As pretty as a Butterfly
Chapter 5. Unity Determined.

"What Jelita! you want to find extra work, where do you want to find extra money?" asked Budi who was shocked to hear Jelita's explanation.

Jelita steadied her resolve. "True Mr. Budi, Jelita wants to find extra money to treat Mom, Jelita plans to apply for work at the campus office or anywhere that will accept Jelita."

Mr. Budi was a little worried about Jelita's determination. Given the education and appearance of the child and the condition of his mother who is sick, how later he can divide the time for it all.

"But Jelita, finding a job is now difficult, requires a new higher education can be accepted," said Mr. Budi.

Jelita was aware of her education, considering she was just a student who had not finished High School, plus her appearance was less attractive. How can he be accepted for work if in the office.

Jelita let out a long sigh, "True Mr. Budi, yes Jelita mulung course then or so a washerman rub, at least do not need a high education and an attractive appearance, sir."

Pak Budi's heart immediately grimaced when he heard Jelita who was not ashamed of her condition and also her high spirit, making Pak Budi could only nod and encourage Jelita.

"Yes Jelita, later you will help you find people who are in need of a scrub washer yes, son." Pak budi rubbed his head over Jelita.

Jelita smiled and was happy to hear help from Mr. Budi. "Thank you Mr. Budi."

Mr. Budi nodded and replied with a smile. "Together."

Jelita looked at her mother who was lying down, with the same heart she was determined to treat her mother until she recovered.

"Jelita will fight alone Ma'am. Not as a beggar, but someone who deserves money by the sweat of his own. Pray for Jelita to succeed, ma'am."

Jelita kissed the mother's forehead, and covered her body so as not to get cold from the night air that entered from the gap of the bamboo wall of the hut house.

Chandra Men's Mansion.

Inside the Mansion was seen the big madam was scolding her son only for trivial problems, while turning her waist and occasionally she pointed at the face of her son who was handsome to deathly pale.

Meanwhile the great master just read the newspaper and sipped a cup of coffee casually as if nothing had happened before him.

"Miki! how the card is still not found, have you been looking for it really huh hah!"

"Mike has been looking really Mi, but Mike's card did not meet, may have been found the same campus janitor. So we better wait for the news tomorrow Mi, maybe the card is the same as him. Mike was wrong for being careless, sorry Mike ya Mi." Michael worshipped to his Mamy and begged for mercy.

Seeing the boy regret his actions made Daddy come to talk, "It's a pity, hasn't he apologized to you. After all we can ask for a new card with Anthoni, it's easy to sort out already the problem does not need to be extended again."

(The rich man!)

Michael nodded then looked at his still upset Mama and as Mami's mouth began to want to lecture Michael, someone came over and said, "Sorry Big Mistress, someone gave this to me. He said it belonged to Young Master."

The security guard handed the card to the Madam and at once she smiled and was happy and said, "Bokir, this is really Miki's card. Who gave it back? please tell that person to come in because I want to thank him."

Mr. Bokir just gulped and rubbed the sweat on his forehead and tried to answer the words of the big madam even though his tongue was suddenly stiff.

"Sorry Madam, the guy's gone" then looked down like he was guilty.

"Why did you let him go, I haven't thanked him yet."

"Sorry Madam, I think the girl is a beggar who wants to ask for a donation so I'm not allowed to enter."

"Please! how dare you say that, especially to a woman. Never insult another person even if that person is poor. Understand you Bokir!" The madam glared no less horror than Suzana.

"It's okay, next time don't behave like that again. We don't know what kind of person's heart is, it's a good thing that the girl isn't angry. Next time be more polite and respectful to anyone. We must live side by side, if we do not want to give at least do not insult."

"Okay, thank you Madam ... Mister."

"Together," replied the Madam and Master simultaneously

Michael who heard the explanation from Mr. Bokir and asked, "Is that girl ugly and like a bad person who looks disgusting?"

Mr. Bokir nodded and it succeeded in making Mamy angry again, "Miki! did your brain and your heart put in the dirty water from washing the floor yesterday huh! until you have a dirty mind and have no conscience to speak like that, you should thank me!"

Seeing the angry Mamy, Michael and Mr. Bokir ask for forgiveness again and try to muffle back his anger, but their efforts were in vain until finally the great Lord intervened to calm his wife who was raging by covering her mouth with a kiss and then carrying her into the room.

"It's a pity don't be angry anymore better save your energy for later tonight."

"Darling ... Akh amused, don't be like that!"

The two of them entered the room leaving Bokir and Michael who were sculpting because they saw the shameless act of the Master and Madam of the mansion.

At Pak Budi's House.

"Sumi, I'm amazed by Jelita," said Mr. Budi to his wife.

"True Mas, he was very independent and never complained in the slightest. Different times with our son Ayu."

Pak Budi nodded but the conversation made Ayu his daughter unhappy.

"Don't let Mom and Dad compare Ayu with Jelita. What are you proud of that ugly Jelita? the poor do not know themselves. His work only troubles people! leave his sick mother to us every day, and it's also free not to pay. We're the caretaker of the nursing home!"

"Hush! Ayu, don't say that Jelita will hear it." Bi Sumi closed the mouth of Ayu who had shouted at Jelita.

Ayu brushed off her mother's hand violently and shouted back. "Let's Mom! just let him hear it. Besides, why Mother always sided with Jelita, she's not who we are!" Ayu then went into her room and closed the door loudly.

"Well why does he have such a spiteful heart, when he is older than Jelita. But there was not the slightest bit of maturity in his mind."

Pak Budi was disappointed with Ayu, even though Mother Jelita loved Ayu like her own child.

Meanwhile, Jelita heard Ayu's words that insulted her mother and herself.

"Hiks! ... Mba Ayu's right, I can only trouble them."

Jelita was crying she could only give up on her condition. All he can do now is pray to the Creator and ask for a better life.
