Nathan and Alice attend Rosse's funeral, and they sit next to Frank. Many of Rosse's business associates and his father were present at the funeral including Mr. Smith. Nathan and Alice's son are left to the nanny.

There was sadness on Alice's face, however’pun Rosse is a friend who has been considered sudara. As well as Mr. Frank, he looks very sad. The only daughter is gone.

Alice clasped Frank's hand to strengthen the man. The pastor was leading the prayer, when Rosse's father was done standing and putting flowers on his daughter's coffin.

So did Alice and Nathan as they put flowers on Rosse's chest, and the grave attendant lowered the chest into the burrow. Alice hugged Nathan and cried, and she would never see him again.

As for Mr. Frank, he only stared blankly as the chest had already entered the burrow. The man tried hard with the departure of the princess.

When Rosse is buried, they return to Frank's Mansion, where he walks into Alice's den following her. Mr. Frank smiled and let Alice sit down.

“Master, are you okay?” Alice asked so because she saw Mr. Frank's face as pale.

“Yes, I just need a break,” replied Mr. Frank in a quiet voice but still heard by Alice.

Alice stood up and left master Frank, she took the drinking water for the man then returned to the study. Alice gave the glass to Mr. Frank.

“Drink first then you rest, Nathan and I have decided to stay here temporarily if you allow.” Mr. Frank's face was seen sparkling hearing Alice's verdict.

“Of course, I'm very happy that you guys live here. I won't be lonely.” Alice smiled and hugged the man warmly.

“Now you have to rest, I have to pick up my son and come back here.” Mr. Frank nodded his head and smiled at Alice.

Alice escorted Mr. Frank into the room and laid the man on the bed. She put a blanket on Mr. Frank and left the room to see her husband.

After their three-month-old son Alice returned to work, when she arrived at the assistant's office, she told him there was a board meeting. They asked Alice to take part in the meeting.

Alice walked into the study and placed the bag on the steering table, wondering why the board of directors asked her to take part in the meeting.

"What's wrong, did I make a mistake? But it's not possible that everything I do always gets praise from the leader. Oh, I'm sorry Rosse is gone." Alice took a deep breath and the door was knocked.

Alice told him to come in and she saw the assistant standing at the door and walking up to her and placing a brown map on the table.

"What time is it, Megan?" alice asked, taking the map and opening it.

"Before a moment, madam," Megan replied and then she left Alice.

The woman checked the report the assistant gave her and then put it back on the table. He stood up and went to the meeting room there already present some of the board members in the reksi. Alice came in and greeted them, one of the council members told the woman to sit nearby.

Alice pulled up the chair then she sat down, she felt awkward because the only employee present in the room the rest was the board of directors.

Not long after entering a man he is the owner of the company and also the father of Rosse, he came with a lawyer. The man pulled up a chair and sat down, his eyes staring one by one the members of the board of directors ascertained whether they were all present.

"Everyone is present?" asked the man and they answered in unison.

"Already, Mr. Frank.” The man looked at Alice and then he smiled.

"As you know, three months ago my daughter died of cancer." The man looked at Alice and continued speaking.

"Do you know what, Alice?" ask the man by holding a few letters.

"Yes, sir," Alice replied nervously and then she fixed her seat.

"Before my daughter died, I told her to trust you." Alice's face turned tense, she wanted to know what trust Rosse had given her.

"Alice, my daughter entrusts this company in your hands, she wants you to run it well." Alice was surprised, she looked at the man in surprise. Likewise, the members of their board of directors look at each other and wonder why Alice is appointed.

"But, Mister. I don't deserve to be in that position, there are still those who are better." The man laughed and then looked at Alice.

"My daughter chose you not because of your friendship, but she sees you as so steadfast in advancing this company. You are already part of Miller.” Alice fell silent at Mr. Frank's explanation then she looked at some of the council members, their faces looking different.

 “Again I have some important efforts that I must pay attention to. So I ask that you take care of this company. Don't turn it down." Alice was silent, she could not believe that Rosse gave such a will.

"That's all I want to tell you, from now on Alice will be the head of this company." Mr. Frank stood up and congratulated Alice.

As well as the members of the board of directors directly stood up and congratulated Alice, there were only a few who were unhappy with the woman.

“Oh yes, Alice. If anyone does not like your leadership, just take it out,” Mr. Frank's message while leaving the meeting room. He deliberately said so in front of the members of the board of directors because he thought there must be someone who would not like Alice. The woman was just stunned to hear Mr. Frank's words.

