Ana rubs her sweet ring anxiously before releasing it and leaving it on her fiance. He was so worried because he was about to have surgery. Thomas tells him that there is a kidney that suits him, so he is so excited but he is also terrified, what if things don't go well? But he immediately dismissed it.
“Can I meet him before surgery?” tanya Ana, “I want to say thank you to that person.”
“The person who donates is anonymous so he does not want to be known,” replied Thomas lying. Because he knows for sure who donated his kidney to Ana.
“Do I know him?” ask Ana again. He still couldn't accept that he couldn't thank him properly.
“I don't know him either. So I'm not sure if you know him,” Thomas said. He realized the words he said were a little ambiguous so he immediately corrected them with other words, hopefully Ana does not realize it, “If I know her or even see her. Then I will give him a great reward for giving up his for you.”
Ana breathed. It seemed impossible for him to thank him directly. Apparently he was not aware of the ambiguous words that Thomas was saying.
“You can thank me for a better way of living and doing a lot of good,” Thomas suggested.

“After the new kidney is working properly, and you are no longer taking drugs. You can suckle Angel. Didn't you dream of it so much?”
Thomas was right, he so missed being able to breastfeed Angel. his breast milk was spilled and it was very sad for him to see his daughter could not drink it because of the many drugs he drank.
Thomas agrees to Ana's prayer and lets the nurse take Ana to another room to prepare for a kidney transplant.

Not far from their place, in another room. Wendy with teary eyes wept over her husband's decision. What if something bad happens during the operation and Theo can't go back to what he used to be.
“Don't cry anymore, I did it for the sake of humanity and for the sake of my guilt,” Theo said soothing his wife who continued to cry as she pleased.
“What if it all ends badly? What if you don't come back?” wife says. This time his tone turned a little angry.
“I'll be back again. There's no way I'm leaving you and our son. Don't think bad. Pray that it is okay. Come here, let me hug you,” Theo said as he hugged Wendy. His body was shaken because Wendy's body was holding back tears. He then turned Wendy towards him. “I love you and our son, so wait for me,” Theo said as he kissed his wife. Wendy's powerless reply could only nod. He kissed his wife's stomach for the last time. Although he did not expect any mistakes in his operation, but just in case he had prepared a will for his wife and their unborn child, of course without Wendy's knowledge.
“You must promise to return safely,” said Wendy. His mouth was still trembling with tears and his fear that this conversation might just be the last time for him and Theo.
“Now, wait for me in the room, there is a sofa there and you can rest. I brought along my assistant, so if you need anything just tell him. Remember do not wait in front of the operating room, maybe this operation will take 4 hours or more. Do not make yourself tired, the baby may be exhausted too,” said Theo patiently.
Wendy nodded, she hugged her Husband once more and kissed the two cheeks of the kind-hearted man. She looked once more at her husband, Her husband smiled back. Her heart suddenly felt faint at the smile, she wished it wasn't the last time she saw her husband's beautiful smile. He immediately ran out of the room. If he lingered there, maybe he would not be able to let go of his Husband's decision. Moreover, they do it secretly, they tell their parents that they will go on vacation when in fact only to cover Theo who is doing surgery. Because Theo will need a lot of time to recover his post-operative condition so this is a big gamble for their company. Hopefully everything goes well and everything can come back as it was.
