Two months ago, Casey was in Houston working for Mr. Frank's company. Because it's clever Casey quickly learns what Mr. Frank always taught him.

Feeling that it was enough to be the leader, Mr. Frank met with Mr. Smith to discuss Nathan's company. Mr. Frank will ask Mr. Smith for permission to change the leadership of his son's company.

“Are you sure you want to change the director?” mister Smith asked with a serious face as the two of them had just sat down on the sofa.

“Of course, I'm sure Casey can lead that company.” Mr. Frank tried to convince Mr. Smith because he already saw the potential of the girl.

“Alright, tomorrow we have a meeting for the replacement of the leader.” Mr. Frank was so happy that Mr. Smith would finally follow his advice.

“I'm sure, in Casey's hands the company will be more advanced.” Again, Mr. Frank assured his companion.

“Hopefully,” said Mr. Smith with a smile and a slow nod of his head.

While in the office, Casey was checking the financial statements of the property department, he did so very carefully. Casey always tries to work well, he doesn't want to disappoint Mr. Frank.

Since becoming an assistant and trust Mr. Frank many who know Casey, although there are envious and support the girl but Casey still shows the professional he works. He doesn't care about people's scorn about him.

If only he wanted to get rid of people who sneered at him badly but Casey didn't, he made it a motivation to get better.

Suddenly the door opened, Casey saw Wesley already standing at the door smiling at him. Casey stood up and greeted the man.

“Come sit down, how are you?” casey asked as she sat on the couch following Wesley.

“Alright,” Wesley replied with a smile and looked at Casey. “Oh yes, tomorrow I have to go to Germany.” Casey rolled her eyes hearing the man was going to Germany.

“For what?” casey asked with a frown.

“I asked my brother to take care of the company that was there,” replied Wesley. His face did not like his trip to Germany.

“You mean Mr Frank?” Wesley nods his head?” Why should you?” Casey asked back.

“Because only I am trusted, later my position will be replaced by my sister,” said Wesley.

“Oh ...” murmured Casey by forming her perfectly round lips. “It's a shame I lost my only best friend,” joked Casey and Wesley laughed.

“Don't worry, my sister can be friends with you and if you meet her you will immediately fall in love.” Wesley was joking and teasing Casey.

“Oh yes? Really?” ledek Casey with a squint of his eyes. “Is he more handsome than you?” ask Casey again in a joking manner.

“Yes, he is so handsome that many women are crazy about him,” Wesley explained to Casey about his sister.

“But darling, she was so cold to women that they thought my sister was a same-sex lover.” Wesley took a deep breath and smiled.

“Has she ever been heartbroken?” casey asked curiously.

“I don't think, from childhood he's been like that. Oh yeah, Casey. If you make him fall in love with you, I give you a thumbs up.” Casey frowned looking at Wesley.

“Ah, I will never try to make a man fall in love with me. This is me for who I am,” Casey said with a shrug of both shoulders.

Forgetting Zelo alone has been so difficult let alone make a man to fall in love with him, currently Casey prefers to be alone and work rather than thinking of a girlfriend.

Casey and Wesley were so fond of talking and joking, they both looked very familiar. Wesley never stopped praising Casey's ability to keep the trust Frank gave him.

They both stopped talking when Casey's phone rang, the girl stood up and took the device. He sees a call from Mr. Frank, without thinking for a long time Casey immediately answers the phone.

“Casey, please come to Mr Smith's office now!” mr. Frank's orders from the other end of the phone.

“Good, Mr.” Calling Mr. Frank on the cover, Casey put the phone in the bag and followed Mr. Frank's orders.

“Wesley, I have to go to Mr. Smith's office,” Casey said while carrying his bag.

“I'll take you.” Casey and Wesley leave the study to the parking lot.

Wesley immediately escorted Casey to Mr. Smith's company, along the way Casey told the man about Frank's plan to make him a leader in Mr. Smith's company.

Wesley was so happy that he supported Casey to take the opportunity. Wesley wants Casey to be a successful woman in Houston, the man gives passion to Casey.

“Thank you, Wesley. Without you maybe until now I have not worked,” Casey said as he opened his seatbelt as they arrived in front of Mr Smith's office.