Alice returned to the study, when she entered the room she was surprised to see Rosse's father sitting on the sofa. Alice became nervous, she was glued to the door with a frown.

"Master?" The man smiled and stood up to Alice.

"Please take care of what he left you, I am old and can no longer. Ah ... My poor daughter." The man's face looked very sad then he left Alice.

Alice was sitting on a chair, she still could not believe the decision taken by her late mother and father. The woman knew for sure many would not like her appointment.

The door opened and Alice stood up and greeted the members of the board of directors who were walking towards her. His face looked tense, because the company entrusted to him was not small but big.

"Congratulations Alice, you deserve that position." Alice's face turned moody, she felt heavy accepting the huge responsibility.

"But, Mister. I feel like there must be someone who doesn't like the designation on me." Jose laughed then he sat down on the sofa.

"You don't have to worry, as long as I'm here I won't let them bother you. After all you hold the highest office here, if anyone is looking for trouble with you just take it out." Alice calmed down because Jose supported her.

Then entered again some members of the board of directors, they talked in the woman's office.

"Alice, you need to move rooms. Don't use this place anymore, it doesn't suit you" joked one of the council members.

"Oh yes, Alice. You have to move, don't use this room anymore. Just use the almarhuma place." Alice just smiled at Jose's offer.

"Yes, I'll move out" Alice said as she walked over to her assistant and asked him to order a coffee for the board.

They are still chatting in the workspace, while Megan the assistant is looking for an office boy. He overheard the conversation in the room.

The assistant eavesdropped on their conversation, his face trying to hear the plans of one of the board members

"I have a plan to take down Alice, she doesn't deserve to lead this company." Megan kept eavesdropping on their conversation.

When one of the men was about to come out, the assistant went straight to see Alice. Without knocking on the door, he went in. Alice and several of the board of directors looked at Megan in surprise. Alice stood up and approached the woman.

"What's up, Megan." The assistant hesitated to convey what he heard. Jose stood up and approached Megan.

"Why don't you answer Alice's question?" Megan looked at Alice and squeezed her fingers, she seemed hesitant to convey what she heard.

“Megan?” the assistant looked at the door, he didn't want anyone to hear him.

"Madam, I heard some councilman talk." Alice and Jose looked at each other.

"What conversation?" jose asked, he was very curious about what Megan wanted to say.

"Sir, I heard they planned something that wasn't good for Ms. Alice." The board members who supported Alice looked at each other.

"What plan?" alice asked curiously.

"They want to knock you down, Madam." Jose laughed at the plans of those people.

"Just calm down, Alice. As long as we're here, no one will shift your position." Alice is delighted to have the support of Jose and his two partners.

She thanked Megan then she sat back down and chatted with them.

"I told you there must be something you don't like." Jose laughed and held Alice's hand.

"You don't have to worry about us being here. All right, I gotta go now." They stood up and then came out of the study. While at the door, Jose smiles at Megan and tells her.

"Megan, please clean up the room belonging to almarhuma. Alice will use the place, and remember tell me who's planning evil to Alice, she'll come face to face with me." Megan just nodded her head hearing Jose's orders.

Alice stood at the door and smiled seeing Jose give orders to Megan, she knew the man was insinuating people who didn't like her.

As Alice left the office and returned home, she headed straight to her son's room. Alice smiled to see Nathan sleeping with Asher.

He kissed Asher's cheek and took it from Nathan then he put it in the box. Alice kissed Nathan's lips and the man woke up.

"You're home, honey." Alice smiled and kissed her husband's lips.

"Yes, you're home soon?" Nathan stood up and hugged his wife.

"Yes I miss my son and you but when you get home you're not there." Alice laughed then released Nathan's embrace and went to her room.

Nathan follows her from behind and sees Alice taking off her clothes one by one. The man hugged his wife from behind and kissed her on the neck.

"Beb, I was at a board meeting." Nathan let go of his embrace then sat down on the sofa.

"Oh yeah? Meeting about what?" nathan asked as he watched his wife change clothes.

"I was appointed to be the leader of the company where I worked." Nathan was surprised, he was so happy to hear his wife rise to office again.

"really? I'm so glad to hear that." Nathan stood up and hugged and kissed the woman's lips.

"But, Beb. Some don't like it." Nathan stroked his wife's hair and smiled.

"Honey, where’pun there must be people like that. Consider it a challenge for you." Alice buried her face in Nathan's chest.

She was so happy that the man always supported her, Alice looked at Nathan then she kissed his slightly covered lips with that thin mustache and beard.
