The next day Dima did not go to college, also the next day, and the next day again.

Angel was quite caught off guard because everyone asked her why Dima didn't go to college.

“You're not going to the cafeteria?” ask Sissy.

Angel gave a weak look at the brown-skinned girl. He was hungry but not excited.

Angel nodded.

“Yuk, ah! You don't really have a crush on Dima, why do you go limp just because Dima stopped chasing you.”

Angel shook her head with her choice of words. But Sissy had a point.

“OK!” reply Angel. He finally agreed to his invitation.

After choosing a place, Sissy and Angel begin to spend their lunch together.

Angel ate her food quietly until Sissy nudged her.

“What's up?”

“Maybe it's just my feeling or it's like this, it feels like a lot of men are looking at you .. ” whispered Sissy.

Upon hearing it, Angel spontaneously looked up and accidentally saw several pairs of eyes looking at her. But even though he was caught by some of the men instead of being shy as usual if someone was caught, many of them threw smiles at him instead.

Angel awkwardly returned to ducking.

“Sissy, do you see anything strange about my appearance? Why are they smiling at me? Are they laughing at something about me?” angel asked in a whisper. He is not used to paying attention to the surrounding because he always takes refuge behind Dima. Dima did everything for him, like socializing for example.

“Hm, I don't think so. I think you look good. Looks perfect as usual.”

“Then why did they see me?”

“Hm, I don't know. Didn't they always look at you before?”

“Trust no.”

“Kurasa yes. It's just that you didn't have time to pay attention to it because beside you there are already people as perfect as Dima. Speaking of Dima. Is he on college leave?”

“Maybe .. “ Answered Angel accordingly. To be honest he himself does not know, so it is safer for him to answer ‘maybe’.

“Let me guess, can't you contact her like Dima's other friends?”

Sissy's guess seemed to be correct because the next second Angel instantly stopped chewing the moment she heard it.

Angel was embarrassed to admit it. But he felt very disappointed because their friendship since childhood up to this size as if it was not effective.

Who would not be hurt if he was equated with friends who had not even been known for a year?

Given their years of introductions, Dima should have contacted him and said goodbye properly, or if Dima was so reluctant to say goodbye at least Dima should have let him contact her. Angel is completely inexhaustible!

“Really?” Angel asked back. He never knew that his relationship with Dima was phenomenal. He wondered if his friends knew that Dima's love was just clapping one hand?

“You were very lucky, Angel. Dima just likes you one. Dima who is so popular, handsome and rich could have dated any girl in turns. The girls who, I'm sure, would be willing to do anything just for the sake of being close to Dima. But Dima didn't do it, he stayed faithful with you. Any girl who sees it would envy you.”

“Really! I'm quite flattered,” replied Angel. He wants to end this. But it looks like Sissy hasn't stopped yet, she still hasn't stopped taking out her teething

“I'm not saying you're not pretty. You are amazingly beautiful. Guys are willing to stand in line to get close to you. It's just that for us the girls of Dima's big fans, we hope you give us a chance.”

“Hahaha ... “ Angel laughed loudly when she heard the final conclusion of Sissy's long speech.

Angel nodded in understanding but until they continued the next lecture he still could not hide his laughter to tempt Sissy.

“You look happy, did something happen?” paula asked when she saw Angel entering the room with a sparkling face.

“I heard something funny today.”

“What is it?” ask Paula. He who was watching the Korean drama to remove his headphones to be able to hear Angel's explanation more clearly.

The last few days Paula has seen a desperate version of Angel. He pretended not to see Angel as he cried silently at midnight. Sometimes people have to cry to let go of their sadness. However, he became a little worried when he saw his friend laughing. He wondered what would make Angel laugh. He hoped his friend would not go crazy.

“You know, it looks like the girls looked happy when Dima and I walked away from each other. Said I had given the girls a chance to get near Dima.”

“Hm, I never thought so,” Paula replied. “For me you guys are too fit until I can't find the gap. Yes, except for the current reality your relationship may not be the same anymore. Btw, I don't see the funny where.”

“Yes, funny it! From the beginning Dima belongs to no one, why wait for us no longer close so that people can approach him.”

Angel who had changed into casual clothes approached towards Paula and saw what movie she was watching. He wants to see the movie too.

“You okay?” paula asked carefully as her friend had sat on her bed.

“What does that mean? Of course I'm fine!” sergeant Angel. He then distracts Paula. “You saw what drama? I also want to see,” Angel pressing pause button to continue the drama. But the headphone cord that is attached makes the sound not come out even though the film has been played.

“I know you're not okay. I see you crying every night,” Paula said.

Angel speechless. He froze for a moment unable to speak. He did not expect Paula to notice him when she tried to cry in silence.

It seems Paula does care about him. Despite having caught her, Paula did not immediately reprimand her and forbid her from crying. His friend gave him time until he was calm enough to talk.

Angel sighed as she recalled the reason for crying. What else if not something about Dima. Dima always sends him good-night messages on a regular basis but when Dima doesn't do it again, Angel feels lost. The fact that he had to get used to it without Dima made him unable to stem his tears. She felt like a girl who broke up. His heart hurt but he didn't know what he could do about it.

When Angel just kept quiet not answering her question, Paula realized maybe tonight is not the time she asked that. But before he pulled the cable, it was unexpected that Angel answered him.

“I miss him. I miss Dima.”

Paula froze for a moment, she couldn't believe Angel's confession. Really really? Did he not hear wrong?

“I miss her so much,” re-Angel. Her voice raspy. He wanted to cry, but he tried to finish his sentence. “I can't live without him. I'm not used to it without him. I have to how?” his hoarse voice had turned into sobs. This time he no longer tried to hide his sadness. He knew Paula cared about him so he wanted to share the burden of his heart.

Paula chooses silence even though there is actually one thing she wants to reveal to Angel. According to him, Angel has fallen in love with Dima but it seems Angel is too late to realize it. Plus Angel himself asked Dima to leave after years of trying.

Paula sighs. He cannot say it at this time because he does not want to patronize nor does he want to force his opinion.

If someone has stayed away, it is true that we will miss him. But what does that miss mean? Paula hopes that one day her friend can find the meaning of that longing.

Paula opened her arms wide and hugged Angel. He hoped that his embrace could ease the burden of his friend's heart.