“Sama-sama, you deserve to succeed,” Wesley replied with a grip on Casey's hand. Grips as friends.

“Alright, I have to get down immediately. Mr. Frank is waiting for me inside,” Casey said, letting go of Wesley's hand.

Casey got off and waved to Wesley before he entered. As soon as Wesley left, Casey headed straight for the room where Frank and Smith were waiting. He knocked on the door and a voice from inside told him to come in.

As she opened the door, Casey saw Mr. Frank and Mr. Smith talking to some people there. Casey salutes them and Mr. Frank stands up to welcome Casey.

“Oh yes, this is Casey. He will lead the company Global group,” said Mr. Frank introduced Casey to several heads of the company.

Mr. Smith as soon as he saw Casey standing up and welcoming the girl, he looked very happy. Every time he meets Casey, Mr. Smith is happy as if Casey is his granddaughter.

“I am very happy that my son's company is led by you,” said Mr. Smith by pulling a chair and letting Casey sit down.

“Thank you, Sir,” Casey said as he sat down and watched one by one some section heads and managers.

“Because Casey is here, I want to tell you that Mr. Smith and I have agreed to give the Global Company leadership to Casey.” Those present there immediately looked at each other.

Some are not happy because they think Casey is still too easy to trust to manage a big company. They looked at each other and wanted to protest but seeing the gazes of Mr. Smith and Frank made their guts shrink.

“There are those who disagree?” mr. Smith asked as he stared one by one at a time, but no one dared to answer.

“Whatever Casey's decision is the same as mine and Mr. Frank's, no one disputes it!” mister Smith said firmly because he saw the faces of their dislike towards Casey.

Casey just silently watched Mr. Smith and Mr. Frank, actually he thought the two men were too quick to appoint him as the leader in the Global company. But Casey couldn't resist it.

“Alright, if no one object please return to your respective places,” orders Mr. Smith.

They immediately stood up and left the meeting room, outside the section heads and managers talking about Casey.  They doubted the girl's ability.

While in the meeting room, Mr. Frank and Mr. Smith and Casey were still talking. Casey asked Mr. Smith to suspend his leadership of the Global Company.

“No, Casey. From today you should be leading in Global.” Strictly speaking to Casey, Mr. Frank did not want to procrastinate anymore.

Mr. Frank has learned that the man entrusted with leading the Global Company has betrayed him by conspiring with Mr. Smith's stepson. That's why Mr. Frank replaced him with Casey.

The three of them go straight to Global's company, Casey's car with Mr. Frank. There's something Casey wants to tell Frank but he's a little hesitant, but Casey's braving.

“Master, can I ask you something?”  pinta Casey with pleading face.

“Kataka only,” said Mr. Frank by looking at Casey and smiling.

“Um .. can Adam be my assistant?” ask Casey with a face full of doubt.

“Of course, if you feel fit with Adam I will ask him to be your assistant.” Casey looks very happy.

He deliberately asked Adam because only that man was close to him in the company of Frank's master, even Adam always encouraged him.

Eventually they arrive at the Global company, quickly the driver gets off and opens the door for Mr. Frank while Casey gets off the other door.

Also seen the car that Mr. Smith was riding in arrived at the Global company, Mr. Frank and Casey waiting for Mr. Smith at the entrance. As soon as Mr. Smith got off they went straight in together.

On the way, Mr. Smith called the head of personnel to gather all the employees in the lobby. Mr. Smith and Frank want to introduce Casey to all Global employees.

Seeing that all was gathered, Mr. Smith asked Casey to stand between him and Mr. Frank. Mr. Smith smiled at Casey and introduced the girl to all employees of the Global Company.

“The girl standing between me and Mr. Frank is your new leader, respect him as you respect me and Mr. Frank,” Mr. Smith said firmly to all employees gathered.

“Whatever’pun the decision taken by Miss Casey you must follow it.” Back Mr. Smith reminded the staff, while Mr. Frank he just smiled and felt proud of Casey's appointment.

“If anyone is unhappy please resign,” continued Mr. Frank so firmly. The cold gaze he gave to the entire Global staff.

