Chapter 44: Sports Festival (END)

But as if understanding each other, it seems that the 1-1 class also played a stronger defensive strategy than the first half. As a result, it is very difficult for 1-2 class players to be able to arrange attacks to the front of the enemy goal.

As expected, the game was very intense, the two classes launched an attack on each other. However the goalkeepers of both classes are able to withstand all kicks from their opponents. Until the first round is over, the position is still 0-0.
But the game was not over, the second half started. The two classes gave each other their best abilities. Kick after kick is released, they dribble, pass to other players, compose an attack. But again, it seems that this rivalry is still very fierce. Until the end of the second half, no goals were scored. And the only way to determine the winner is...

Both classes are welcome to select anyone who will kick the ball, pitted against this imminent penalty. This is their last chance to win the title.
Kicker after kicker of both classes alternates to execute kicks. Up to the fourth kicker for class 1-2 successfully pushed by Michael. That makes the pressure very big for the class 1-2 who are lagging points.
The last kicker of class 1-1 prepared to execute his kick. But what happened was that the ball that was kicked hit Mikael's face very hard, it caused Mikael to be unable to continue the match and must be taken to the UKS to get the first treatment after the tragedy.
Class 1-2 did not have much choice, as a result they lowered the reserve goalkeeper to face the decisive kick from class 1-1. Everything goes very fast. It looks like luck is not on the side of the class 1-2, they have to admit defeat after the last kick made class 1-1 managed to get into their goal and produce a goal.
But resentment and disappointment should not be allowed to dissolve in them. There is sadness in them. But they should bounce back soon, as the cavalry match will be held soon after the break.
But the problem came back. Mikael, who was supposed to be in the cavalry race, couldn't do it. Because his condition is still recovering and requires him to be treated in the UKS. Inevitably the 1-2 class must immediately choose a replacement who can replace Mikael in the cavalry race later.
With little choice to make, Russell advances into the cavalry race in place of Mikael.
The last break before the cavalry race arrived, Russel, Ayaka, Miko, Wisang, Mikael, and Rafael together went to the UKS to visit Mikael who was being treated. They chatted until finally the break was over and the cavalry race would be held in a moment.
All cavalry participants and their teams began to enter the field, a team of 5 people wearing headbands as a symbol of their class as well as a target for the enemy. Because when the headband is taken, the person will be eliminated.
Russell who replaced Mikael was assigned to be the captain who will be appointed by 4 other people. Above Russel can focus on taking the headband belonging to another class, with aided direction and movement by the 4 people supporting below it.
The game begins, the 18 classes immediately begin their respective strategies. Because all classes play at one time, and the game goes very fast. It didn't take long for about 9 classes to be eliminated at the start of the first attack.
The match continued until finally there were only 2 classes left, namely classes 1-1 and 1-2. The rivalry between these two classes will repeat itself. Classes 1-2 who previously lost in the final of a football race will not allow class 1-1 to be able to win the cavalry race easily. They will try to get revenge on the football race earlier.
But unfortunately, one of the supports that lifted Russell tripped, so they lost balance, indeed not to fall. But this made Wisang managed to take Russell's headband easily.
After that the class 1-1 officially came out as the winner of the cavalry race. Russell who felt guilty for failing to win the cavalry race immediately went to the rooftop to reflect on it. While everyone was carrying out the closing event on the school grounds, Russell was alone on top of the rooftop.
Long unseen, Ayaka begins to search for Russell. And shortly after, he managed to find it on the rooftop. It was a long day, an exhausting race, but it all paid off together. With this, the Sports Festival was already finished. Summer holidays are soon waiting for them.
