole face. She's the female version of Alvaro. Ah, if this is how I don't forget he'll just keep on remembering. Why is my fate always unlucky. Why have gone so far and hidden this far still can't lose him. It was my baby who kept me close to her. The injustice of God is real. I was pregnant and giving birth but she looked like her father.
After checking, Dr Aleesha said goodbye and said if tomorrow they were much better then they could go home. Nurul was getting excited to go home soon.
Coinciding with Dr. Aleesha who had come out of Nurul's nursery, Emrick's men came. Bu Dianti was also finished with his bath and he wore a Nurul negligee. He became lazy to change clothes and immediately joined for dinner together. Nurul refuses to be fed because she is still able to eat by herself.
Dinner was over and they talked for a while about what to do after they got home from the hospital. Nurul requested that they do the baby aqiqah at the orphanage and his family immediately agreed. Two days after Nurul was discharged from the hospital they planned to do the event. Ms. Dianti even seemed so enthusiastic. He will handle the show.
"Darling, so whose granddaughter will this mother call? His name is very long" asked Bu Dianti. He occasionally glanced at the baby box where his grandson was sleeping.
Nurul seemed to think, he was actually hesitant but he really wanted if his son was called by a name that he specifically made in order to remember the father of the baby.
"Aluna, Ma" answered Nurul.
"A pretty name as pretty as papa's granddaughter" Deen said.
What a beautiful name Ma, Pa. Aluna is an abbreviation for Alvaro Nurul Aina. Hope you don't ask any further.
Nurul just holds it in his heart. He did not dare to say it. He doesn't want his family to find Alvaro. He already knew that his family was a very famous lawyer and lawyer. Arguably very successful in solving cases and also his services are often used by officials and successful entrepreneurs in this country. To find Alvaro is certainly not a difficult thing for them. Nurul is only afraid of not being recognized by Alvaro and is considered a lowly woman. However, Nurul still remembers the story of Dinda's former lover who ended tragically.
Let this child I have. I don't want my son to be sad if his father won't admit it. It's a good thing that I can refrain from looking for Alvaro, otherwise I might end up the same as Dinda.
That was the reason Nurul went into hiding and chose to accept his own injuries instead of having to suffer the same fate as Dinda. She loves her child and she is willing to bear it all alone as long as the baby can survive and she can take care of it and raise it. After all, she had a complete family that would definitely help raise this child.
If only Nurul knew, the man he was avoiding was desperately looking for him, he would definitely be happy and would run into Alvaro's arms. Unfortunately, Dinda's shadow and the memory of her being Alvaro's Betting Girl continue to haunt her.
Aluna, one day if you grow up you will tell me who your father is. He's a very handsome man and he's the only one who managed to steal your heart.