This indicates who dares to mess with Casey will face him. All the staff looked at each other and were silent, they had heard rumors of a change of leadership but they had no idea that the one who would replace her was a young girl.

“Well that's it and please get back to work.” Once they got the order they all immediately disbanded.

Mr. Smith immediately invited Casey to show the room that the girl would use. As they ascend to the 16th floor, Mr. Smith immediately leads Casey into the study followed by Mr. Frank.

“This is your work space,” Mr. Smith said as he opened the door and told Casey to come in.

A workspace so large against the backdrop of the city of Houston is an entire wall of glass that Casey can see everything outside his room.

“Starting today you work here. For Adam he is heading here,” said Mr. Frank while sitting on the sofa.

“Who's Adam?” asked Mr. Smith, and sat down and looked at Mr. Frank.

“Adam my employees and Casey want him to be his assistant,” replied Mr. Frank with a smile looking at Casey who was still standing like a statue.

Casey still does not believe that he now leads the Global company, let alone see a room so large and there is still a photo of Nathan Alice and her two children.

Casey walked slowly and noticed the figura in the glass cabinet, he noticed the two children in the photo then turned his gaze to Mr. Smith.

“Is this your grandson?” casey asked as she rubbed the figura.

“Iya, that's Asher and Zelda both my handsome and beautiful grandchildren,” said Mr. Smith as he stood up and approached Casey.

“I believe one day I will meet them both,” said Mr. Smith by taking that not-so-big figura and stroking it.

“Definitely, Sir. Sooner or later you will meet them,” comfort Casey when he sees Mr. Smith's face turning sad.

“Iya, really. You will definitely meet them. So take care of your health,” continued Mr. Frank by reminding Mr. Smith.

Mr. Smith chuckled and then he put the figura back down and sat down in front of Mr. Frank, while Casey stood in front of a glass window and looked out. Casey knows it's not easy to lead a big company but he will do his best to move it forward.

“Casey later tonight you must come to my house,” said Mr. Frank.

“Oh yes, today is your birthday,” interrupted Mr. Smith while standing and hugging Mr. Frank. “Welcome to get older.” Mr. Smith's words made Mr. Frank chuckle then they both hugged each other.

Casey immediately turned her eyes to Mr. Frank, not knowing that today was the man's birthday. Casey walked up to Mr. Frank and reached out to shake hands.

“Happy birthday, Sir. May your longevity and success always,” Casey said with a smile. “Hopefully get the wife back,” joked Casey then mister Frank and mister Smith laughed.

“No, Casey. I don't want to get married again, myself better,” said Mr. Frank jokingly. “Don't forget tonight comes, I'll ask my driver to pick you up.” Casey smiled and nodded her head.

Valencia

Zelo was getting lapsed with illegal drugs, his body was getting thinner and unkempt. He was depressed and venting into the item.

The company he had left, every day he consumed the goods. Not to miss every night he was at the club and always came home in the morning.

Zelo is getting addicted, he feels crazy if he does not use the item, a day does not use Zelo's body feels sick. Casey's departure really changed the man's life to be ruined.

Zelo's indifference to the company finally made Mr. Alvin intervene, he did not understand why his son could not take care of the company he trusted.

When he came to Valencia, Mr. Alvin was surprised to find his company was not taken care of even financially chaotic, the man was very angry and looking for his son.

He did not believe Zelo could not take care of his company, but the company in Brazil was so successful in the hands of the son that Mr. Alvin moved him to Valencia.

“Where's Zelo?” asked Mr. Alvin to his son's assistant.

“I do not know where he is, it has been more than two months Mr. Zelo has never come to the company,” reported the assistant with a bowed face.

“Why don't you guys look for it?” Again, Mr. Alvin asked with a high tone.

“Master, we've been looking for information about Mr. Zelo but until now I don't know where your son is.” Mr. Alvin looks so emotional, he stands up and hits the table.

“Find him, I don't want to know. Today also under him in front of me,” orders lord Alvin angrily then leaves the office.

Mr. Alvin returned to his residence and asked the guards to search for Zelo's whereabouts. The man doesn't know that Zelo bought the house while he was still with Casey.

The man did not understand why Zelo could not take care of the company, even though he relied heavily on the son to advance their efforts in Valencia.
